We use reader extended pdfs to fill out forms, save them, and then complete them at a later date. Once the form is complete it is signed and then a copy is saved. Prior to yesterdays update, this worked great. This morning we realized that as soon as we add a signature to the form and press "Save As" we get the following message:"This document restricts some Adobe Acrobate features to allow for extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To create a copy of the document that is not restricted (and has no extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader), click Save a Copy." The options presented are [Save a Copy] or [Cancel]. As soon as you hit [Save a Copy] the window dissappears and nothing happens.I was able to roll back the update on one of our machines thanks to a recent system restore point, and the problem was not present. However, as soon as the device updated to the current version the issue came back.I also am unable to install any prior versions becuase the only option listed u

When try to open a PDF in Adobe reader it will only in Chrome or Edge and ADOBE Reader is the default for PDF How do I fix this issue.

Hi everyone,When I want to print a PDF plan on my Designjet T7200 plotter, the preview remains stuck on A4 format while the plan is at least A0.If I check "Choose paper source by PDF page sisize" doesn't work.I disabled enhanced protection as well.I have installed/uninstalled the application several times without success.I don't know what to do.I'm on Windows 10 21h2 with Acrobat Reader DC 2021.011.20039Thanks for your help. Fred.

Hi everyone, I´m having issues with the highlighter of Acrobat Reader. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

I have a problem with a PC at work, my colleague no longer opens the document with the hand tool by default. I've tried everything and compared the settings with my reader, but I don't get the hand tool automatically, then I really have to click on the icon. What can I do?

i have a custom dynamic stamp that i use in Acrobat Reader DC. (not the pro version). The stamp has been working for the last 2 to 3 years. Now suddenly it does not show up in Adobe reader. As far as i know i have not made any changes to my installation or the location of any files or settings. I tried removing and reinstalling the Adobe Reader application, but that does not help.  The dynamic stamp file itself is stilll located in the correct folder where it is has always been, but Adobe Reader just doesnt seem to do anything with it anymore. Any idea why my custom Dynamic stamp suddenly has dissapeared?? (windows update?? Adobe update??) attached the stampfile.

Initial Problem:  Adobe Reader wouldn't print in color.  The print preview screen shows color, but only black and white pages came out.  Every other program prints color except Adobe Reader and the Chrome extension.    Tried the following:Went though all of the printer system settings.  Reinstalled printer firmware, software, and updated drivers. Went through all of the Preferences in Adobe Reader.Reinstalled Adobe Reader.  Went through literally every setting in the Adobe Reader print dialogue box, wasting tons of paper, ink, and time.   Initial Solution:  In the Adobe Reader print dialogue screen, click the Advanced button, and tick "Print as Image".  This is the only workaround to get Adobe Reader to print in color.  New Problem:  This setting will reset itself LITERALLY EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE PROGRAM, so you have to do back into Advanced and re-tick "Print as Image" every time you print

I used Acrobat Reader DC on windows 10 ('Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Korean' in Contorl Panel) but it was automatically updated to Adobe Acrobat DC Is this no problem? And I need offline Migration Program 32Bit to 64Bit  Can I found this Program? 

So it looks like my nearly 1TB USB is being troublesome again when it comes to trying to open PDFs from it. About 2 months ago, I had a problem when it came to trying to open PDF files (maybe even other file types too when I downloaded an Excel file). Hi, I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC every day. Whenever I launch a first PDF document on my Mac, the Acrobat reader opens but as a tiny little window. I need too manually resize that window if I want to see it larger - fitting my screen. Now this issue happens only with first document being opened, when I open another document, the document opens as a new tab in the window... this is fine and I'm not talking about the size of the document or viewing options of the document but about the size of the window of the Acrobat App. Is there a way to fix this setting whenever the app is launched with it's first document? I already reinstalled Acrobat Reader but it did not solve the issue.  attaching example of the small window size upon opening a file on my mac. Thanks.

Hi,we are currently using the SCUP catalogs for deploying Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader patches. Since we are moving from 32-bit Reader MUI to 64-bit Reader MUI, I'd like to deploy the updates also via WSUS. But it looks like there is no SCUP catalog that contains the necessary updates. At the moment the ReaderCatalog-DC.cab from https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP is used. This includes updates for Reader MUI, but not for the x64 version. Where can I find a catalog that includes updates for Reader MUI x64? Thanks, Ingo

I have installed reader and the pdf document opens for a split second and immediately closes. It will not leave the pdf file open to be able to read.What is the problem?

I am using Acrobat Reader DC and do not see the Password Protect tool. Is this something that should have come with this product or will I need to order a different one? 

I'm currently having issues signing a PDF on the digital field. Whenever I try to click on the digital field and sign, I am unable to do so. Has anyone come across this error?

Bonjour,  Je dispose d'uen clé d'identifiation numérique délivrée par CERTEUROPE pour accéder à une palteforme sécurisée. Je signais également tous mes PDF avec cette identifcation numérique. Je viens de m'équiper d'un mac pook pro avec puce M1 et je constate que mon certificat numérique n'est plus reconnu avec cette nouvelle version pourtant ma clé a été corretement installées.  Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider? Merci d'avance
