In a print/publishing environment, can we share a single PDF master between colleagues to comment on. The PDF master will be a combined PDF containing several pages of a retail  catalgue. The catalogue will have reached the next stage of production where a circulation is required to interested parties within the business. The master PDF will be added to a shared server where colleagues can link/open it up to add collaborative comments. (Assuming this functionality exists within Acrobat Pro). After a designated period all collaborative comments added to the master will be assessed by the catalogue manager to check and edit as seen fit before releasing the master file back to artworker to carry out the comments,  As things stand a circulation PDF is sent to the interested parties for comment, they then return there comments in separate PDF. A catalogue manager then has to collate and add all the separate comments to a single master PDF. This is a wasteful process that shou

Our adobe reader just updated to the latest version for about 1500 computers. Now when you open reader, after about 5 minutes the cursor will lock up and then the screen turns back. This is with no open pdfs, just adobe open. Rebooted and did nothing but open adobe and had the same crash.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but continue to receive an Access Denied pop-up that says "you no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error. Please follow this link." I followed the link, signed in, and the same pop-up message occurs. This may be related to my previous account email when I was employed at a large university. So, I contacted Adobe support, they gave me some suggestions and said to contact them again if the issue was not resolved (Case Number: ADB-24049455-X6D9). I tried the suggestions of clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling Acrobat Reader DC. Also I tried the Security (Enhanced) suggestion and if I tried to sign in while using the app (upper right hand corner, I again got the access denied pop-up. It was not resolved, so I contacted them again and got shuffled to three different techs while trying the same solutions again. Hello, Adobe Acrobat Reader, doesn't print text 3D of the next image. But in preliminry view works correctly : The text in normal view :But when printing the text does not appear (the nest image). And with Adobe Acrobat Pro, the text does print.I have tried different printers and the same problem always happens. Thank you very much for the help. About three weeks ago and out of the blue, all my Adobe files changed from the adobe icon to a thumbnail (which I do not want), and at the same time, the cursor turns into a black square instead of the arrow when navigating around certain sections of the page.It is very difficult to control, particularly when trying to 'pinpoint' a specific tab, X or similar.I did a search about the 'black square' and tried to follow it, thinking that perhaps it's something to do with the settings, but am at a loss as to how to change this.

Hola, en un equipo con Windows 10 21H2 y Adobe Reader DC 22.00.1.20085 al abrir un documento que solicita contraseña no me permite pegarla. Es decir, para evitar errores, la creo en word o notepad, la copia y quiero pegarla en la ventana correspondiente. Me sale la opción pegar pero no lo hace. También he probado con control+V pero tampoco. He probado de copiar el documento en otro equipo con las mismas características y si me lo permite. He probado de eliminar Adobe Reader y volver a instalar pero sigue fallando. Alguna idea? Gracias

Hello, I've been using adobe reader DC for a long time and never had any problems with the cmd + F function but 3 days ago, everytime I tried to search a word in a PDF with this command, instead of just showing the words I wrote in the bar, there is a big blue square that appears and makes the search goes interspace from interspace in the same sentence... and this goes on for the complete sentence... What is happening ? Thank u! 

Buenos dias , cuando estoy utilizando la opcion solicitar firma mi firma se ve muy pequeña , la he creado en jpg y png con medidas aprox de 576x82  y hasta mas grandes , cuando firmo un documento me da la opcion de agrandar la firma y se ve bien , pero al solicitar firmar mi firma independiente del tañano que tenga se ve muy pequeña.

I have some issue with installing adobe reader 64 bit in silent mode. If go here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, free PDF viewer download click on download It give me 32 bit version only But if I click on different language or OS and show 64 bit version I can download it but cannot run it in silent mode or extract the .msi file. We have few user new need Acrobat Pro DC but due Reader being installed on the device it fails. Can you please provide assistant with this.

Good afternoon everyone,  I am fairly new to Adobe, therefore I apologize for a potentially silly question.  I created a form in which I used the following JavaScript to essentially add/remove additional pages based on whether one of the various check boxs are selected or not: if(event.target.value!="Off"){this.getTemplate("t1" ).hidden=false;}else{this.getTemplate("t1" ).hidden=true;} My form works perfectfully fine when utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017; however, when opened in Adobe Reader (where the individuals receiving this form will be opening it) the form does not respond to the JavaScript function. I receieve the following error: "NotAllowedError: Security settings prevent access to this property or method.Template.hidden:2:Field Risk 1:Mouse Up". I have done some reading some the error, but the error seems to be somewhat universal and could be a result of many different issues.  Any thoughts on how to avoid this issue? Man

Hi guys, Previously I've been able to access my document cloud via the Acrobat Reader app directly. But since some time recently, I could no longer find Document Cloud under the FILES section in the app, which only shows My Computer and Add an Account now. Please let me know if anyone has encountered the same issue/know how to add it back. I'm trying to open a file, that says it needs Adobe Reader 10.0 or higher to open. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader in the Android App store and it's still not working. What should I do? 

Is it possible to disable pdf horizontal scrolling for Acrobat Reader DC when used on an M1 MacBook Air so that two fingers on the track pad only permits vertical scrolling?

I was wondering if it is possible to disable the Version Comments pop up when checking a PDF back into Shairepoint that has been opened by the desktop version of Reader? It's of no relevance to what we do/operate so is a minor annoyance. Thanks

Every time I open a .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (the default .pdf program I use on Windows 10) I get the following error notice "Windows Application Error   The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) Click OK to close Application"  I end up clicking the "X" (instead of the "Close" option), it disappears, then comes up again. I click the "X" again and the error notice closes for good and I am able to continue reading and printing my .pdf.  So no real stoppage, but annoying.       Any suggestions?Also I used the Acrobat cleaner program and reinstalled with the same result.

Hello, I know that the question is asked before, but neather answer does solve my problem. I want to add Dutch voice to Adobe Reader DC, for reading a document.  In Edit > Preferences > Reading > Read out loud options, I can choose Microsoft David Desktop OR Microsoft Zira Desktop, both English (United States).  In Windows Narrator, I have voices for Dutch; Microsoft Bart - Dutch (Belgium) and Microsft Frank - Dutch (Netherlands), ... in that same dropdown I see for the Microsoft David and Zira, two different versions:Microsoft David Destop - English (United States) ANDMicrosoft David - English (United States).The same applies to Zira; with and without Destop in the title.Their is another English United states, Mark (also without Desktop in Narrator) and that doesn't show in Adobe options.Can someone help me to install a Dutch voice that works for Adobe Reading out Loud?Thank you, Kind regards, Bart

Hi. I need to add a custom signature. My pop up tool only says 'Sign Yourself', rather than 'Sign'. It does not give me the option to add a signature. I have 2 saved. How do I add an addiotnal signature? I can not delete the ones I have on file.

Hola, Hace años que uso Adobe para leer y comentar pdf. Hace unos meses tuve acceso a través de la universidad al Adobe Creative Cloud y otros programas. Se ha terminado este acceso, desinstalé el Creative Cloud y los programas que tenía con este acceso. Desde entonces, cada vez que abro un PDF me aparece un mensaje de Acceso denegado, he seguido las instrucciones que aparecen y no han resuelto nada. He desintalado el Adobe Acrobat Reader DC que he tenido siempre y vuelto a instalar, pero sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme para resolver el problema siguiendo con el programa gratuito? Adjunto la foto del mensaje que aparece.  Muchas gracias de antemano y un saludo,
