I am constantly receiving the corrupt file notification now when I DL a file. I can open files that were previously on my device just not new ones.Reader version 20.9  Thanks for any help.Neal 

Hi, I added some text and text boxes with acrobat reader "comments" option.I wish to save the file while merging the new text as part of the PDF file, but when I save and re-open the new rext can still be modified or deleted.How can I make the new text merged or embeded in the original file so that it can't be modified by a reader?

When I developed software with c#, I used Acrobat DC and a warning box always popped up every time I printed the PDF after restarting the machine

|I'm trying to download mods for certain games. I need to install those mods maually. It keeps downloading them as documnents. I need them downloaded normally. I try to open the files and it says they are either unsupported or damaged. I don't know why its doing this.

Hi,I changed to a Windows 10 operating system, and tried to open all my old downloaded files. While Adobe Reader opens correctly large files and even huge ones (several hundreds MB), it's not able to open very small files (less than 50 KBs). It gives me an error message "can't open this file, file type is not correct or damaged file".Regards, K.AYAD

I paid for Adobe Premium and it kept saying "waiting for feature activation" and now it won't unlock. All it says is you already have a subscription click manage to manage or view your subscription. I've tried turning my phone on and off, closing the app, deleting the app. Nothing is working. 

Suddenly Adobe Reader has stopped displaying PDFs.  I click a PDF file to view in a folder - nothing.  I double click a PDF to open - nothing.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no luck.  Any suggestions?

When i enter username nad site url, later click on continue. Nothing happens

I can't find anywhere to turn off this accessibility feature. I have triedEdit> Accessibility> Change Reading OptionsOnce here, I can change how it is read. But no option to TURN off Reading.

I was just wondering if fill and sign is free? I don’t have any membership but I remember this perk only being available for a fee but I can use it and I'm not on any subscription?

I can't seem to get Adobe to fill the page when it prints.  Does onybody know how I can do it with my HP Printer?

Hola! Acabo de Instalar el Reader XI en Windows 10 y siempre que abro un documento me aparece un cartel del Ayudante de Configuracion que es molesto. Cuando le doy que no aparezca más vuelve a aparecer. I just installed Reader XI in Windows 10 and whenever I open a document I get a message of the Configuration Assistant that is annoying. When I give it no more to appear, it reappears. Later, when I close the program, it appears running in the background and consuming a lot as seen in the image. Any solution? Thank you  

Hi,The pdf file which requires me to fill in the blanks won't allow me to do so on the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, so I've been editing it on Chrome (Adobe extension) but the content that I filled it won't be saved. The file can be saved but when I open it either through Adobe Acrobat Reader or Chrome after saving it, the content no longer exists. Does this have to do with the error notice keep popping up saying "use of extended features is no longer available"? I have a PDF file that I originally modified and added text to and sent to a co-worker to add additional text into a field.  When my co-worker returned the file after modifications, the text did not appear to be modified when I opened the file in Adobe Acrobat DC, however when I opened the PDF within my Google Chrome browser, all changes made by said co-worker were visible. I've never experienced this before, so wondering if anyone has any potential reasonings as to why this may happen or any fixes to ensure my software is reading the files correctly?  To reiterate, I cannot get the PDF to show as the latest version within Adobe Acrobat DC whereas the Google Chrome browser is reading it correctly and as the latest version. To also note as well, the form does not appear broken and there is no errors occuring when opening the files in either.

Sometimes I close the upper toolbars in the Acrobat reader in order to maximize the document part of the window. When I do that, however, I often regret it: I cannot find a way to restore the closed toolbars. I expect to see the little black toolbar at the bottom, in which there is a tool for shrinking back the page, but it doesn't always show. And I couldn't figure out the riddle of what makes it show. (A really friendly UI have Adobe geniuses devised for us---for genius users only.)

Hello, I have been looking through the support community but I haven't been able to find any answers regarding my question. To explain the situation:We just purchased a signature for one of our users in the company and for some reason, when we send it out to someone (outside or inside the company), Adobe detects the certificate as INVALID and it needs to be validated by the receiver. When we send another document with the same signature, it is automatically VALID since it's been validated by the user once (from my understanding). If the certificate is part of the AATL, isn't it supposed to be automatically validated without any further user interaction ? It's just also scary that the term INVALID comes up when someone receives a certificate, when we know that the cert has been issued by Sectigo and is part of the trust list. Please correct me if there's something I don't understand here. Thanks!

Hey Guys, When I build computers for users we normally install some default software to make it easier for them.For example, I install Edge/Chrome/Adobe Reader. I have been able to find the static download links for Edge and Chrome.So I have been able to script the install of these applications. I would also like to include Adobe Reader (free version) into my script.At the moment I have to go to this website:https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/And download the MSI from there.Do you have a static link to download the latest version of this installer?  I can find the .EXE version of Adobe Reader (https://admdownload.adobe.com/bin/live/readerdc_en_xa_crd_install.exe) The only issue is though that version doesn't allow silent install with command-line arguments.Thats why I need the .MSI version. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I am using Reader to link to a Sharepoint folder with hundreds of work order folders in here, that currently our team are having to manually trawl through to find and check out the correct work order. This is because the search bar in the top right corner doesn't seem to be able to search linked Sharepoint folder locations. Is there any way to make these Sharepoint files identifiable by the search bar? It seems like an oversight to only have this function work for local files. Cheers,Jacob

Hi,I just signed a PDF with a V1 and a V3 certificat.The V1's certificate is successfully recognized and all informations appear, but with the V3, it say that the signature have been made by unknown.When I try to valide the signature, I got this error: Erreur d'authentification de la signature. Erreur lors de la validation : Erreur de chiffrement interne de la bibliothèque. Code d'erreur: 0x2726 Sorry but it's in french, so this is a translation: Error of signature authentification. Error while validation : Error of internal library encryption. Error code: 0x2726 (I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader)

Hi,  I got the box checked but not sure why it doesn't seem to be working. Seems to be buggy/glitchy. Tried going through some fix such as repair but doesnt seem to work. Are there anyone experiencing the same or knows how to get around this? Appreciate it! 

Hi,I have 2 forms both created on LiveCycle designer. When i open one of them on the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on my phone the fields are enabled. When i go to open the other form the fields are disabled and what shows up is that 'This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAc or Windows' Not sure what this means. They were both created with LiveCycle. Can someone give me some insight? I need to be able to fill out all the forms on my organizations website on the phone app and i'm getting this error from some of the forms. Thanks in advance!
