Hi, I need your help, guys.I`ve got Xiaomi Mi NoteBook Pro (Intel Core i7-10510U, NVIDIA GeForce MX250, 2 ГБ GDDR5). Righ now I`m working with Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 14.0.1.71 and everything is okey, but when I was trying to working with Premiere Pro 2020 14.9.0.52 it didn't work out. So I decided to change my laptop and need advice. I`ve got 1,400 $ and I want to work comfortably with 4K. Maybe share your own version of the laptopI’ll be glad of any help!

Hi. I am self-taught at many of the Adobe programs and I know them pretty well, working in a low level professional design capacity. I have probably read a hundred threads and watched dozens of videos on what I'm asking but I'm still unclear as there seems to be conflicting options on a few things:I make short animated videos. They can last anywhere from 1 minute to 30 mins. They are typically made up of the following: complex Illustrator and Photoshop files which are then brought into After Effects and animated. After that they are exported to .h264 files which are imported into Premiere. In Premiere they are combined with AVCHD video files and WAV audio files. I typically use Dynamic Link to make further edits to the video in AE and to add titles/effects/etc. Then I export an .h264 file using Media Encoder.I am working on a 2012 Macbook Pro running CC2017 and OSX Sierra. HiAm a user of Adobe Animate for a long time and thinking to learn After Effects .I had read again and again articles about building (like PUGET Systems), and now I have more doubts than before 🙂 .There is a good deal on a: MSI GL65 Leopard 10SDR (i7-10750H/8GB/512GB/GeForce GTX 1660 Ti/FHD 144Hz, in which I will upgrade RAM to 16GB but it isn't upgradeable to a second SSD, just 2.5 HDD, so am worried that might be too slow. All the projects I work on is 1080 / 60sec in length, 10-20 layers of moving images & vector. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

My current Dell T5600 is extremely outdated and unabale to handle basic HD and 4K editing. I've had great service from Dell for many years and would like to puchase a new PC from them, but I am feeling a little overwhelmed with the options. I don't edit a tremendous amount of videos, but would like to find a solid PC that could handle HD and 4K for the next 4 to 5 years. I also use this computer for running MS Office. My budget is closer to $1,500, but could be pushed to $2,000 if absolutely necessary. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good mid-range Dell PC that could meet my needs?  Thanks so much!

Hello , if you had experience please advise , which of these processors performs better in editing and rendering Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 2700 or is it worth taking an intel core i7? 

I have gotten this error 14 times and have updated my drivers 14 times. these are not new drivers its the same driver every time, same installer same download. this is not a user error this is sh*tty design if your product is not capable of recognizing that the drivers are up to date then you have failed at your job. don't tell me to just update them or verify them because I have done everything there is to do. I will not continue to use your software if it is incapable of the most basic of functions.

Hi all. I've been editing on Premiere for a long time but always on a computer with a single hard drive. I need more room for media but I'm not sure how to go about it. I'm set up on a new Dell desktop so it's too late to configure from scratch. Does anyone know a company that can consult with me on the phone and give advice (i.e., walk me through it), as well as sell me the hardware? Puget Systems does not service clients unless they built the systems themselves. Thanks in advance.Jorge

I have personally never purchased a laptop or desktop. I've been Googling and reading articles and I have no idea what to buy. I've been using Premiere Pro on an old Dell desktop and it's been ok but I need to upgrade. A driver is outdated and it can't be fixed. I want to do some relatively simple editing of crafting videos for YouTube.  I'm open to a desktop or laptop. Less expensive is better. Open to buying used as well. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,  I want  to built a computer which must be able to edit 4k video  and higher at full frame.. The 5 cameras will shoot ISO and then place on the timeline for multicam edit at full frame and full resolution. I was thinking about a supermicro motherboard X11 series with 2 Xeon scalable at 26 cores each. My associate advised me to contact tech support in Premiere before going forward to avoid unnecessary expenses because he believes Premiere is more GPU based rather than processors power. Hi, which dell precision desktop will be good for after effects, illustrator, photoshop and especially Cinema 4D and dimension. I am not looking for something that gets the job done but often crashes or hangs. Nor I have the budget for something too good. A mid level would do good.My idea is to get with the following specs- i7-32 gb ram( SATA SSD+ HDD)- NVIDIA 2060Is this good enough for me to have a smooth work flow and multitask? For example- I am working on a file in illustrator and a graphic is rendering on 4D/AE? while I am also listening to something on youtubeAlso, I want to understand what clock speed and cores should I consider for AE and Cinema 4D with this configuration?  any recommendations apart from dell precision?

Hi, all I have been meaning to get started with AE for a while now but my current laptop won't support it( i5, NVIDIA MX150, 1 TB, 8 GB RAM). I was seeking to get some help a new system, I have heard more pros over a desktop due to their longevity. I want to know what minimum configuration is required for adobe after effects( including 3d animation) along with illustrator, dimension to work on it. I am already faacing a lot of speed issues in my laptop, so I need someething that works smoothly doesn't hang and what would be a must included configuration for after effects? Also my budget is of i7 not i9, will that be a problem?
