We have a client that has Windows Server 2016 Citrix servers and when they print a PDF that opens in Adobe Acrobat DC it does not print. This is speradic and happens to different users and different printers, but always seems to be their default printer where it does not print. We updated the drivers on the printers. All other documents print fine to the default printers. Also if we change the PDF reader to Chromium Edge, it prints fine to the default printer. If we change it back to use PDF Reader as the default, then it prints to the default printer, but we either have to change the default printer or change the PDF Reader to Chromium Edge and then change it back to Acrobat reader and it starts working again. Has anyone had these issues before? They have Citrix Zenapp 7.5 on their servers. We checked all of the printer policies as well. We do not see any errors in the event logs pertaining to Adobe and or printing issues.
Hello there, I recently downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from:https://get2.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/When I install it it installs to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat" and the software Display Name is Adobe Acrobat DC. When I launch the software it appears to be Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit) though. Is this the new way Reader is installed now? I can't see anything online to support this so I'm a little confused as I can no longer install it side-by-side with Acrobat DC. AcroRead.exe no longer exists either and it is instead using Acrobat.exe to launch Reader. I have been installing adobe reader for years and I downloaded it from the same place as usual and used the customisation wizard the same way I always do. Has adobe uploaded the wrong package? This is for version 2021.001.20145

Hello :-),I have created a data warehouse for my final thesis and have had reports generated automatically with a few other means. The work itself is practically complete, but I am unsure if I have considered the legal side correctly.I use Adobe Reader on a terminal solution and on the database server to display the reports. However, now I am unsure if I am allowed to do this based on the user agreement:"2.3 Server User: This agreement does not permit you install or Use the Software on a server."At the moment the project is not in productive use. However, this should be used productively soon. How do you see this? Do I have to license Adobe Reader in this constellation or can I use it like this?Best greetings,Maike
Hi, I received single page or multipages contact from the same source of PDF, the fill & sign only works on single page contract. For multipages contract (3 pages), Adobe Reader crashes the moment I navigate to my saved signature. I also have a licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 which allows me to edit the original PDF from the same source. For the multipages contract which I was not able to sign with reader, I can open it with Acrobat Pro and extract the page that requires signature and save it. After that, I open the single page PDF with reader and able to use the Fill & Sign to insert e-signature. However, I tried to simulate the issue by using Acrobat Pro to extract another page from the same multipages PDF, or even the same page but saved it as another file name, the next moment when I try to insert e-signature using Fill & Sign on reader, it will cause the reader to crash.
How can I change the title of a document?
I am trying to compare different pdf files for text changes. I have OCR'd both files and ensured they are searchable. When I compare for text only, it tells me there are 0 changes. However, the text on the pages is completely different. Is there a fix for this issue?
i have a pdf file that has Chinese Text on it, I tried to open it in Adobe Reader DC but it doesnt show the Chinese Text but when I open it in Microsoft Edge Browser, I am able to see the Chinese Text.
I have an application for employment that has multiple fields to fill in and one to sign the application. The form works perfectly in Acrobat DC but as soon as I upload it to my Word Press site the field for signing greys out and you can't sign. I have also tried embedding the PDF with same result. I have it set to click to open in Acrobat Reader but when you click it nothing happens. I've tried to research this with no success. Anyone have a guess to which step I'm missing? Thanks
I want adobe reader version 9 for windows 7. From where I can download it?
I create word documents for work that include images. These images are sometimes pngs. I save the word doc as a PDF and when some people receive it, they go to print and the transparent areas of the pngs fill with black. I am able to print these same documents just fine, but for others they cannot. I have stopped using pngs and use just jpgs now and that seems to work.... But this issue seems to be happening now on PDFs created over a year ago (and not originating in Word). Is there a work around to get the item to print as it appears? I have looked at various posts in this community and cannot quite find the answer to my question.

I just ran into a situation, quite similar to those described here.I was trying to sing a document using Acrobat Reader DC 2020.012.20048, but somehow Acrobat was not giving me an option to use the certificate I was going to use. Everything looks fine, no errors, but it still just suggests me to create a new digital ID. Similar to this, I see a green checkmark for "sign documents or data":but it still doesn't work. This is quite misleading and non user-friendly. Everything should work OK, if there are just green checkmarks. After all, I've found that topic (it is frustrating that there's zero progress on this subject since 2017) and created a test self-signed digital ID.So, it looks like you expect user to know that there should be "Use for signing" option in the "Usage Options" context menu:vs because this is the only way to understand that this certificate is treated as not suitable (but how do I know if I just have a non-suitable one?).It's a pity that this is s
I can make a text box, and select my text properties. BUT - if I want to go back and change text properties (font, font size, justification, whatever) I can not access the text properties. The "Aa" icon is grayed out. I can change the text BOX properties, but not the text properties. What gives?Related question: how do I center text from top to bottom in a text box, vs. from left to right?(Brand new installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10)
When I try to edit a PDF document the normal header which allows Me to edt and sign does not appear. Any thoughts
This just started happening this week for some reason... the file shows shrunken to the left: Sure I can resize it each time, but I want it back the way it was, showing the full page in the window.
I have Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and Samsung EVO Plus 64GB microSD card. I could edit my documents in internal memory. Then I transfered my documents to external memory(SD Card). So I can't edit pdfs anymore. I get the following warning when I try; "This document is read-only, so changes cannot be saved. Would you like to create a local copy on your device to continue editing?". I can edit only Office application on SD CARD, but I want to use Acrobat Reader. How can I solve this problem?

Hello .. currently, i use adobe reader free. However, I want some tool that translates text within the adobe reader (it doesn't matter if it is an integer or paragraph by paragraph). Does adobe DC Pro have this function? Yeah, I read a lot of texts in English and I don't understand some things. Or an extension? Thanks.
I have used Acrobat reader for years. For the past few weeks when I open a pdf it asks me to subscibe to DC Pro. I have deleted from my computer and reinstalled the free version, but I still get the pop up. When I click no to the free 7-day trial the pdf automatically closes.
And where to propose such function, if not yet possible?
I am having great difficulty printing out filled out pdf forms.I can fill out all of the form and save as PDF, but when I go to print the doc or just to print preview some of the sections are blank. This has only suddenly become an issue, always worked fine previous to this. I have tried to print to image, changed to greyscale, checked for updates but nothing is working. I have tried to print with a signature in the fill and sign feature and without and the problem is still the same. I hve attached a test doc-you can see how the date section rAny suggestions?
