Hello,I have a file that was saved to PDF (not printed to, saved to) with Notes showing by a coworker who does not have Adobe Pro. The file saved fine and the notes were visible. However, we cannot then convert the file to Word, cannot save a copy of it, cannot manipulate the pages (within Pro) - basically, cannot do anything with the PDF without getting a 110 error.We tried other PPT files and have no issues - just this one particular file.Does anyone have any ideas how to "fix" the file? Is it something with PPT, Adobe, or the conversion?Thank you in advance.JS

It's 2022, why is that I still can not open an Adobe Acrobat DC file using a mobile/IPad version of Adobe Reader?  I don't have a desktop to open the file....I should be able to use my IPad Pro to open it.  

Adobe Reader version v2022.001.20085. Whenever I print something in Adobe Reader my users end up with Z@R6XXX.tmp files. These files are locked and when the user logoffs the files remain causing an unsuccessfull deletion of the local userprofile. "Error deleting file, access denied."They appear to be font files used for printing. They are in use by svchost.exe en system processes. I found this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/unable-to-delete-temporary-files/td-p/6430341from 2014. Is this bug reintroduced?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release version 2022.001.20085 64-bitWhen adding a text box, this "An error Occurred that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the Extended Language Support Package" pops up and will not allow to enter text in the text box.All other comment features functioned noraml.I found the Extended Language Support Package for 32bit Windows but not for 64bit. 

Hi,I am using Adobe Reader on my portrait monitor with Width Scrolling, so I see at one moment three slides (I included picture). Moreover, I have active at all time "Add text comment" options as I am taking notes on the slides.But when I click to create new note on the slide which is second or third on my screen (red on included picture), Adobe automatically jumps to next slide and I have to click again to create text note (see included video).Is there an option to disable jumping to next slide when I click on slide which is second or third?It might be that this behaviour is made for touch screens, that reader goes to next slide when you click on the slide, however, while making text boxes I don't think this behaviour is useful. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Moreover I have a touch screen monitor.   

I got a new work laptop with Windows 11 Pro Installed. I downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader DC Version 2022.001.20085 | 64-bit  When trying to Sign In 2 Blank sign in Windows Pops up, saying not responding. Then the windows both close and Acrobat Reader Crashes. Downloaded and reinstalled Acrobat Reader again. Tried the Repair Function twice. Tried Chatting to support with no solution. Please can anybody help as I am unable to sign into my account to use my digital signature...

 La funcion LEER EN VOZ ALTA lee correctamente algunos documentos PDF, pero cuando intento con otro documento la voz indica algo como "page ovation" y repite lo mismo varias veces, sin leer el documento.

After the latest upgrade, my pdf thumbnails which previously displayed the cover of the document. Has now reverted more than half of my pdf documents to the default pdf icon. Does anyone have a fix for this matter?

Why does Acrobat Reader still not have an option to reverse Scroll wheel zoom?when I push my scroll wheel away from me I expect my work to be pushed further away and zoom out, and counter when I pull my scroll wheel towards me I want my work to come towards me and zoom in.I understand this may not be the way everyone wants it but giving the option surely cant be that big a challenge for a massive company like Adobe

Hi, has anyone else seen an issue on Windows 10 when trying to uninstall Acrobat Reader DC where the Windows installer (32-bit) process sits at around 75% CPU usage, but the uninstall never completes? The only way to proceed is to manually end the Windows installer task? This doesn't happen on every device and can be intermittent on certain devices, but only seemed to start happening since the 22.001.20085.0 update?Thanks.

Hello there I'm looking to clear the cache of the program.  not just the recent file thumbnails images I ve been processing a lot of large files using Acrobat Pro,  mostly merging hundreds of images files into single PDF documents. no this process is terminated, but since then the program runs incredibly slow ans freeze at every start ( but still opens at the end) even if I clear the usual temp files from basic locations on my PC computer  I can't make it run smoothly again. couldn't find any proper solution on the internet hence my question . and just to make it clear it's not hardware related as my computer is completely fine and the whole suite is running smoothly otherwise.The app lags even for single simple page document and un installing the program and installing it again doesn't resolve it eitherany ideas ?

Über Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 habe ich ein Formular erstellt. Die Textfelder haben die Eigenschaft 'Automatische Schriftgröße'. Füllt man das Formular über Adobe oder Microsoft Edge aus funktioniert dies auch. Will man es allerdings über Mozilla Firefox ausfüllen und der Text ist länger als das Feld, wird der Text entweder in der selben Zeile oder in einer neuen Zeile (je nachdem ob die Einstellung 'mehrere Zeilen' aktiviert ist) über die Größe des Feldes hinaus fortgesetzt - hierbei allerdings auch ohne Bildlauf-Schieber (obwohl die entsprechende Einstellung 'Bildlauf zulassen' aktiviert ist).Kurz: die festgelegten Eigenschaften der Formularfelder greifen über den Firefox-Browser nicht.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Eigenschaften der Felder so anzupassen, dass ich die beschriebenen Probleme in Firefox nicht habe? Danke vorab und freundliche Grüße

Hi all, I have been using the Digital Certificates on Adobe Acrobrat Pro for some time and recently, I am not being prompted for my password when signing documents. Issue obsereved when SAP we would do a Print Preview, redirect the output to PDF!, and it would open Reader DC and allow us to save and/or print. Since the update, choosing either save or print causes Reader to error out with "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working" and subtext "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". and another issue found that if system have installed adobe 32bit but while taking updates it applies the Oprating system version like Win10 64bit hten update taken of 64bit and the issue occures due to missmatch of SAP GUI740 32 bit and adobe reader version is 64 bit. some system have issue resolved after uninstalling 64 bit and installed 32 bit. but some system having still the issue and not able to resolve.

Hi, I got a contact on a website, I filled it out and it asked me to create a digital Signature which I did then I hit the email button in the upper right hand of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?  Did I get charge for setting up that digital Signature? Did I get changed for using that sign and email document service? I don't want the Adobe Acrobat Pro, last time I use it, I got stuck paying for a whole year. I worry that will happen again. I don't see it on my account billing section but I worry. I only need to find out if I got changed for that one document.  Support chat was no help. Thank you in advance for any helpKim

I tried to open the IRS 2022 FBAR form online. Got a notice that "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher." I have Accrobat Reader DC(64-bit). Can't find the Version. What can I do?

Hello communityI have just reinstalled Windows 7 and I'm trying to install programs too, but the Acrobat Reader is impossible to install... It almost finishes the installation, creates a desktop icon and when installation reaches 99% it aborts with the message:"Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Newer version already installed" (and eliminates the desktop icon)There is ANY previous Acrobat Reader installed... I reinstalled again a new fresh and clean Windows and tried to install first Acrobat Reader, but still I get NEWER VERSION ALREADY INSTALLED.I've download and executed the ACROBAT CLEANER (just in case) but it says that there is any version installed.I've download again Adobe Acrobat Reader from "OTHER VERSIONS" area and choosed manually Windows7/English and choosed the unique available version"Reader DC 2019 .008.20171 English for Windows"but it still aborts at 99% with the same message "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Newer version already installed"What can be the problem?
