10 June 2017. I have tried everything possible on the ADOBE website to stop ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE from trying to debit my bank/card account for products I DON'T want.Every attempt to contact ADOBE ends up going around in circles. I can buy. I can update. But I can't cancel. Can someone at Adobe contact me as this issue is affecting my bank account.

 in task  manager when  i  strt up adobe comes up everytime  i have it disabled in both services and task scheduler but it still shows up in the task manager  i get the notification all the time how do  istoo it from starting everytime.

Hello,I use a MacBook Air with 10.13.6 iOS system.Since I installed the last version of Reader DC 2020.013.20074 I can't print any pdf file. In the printing panel of iOS I can see a message like "imposible to open /private/var/spool/cups/tmp/...". The dots change for each file.Does any of you know that problem ?

Hello! I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word doc through the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This PDF contains multiple photos. I am able to successfully export the file from Adobe to Word; however, when doing so, a few of the photos from the original PDF are replicated where they shouldn't be and are greyed out. These photos appear on the Word doc where different photos should be - and it is only three photos out of many more that are giving me the problem. The issue may be related to the PDF itself, but the PDF looks fine before converting it to Word, so I am not sure what to make of this.  I appreciate any help anyone can provide! 

I have a PDF file, i am trying to open adobe acrobat reader dc (20.13), but it misses my frst page.when I open this file in chrome or edge or mozilla it looks fine. I attached here my PDF for reference. Please provide solution. txTarun Srivastava

Adobe Reader is not compatible with my Mac OS Big Sur. What do I do to get back Adobe Reader?  Please suggest fixes as simply as possible -- I am not real computer literate.  Thanks!

Bonjour, Je dois imprimer un pdf au format livret comme le propose adobe reader. Cependant, chaque page est encadrée, et le format livret d'adobe inclue des marges qui empêchent les pages d'être pliées (il y a une marge à droite systématiquement, qu'on soit sur le recto ou le verso). Est-il possible de centrer le ficher afin d'avoir la même marge à droite qu'à gauche ou bien de les supprimer tout simplement ? Bien cordialement

Hi guys,Sorry, total newbie AND thick.And yes, have browsed the forum extensively but can't seem to find exact match.So:Have followed ALL and various advice on hot to"create and save a signature file"and ended up with saving the whole document (no, no, no) and with the signature field there but BLANK.Now, this was on a pdf that I created and which probably lacked loads of attributes it didn't have.So, can someone send me a link to a NOT locked editable pdf file for that purpose and:Step for step explain how to (latest version Reader DC) to create the field from a jpg. file, save it as SIGNATURE only and finally, how to then retrieve and insert it into an official document.Pretty please? And should you feel particularly charitable (or bored) please:I have to digitally sign documents which require BOTH my AND my wife's signature.How do I save 2 signatures (different name of course) and retrieve BOTH for insertion??? I know, millions haveno probs but I do. Thanks in advance

I have an existing form that was created in Designer (Experience Manager-Forms) that has multiple required fields and then has a digital signature box at the end of the form.  Up until recently, the form has always worked great and would not let the user complete the digital signature until all of the required fields were completed.  Is anyone aware of a rencent change in Adobe Reader/Pro that would allow this to happen?  My form will not let you use the "submit by email" button unless all required fields are completed, but will allow for digital signatures without the required fields all being filled out. Thanks.Caleb

Please can you help with this problem:How can I get the ‘Digital Signature’ usage option, which is included in my third-party certificate, to be recognised by Acrobat Reader as a ‘Usage Option’, so that it will get added to my choice of Digital IDs for signing?   Background:My Digital ID Certificate - recognised by Acrobat Reader DC as a trusted and valid Certificate issued by a third party - has many Intended usages, including “Digital Signature”. However, when checking “Usage Options” under Preferences > Signatures >Identities & Trusted Certificates >More, only ‘manage attribute certificates’ and ‘personalize’ are listed. Consequently, when setting it up for signing, Reader promises “The following Digital ID will be added to your list of Digital ID that you can use for digitally signing:”. But on clicking ‘continue’ to the next screen it does not get added. Thanks for lending a handPaul

I have a MS Surface about a year old. The OS is up to date. It has ample RAM and data space. I uninstelled and reinstalled Reader DC and yet the problem remains: The app opens and promptly closes the PDF. Reboot did nto fix it.  Is it becuase I prompltly unisntalled the Macafee bloatware that came with Reader DC?

I have a Mac laptop using MacOS Big Sur.  While trying to download Adobe Reader XI (11.0.10), it froze at about the 3/4 download and has been stuck at this position for hours.  I have done numerous force quits and then tried to reboot the computer but I get a message that shutdown has been intrupted due to an install in progress.  It then tells me the software being installed is Adobe Reader XI (11.0.10) and I can restart after the install is complete but the install won't complete.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there,I just download the latest free version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I know the reader is capability of opening embedded files. I was able to do this a while back where I created a word doc with a object PDF file, converted this word doc into PDF so it's a PDF file within a PDF.  I'm not sure if it's just the free version but I can't open those embedded files. It doesn't show up on the left side panel under the attachments tab (the one with the paperclip).  I've also looked at the registry but those extensions are on the white list (or i could be wrong). So i just wanted to know is it because i have the free version? I've attached a test file to help show what i'm trying to do.  Thanks!

I have a single user that cannot edit a fillable adobe file. She has the same version of reader as everyone in my org, but for some reason she cannot edit the form. I have confirmed 6 different users can edit it, but for some reason when she clicks on a fillable box on the pdf, she is unable to delete or change any of the text. This is something multiple other users can do. Are there any settings I should be looking for on the computer. I have verified both local admins an non-admins can edit this form. I have confirmed that multiple users in the org can edit the form. I confirmed that .pdf and .pdx are set to adobe reader as the default. The version we all have is 2020.013.20074.Any assistance is greatly appriciated. I have exhausted most of my resources at this point.Thanks

I am trying to print coupons from smart source and everytime I click into the download and get redirected to adobe it tells me it does not allow from print.smartsource.com anyone have any advise or tips having experienced this in the past possibly? Thanks!

Some maddening issues with Reader DC:Window opens in minimized mode, how do I change to have open in Full screen?When maximize window, doc is zoomed to 141 %, and with the right Toolbar open.Would like program to open w/out toolbar, and doc to fit page...Went into Preferences, Page Display,  changed Page Layout to Single Page & Zoom to Fit Page,  hasn't helped. And the changes do not save after exiting, reverts back to default when open again!Ugh, any help appreciated.

I am running windows 10 on a laptop and have for many years managed to open pdf files in adobe reader without any issues.  I now cannot open and receive "Adobe Acrobat could not open ooc.pdf because it is either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged (for example it was sent via e-mail attached and wasn't correctly decoded". These files all worked up until Sunday and I can open them through edge, but some are on autorun USBs that I have spend a lot of money on and are a bit of a pain to open through the index. I have already uninstalled and resinstalled Adobe Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings,I am using Adobe PDF Fillabl Form for my clients to fill and send me their data and I can also edit here again the filled data/content.In Text Box field if anyone use Fill and Sign tool and insert signature (electronic signature type), the complete form fields and getting disable after saving it, we can't edit the other fields content/data again.We dont want this to be happen when using Fill and Sign signature.If needed we can disable Fill and Sign tool also like diable Print, Copy text and where ever this file open on any machine.Please help in how to stop getting disabling the edit field data option after inserting Fill&Sign signature.Any solution will be great help.Thank you.
