Hi everyone,I have a PDF file with signatures, when I open the PDF file on my Mac with "Preview" and Acrobat Reader Pro I can display the signatures even when I preview the file on outlook without actually opening but when I try to open the pdf file with reader DC I cannot display signatures at all. Any help will be appreciated.I am using Windows 7 64 Bit with Reader DC Version: 2015.023.20070

This is my first post and I am a Adobe beginner.I have created a fillable form and made it fillable on a mobile in reader.It has a submit by email button to send once completed but how can I make the document uneditable (can't edit the drop down etc) after it has been sent.any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm creating an MST for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. So far the process has been fine, however there is a particular option where when I change it, the package cant be saved. The option I want to toggle is: Online Services and features > When launching PDF in internet explorer, prompt user with open/save dialogue. If i toggle this off, as i want to I get the following error: Unable to submit changes, MSI Set Value failed, Error Code = 259 I've tried with different downloads of Adobe Acrobat Reader, I have tried editing the msi both locally and remotely. What is causing this?

The 64 bit Adobe Download Manager version is available to download but my corporation doesn't allow for that installer to run, only the self extrator versions. Is there an Adobe Self Extrator version of Adobe Reader DC 64 bit?

Since last week we have an issue with our Remote Desktop Server and Adobe Reader.At some point in the day Adobe DC Reader is being upgraded to Adobe DC Pro, the only way to roll back is uninstall reboot and install again.I did this on Friday, from TASKS I deleted the Adobe Update, made a few registry changes that have been listed, everything was fine over the weekend.Then this afternoon Adobe has converted to Adobe DC again

OK, so I've read other posts on here and tried all the suggestions regarding Security settings in Adobe and other work arounds, but nothing works.It was working great until a previous update.Now Adobe shuts down if I try to print a file.I've also tried uninstalling, rebooting and re-installing Adobe Reader.I can print pictures and files from WORD and EXCEL with no problem

Hello All,I often have to open and then print many documents at once. My Problem: When ever I go through the Acrobat tabs and print a doc Acrobat tabs away after the print job to the program I had previously open, such as file explorer, mail, or any other random program. So after each print job I have to go back to Acrobat find the tab I just printed, close it and move onto the the next doc tab. (I have to go through each doc individually as sometimes I only need a specific doc page printed.) This is very annoying, makes the job take twice as long and I also cannot imagine a situation where this behaviour would make sense as Acrobat isn't even closing the document I just printed. It just tabs away. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Outlook email quick print failed even after clicking YES on the security popup windows. Propably, because file from tempory folder "C:\Users\%UserProfiles%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\inetcache\content.outlook\????\doc.pdf" cannoy be added in Privileged Location. So how can we let quick print work's in outlook without having to exclude outlook cache from security feature. "C:\Users\%UserProfiles%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows" Thanks

I had a previous version (unknown) of reader that worked fine. I just installed Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit) 2021.007.20099. and now whenever I start it (directly or by choosing a .pdf) it attempts to cycle through ten "images" (it never loads the center of the image) by opening/closing ten consecutive windows. In the window's lower left corner there is a box with "St" and then the image creator's name. I have to let it go through the ten cycles, or if I click the window's X in the upper right the cycling stops, before I can use Reader normally. It's really annoying and I'd appreciate any help please.

In our organization, we have touch screen digital signage to display committee agendas in PDF form. These agendas are for viewing only, so we want to disable the bookmarks, toolbar, and any other tools that allow the public to backtrack from the software and use it for other purposes.It has been an ongoing issue for several months with little or no solutions. Is there a way to accomplish this through the reader? (our software is Acrobat Reader DC)  

I need to print on A4 paper but it will not center on front and back print. Tried tons of setting changes but no luck. Any suggestons? As you can see from the photo it shows 5.5 x 8.5 but also 7.17x10.12?

Hi I can create the msi from the downloaded version from the enterprise site using winrar so that bit is ok! However, running the AcroRead installs an older version of Acrobat Reader DC - how on earth am I supposed to create an up to date msi package for  Group Policy . Where can I simply download an up to date msi from Adobe please? Thank you very much for any assistance. RegardsH

Wenn ich ein im Adobe Acrobat Reader geöffnetes PDF unter "Speichern unter" sichern möchte, so kommt seit rund 3 Wochen nur noch eine leere Maske anstelle der Auswahl der Explorer Ordnerstruktur, um zu definieren wo ich das PDF File speichern möchte. Ich habe die neuste Version von Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit) auf einem Windows-Laptop installiert und habe es auch schon mit einer Neuinstallation der Software probiert, aber leider erfolglos. Vielen Dank für euren Support!

Hi all, hope someone here can help. Seems to be an issue with Acrobat Reader.Everyone in the company I work for is having this issue. It was pointed out to me by someone in our sales department.They regularly use the full reader search feature to browse through all PDFs in specific folders.They would usually select the network drive, which would then bring up the previously selected folder (e.g. August 2021), they would then select the next month's folder when necessary. However, recently the network drives shows up as disconnected when we click on. Even though we can still manually search for PDFs, they can no longer bring up the folder view, like they used to. Tried all of the basics to try and fix the issue, including (but not limited to):Turning PC off and on againRemapping network driveRepairing softwareReinstalling software I apologise in advance if it's no longer a feature, due to a recent update. Or, has a fix that is extremely obvio

I was in the middle teaching a class on Zoom last night and all of a sudden a notice saying that I should update Adobe took over my screen.  I couldn't click out of it but had to shut down and restart my computer (Apple Macbook).  I can't understand how this could happen.  It was very disruptive and infuriating.  Does anyone know how to prevent this in the future?  Thanks for any help.

I have used Adobe Acrobat and exported the same files PDF to Excell for years now and since 2 days ago I see the program does the conversion but when I get to the final step to download to selected by me folder I getting an Error. My account is current/paid - no problems there. I can perform this export by going online and dropping the file there but why I can not do this with the problem? Also, I have checked for updates and there is no newer version then what I have. Please advise. 

I have files that were originally pdf; recently changed to rtf and I can't open them anymore like I used to. What to do?  They were changed suddenly and without my knowledge!
