Hello,When I am scanning files and opened it with Acrobat reader, the rotation with page is wrong. I use this rotate clockwise function, and save, but when I opened it again I have to rotate it again. Is it possible to save this file with right rotation and how can I do it?I have tried also to select documents-preference-open settings-Restore last view.. But when I opened file with different computer file rotation is still wrong.Please helpMari

I am having an issue with check printing from our ERP software thru Adobe Acrobat Reader.  When our checks pass from our document routing agent, Adobe opens up and automatically will send the document to the printer successfully.  But, it doesn't close the application and therefore when the next set of checks are printed, Adobe does not trigger the send to the printer.  If a user closes the Adobe Acrobat Reader after the first check print and then prints the next set of checks, it will successfully send to the printer.  Has anyone encountered this issue and are there settings within Adobe that we can set to fix this?  We want the application to auto close to be able for the next set of checks to print.

I have an encrypted PDF that I can not open on a Mac with an M2 processor. I always get the message: "The password is incorrect. Please make sure that Caps Lock is not on by mistake, and try again". On an older Mac with Intel processor I can open the PDF with the password.I have copied the password to ensure that the passwort is correct.  Unfortunately I can't share the encrypted file because it is encrypted for a reason. Arobat Reader infromations:Architecture: arm64Processor: Apple M2 MaxBuild: 22.3.20314.0AGM: 7.0.2CoolType: 8.1.1JP2K: 4.0.0.52132

Hi Support, I have an issue whereby a user faced an error while opening any PDF files from Windows 10 machine version 20H2 (x64). Error:RdrCEF.exe - Bad ImageC:\Windows\System32\credui.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.Error status 0xc0000022 Version: Adobe Acrobat Reader 2022.003.20258 Please kindly provide the troubleshooting steps to fix this issue Thank you.

My MacBook Air running Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.2 is no longer able to print downloaded pdf documents from Adobe Reader to my Canon MP530 printer. However, printing documents from Apple Pages or from email still works fine. Any suggestions as to why Adobe Reader has stopped printing?

Ya he obtenido certificado electronico y los primeros pasos de elegir documento y poner contraseña funcionan, sale el documento, pero en el momento que le doy a aceptar, sale y no aparece ningun mensaje pero no se llega a firmar.Lo he intentado varias veces y no funciona.

Hi, I uploaded a pdf into adobe acrobat reader and when I select read-this-page-only and read-whole-document, the voice keeps saying "warning, empty page," even though there are words on them. I'm not sure why its doing that and I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!-M

In both Adobe Reader and Google Chrome there is a PDF that I cannot copy characters out of. I can select the text in the PDF and copy it but the text in the clipboard is garbage data not what I copied. Since both Reader and Chrome are affected maybe this has to do with the PDF standard or how the PDF was made? I have been looking and looking how to edit existing email addresses that were attached to a "Email" button within one of our .pdf forms.  Finally found someone that had the answer.  Made a word doc giving the steps.  Worked perfect!  KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!  (see word doc below)

Hello,I am the second tech admin in a small architecture business in Germany with around 25 employees. As I want to distribute Adobe Reader on all of the PCs our internal network (around 30), I will need a Distribution License Agreement from Adobe. I found this site to apply for an agreement: https://get.adobe.com/reader/licenseform  Unfortunately, this form seems to be the same internationally, but does not seem to accept German phone numbers. It always shows the error "This should be a valid phone number" when I am trying to submit the form. I've tried many different ways to enter the number, but none works. Does someone know a solution to this?

Hallo Community,ich habe Adobe Acrobat auf einem neuen Rechner installiert, sodann Seriennummer eingegeben, so weit, so gut. Beim Öffnen des Programmes werde ich nun aufgefordert, mich mit meiner Adobe ID anzumelden. Das kann ich jedoch nicht, da angeblich Adobe keine Verbindung mit dem Internet herstellen kann.  Internet ist aber vorhanden, ich kann ja u.a. auf diese Seite zugreifen. Auch die "Tipps" auf https://helpx.adobe.com/de/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html habe ich bereits ausprobiert, hat nicht geholfen. Google hilft leider auch nicht weiter.  Hoffe, dass hier jemand helfen kann.Wie erreiche ich denn den offiziellen Support? Angeblich soll es einen Chat geben, ist aber nirgends zu finden :v Danke im Voraus! 

I have a password-protected PDF that I opened, filled in forms and signed. I then saved and exited. When I try to reopen it, the password is not recognised. Using Reader on a MacBook Pro. I've also gone back to the original PDF (email attachment) and open it with Mac Preview. Same issue.

Hi there, is it possible to prevent the "Save signature" feature of Acrobat DC Reader? We would like to use the feature for signing a pdf delivery docket on a touch screen, but we want delivery people to sign, and I do not want the signature to be saved. Is there any tuning feature available to remove this function?I notice its saving the signature in some file in C:\Users\<>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security .. as when I rename these files "reader_fss_..." then the saved signature is no longer in Reader.Thanks

Since the last update (2018.001.20040), Adobe Reader DC has been acting oddly. It now requires UAC approval upon opening every document, even if the reader is already open and displaying other documents. It also won't open any PDF's that are located on network drives saying, "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found." If the same files are copied to my hard drive, they open just fine. It does not appear to be a permissions issue as my account is set for full control for these files and directories. I am also the administrator account on my PC as well as the network and server.Adobe reader is set to run as administrator (which I have no recollection of setting), and if I turn this setting off, it will not open ANY documents. It gives no error, they just don't open and the reader shows the recent file screen.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, downloaded a slightly older version (2018.001.20035), with no change in behavior. Greetings. How do I edit the default email addresses in an existing "Email Form" button?  When I click on the button... it brings up Outlook just fine and it has some of the email addresses that I want to send it to,,, but I want to add another email to the list so it automatically sends to this person as well.  Anybody know how I can edit the default email addresses?  Thank you very much 🙂 

Hi, I am using adobe acrobat reader DC. I saved a PDF (text) that I had been editing with highlights. When the PDF was saved all of the text disappeared, leaving blank white pages with my markups. This has happened multiple times. I would like to either recover the text of the PDF while maintaining the highlights, or somehow copy the highlights from the edited PDF onto a reverted copy of the PDF with text. I am not using the paid version of this app. Is this possible?

Hallo Adobe Team. Leider funktioniert der Versand von PDF-Dateien per E-Mail seit dem letzten Adobe Reader-Update nicht mehr. Das Problem betrifft nur die 64-Bit-Version, die 32-Bit-Version funktioniert problemlos.

Bonjour,Lorsque je reçois un courriel avec une pièce jointe (PDF) l'impression du PDF  ne se fait pas dans le bon format.J'ai vérifié les paramètres et la taille du papier est bien format lettre et "Ajuster" est sélectionné pour la dimension et gestion des pages.Le problème provient seulement des courriels car en d'autre temps je n'ai pas ce problème.Est-ce que vous pouvez m'aider?
