I am unable to unzip a large PDF file on my iphone.  I have unzipped it on my computer.   The topographical maps are too large to transfer to my iphone, so downloaded zipped file to phone.Anyone know the best app to extract files on my phone? Thank you

HiI found these instructions on the web on how to attach a file to a PDF document, however, when i get to step 3 (underlined in the instructions below)  "Click the "Add" button at the top pof the attachment navigation panel to open the "Add Attchment" dialog box.I do not see an "Add" button available. I want our users to be able to open our forms and attach scanned documents onto the PDF form in order to submit documentation related to their benefits.  Why do I not see an "Add" button?How do I get an "Add" button.  The version we are using is Adobe Reader 9.3.  The instructions below are for Adobe 8, but if this can be done in Adobe 8, then i can't imagine it can not be done in Adobe 9.3?Thank.JoBethHow to Attach a File to a PDF DocumentBy an eHow Contributor I want to do this! I am using acrobat pro 2020 dc(OS:Win 10) for 3d-pdf.I tried below things to disable 3d measure tool. There is no problem when opening 3d pdf file in acrobat pro dc.how-to-disable-3d-measure-tool However, just only 3d measure tool is visible in acrobat reader dc even though I protected file at pro dc.Please help me to solve this problem. 

Users do not have admin rights, yet Adobe Reader is somehow upgrading to Acrobat Pro. Causing all users to not be able to open PDFs.How do I stop this upgrading? - Absolutely unacceptable by Adobe. 

Hi everybody, we have trouble with printing page in adobe reader. When we want to print we get an error message like "error script" - error unknown. Look at the picture.https://ibb.co/dr6Kr8 Please do you have any idea how we can to solve this issue?

My computer crashed, now on a new one but my pdf's come up differently.  I cannot find the snapshot tool anywhere.  There is a tool bar at the top of the pdf but no snapshot.  Any ideas?

How can I set the default paper size for printing to A4 ? (Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit, Win 10). It's pretty boring having to go to 'Properties' and use the pull-down menu for every new use of Acrobat Reader. And even worse it I forget and the size comes out wrong.

I need advice with a real person. I want to spend money now!! I would like professional advice. Not ai and videos. I might spend a lot if a human sales specialist could suggest solutions to my ignorance to the proper product, upgrades and what they prefer from their personal experience.  Yes I realize that your customer service will be open tomorrow.  I  wrongly assumed a human being would be available.   O well, I think I will look for alternative solutions. we have a large number of pdf portfolios that have separate folders within them that contain year specific files. The folders in those portfolios can no longer be viewed with Acrobat DC or Reader DC on my computer that created the portfolios using Acrobat XI Pro.  we neglected to convert the portfolios before flash player stopped working. Others who only have Reader DC on their computers can view the folders within the portfolios but those that need to work with them cannot.We uninstalled Flash player and repaired the installations for Reader DC and Acrobat DC but they still cannot be viewed. 

I have a new PDF document that is editable. I am able to open it once, click "Save As", rename it, and continue editing it.  When I continue to make edits and attempt to save it again, it changes the file to a .tmp.  This file cannot be edited or saved and disappears once I close it.  If I go back to my documents to open the previous "saved as" file it says that file is not able to be opened and the document vanishes.   Please help!

Clicking on the adobe reader icon always makes me choose between every single pdf I have open rather than just opening the program to where I last was. Why can't it just be like firefox or other programs, who group by windows and not by tabs. If you have two windows open, each with five tabs, when you click on the firefox icon it brings up the two windows and you pick which one you want. If you have ten tabs on one firefox window when you click on the firefox icon it just opens that window straight away rather than frustratingly forcing you to choose which tab you want to open! Also I do not want to enable "do not group icons" in the taskbar windows settings because then all of the icons spread out and have text descriptions which is horrible. This is not a problem with windows but with adobe reader. If internet browswers can group by window and not by tab then adobe should be able to too.

I added several text boxes to a PDF using Fill & Sign. When I tried to select a text box to add more text, it deleted everything in the text box and there is no way to retrieve everything I just included in that box. This happens randomly with no option to undo.

After the update to the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC the program crashes after 15 seconds. This problem is occurring on multiple session host in our RDS farm.OS version:     Server 2012R2 latest patch levelProduct:          Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.008.20071 At first this problem only seemed to occur only with specific documents. After some testing on multiple machines the application crashes after about 15 second without opening any document. Hello, I just upgraded from adobe acrobat 2007 to 2020. When I try to convert to a pdf by printing, it doesn't prompt me to save as. Instead it acts like it's printing, but then nothing happens afterwards. I removed the printer and "re-installed' it with no luck.It's fine for Word and Excel because I can use the "Save as Adobe PDF", but with other programs it's an issue.

I just discovered Read Out Load feature from a friend but I cannot engage it work it keeps saying black page over and over. 

Something has happened to my meausuing tool and the arrows are enormous and I cannot see what I'm trying to measure.  Attached is a screenshot.   How can I change this back to the much smaller size?

So I am using Acrobat Pro 2018 and using the dark theme on both Acrobat and Windows, and noticed that the context menu and the top bar is still white. However, some people managed to turn everything dark as shown in the left side of the picture. Is it a version specific thing or what? I tried installing a trial version of the latest Acrobat and it seemed that the problem persists so I have no idea

I am using an HP and all of my PDF files have the same Adobe Icon, so I am unable to quickly glance and my desktop and distinguish between files by the image of what they are. On my Mac they will preview as the first page in the document. Am I able to have the same feature on HP? I have looked in Chrome, Adobe and Windows settings and can't seem to find it. 

I bought Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to use with windows 10 and Office 2019 pro.After I installed it, when I tried to use it I received a warning about an update in execution. After many time I received another warning informing "There is some installation problem. We will try again." and never ends.Any hint any help?

I have inserted a PDF file in MS Word file using the insert function  as an icom (the link was not used).  When I email this MS Word file to others,they cannot open the PDF document.

Our firm always with some docs handled by Nitro Pro. When people have ever added Chinese comments in the call out of Nitro Pro, it will display as garbled in Acrobat Reader. Hope this can be solved? Attached is a sample for troubleshooting. If you look at it carefully. What is shown on the page itself is not the same as that in the comment section. Obviously, the comment section is garbled. I would say Abode should do something. If it can display the text correctly in one place, it should be able to do it in another.
