Good day I have been having problems with my Adobe account for weeks. I have premium but it doesn't work nor can I limit documents because it says I'm not premium even though I paid to be premium. I've done everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe app and kept signing in and out but my premium account still doesn't work. I am sending photos. You see when I supposedly have to purchase again for Adobe, it indicates I am already premium and that an error has been determined. Can someone help me! 

Hi,There is a bug with the iPhone iOS Acrobat app.I’m unable to annotate pdf documents that have password protected restricted editing.It works fine to annotate on the pc and it also works fine to annotate in other iPhone pdf reader apps.This is very frustrating as I read a lot of ebooks on my phone and need to highlight text and make comments.The app is fantastic and I want to use it, can this please be fixed.CheersNik

This app doesn't let you export a PDF to excel or word why doesn't it offer an option and it clearly can't perform. 

It says in the description of the app that I will be able to sharpen the pdf. I have an old document I need to clean the text up more crisp. How do I do this ?

Why does Adobe skirt the issue when I try to pay my Pro DC bill to them? Evidentially they have A knowledge lapse about HJR-192, everything is pre paid, there is no real money to pay! Now Adobe is in malfeasance of office to the beneficiaries needs. They won't accept anything but A fictitious credit card.. grrrrrrr liens are about to be filed and felony charges under claims and tort

I paid for the premium subscription for Acrobat and upon signing in to use the premium service it says I don't had a subscription.   Can you help me? 

I'm trying to Edit a PDF file but Adobe is telling me I need to buy the subscription. I'm already subscribed so when I click on buy it says you already have a subscription and tries to direct me to my settings. Then I go to restore purchase and an error message pops up. Please help I've been having trouble with this for the past month.

Changing pen colors while in "comment" mode make the previous written text change color.eg:1. Select black 2. Write something with the pencil3. Select another color for the pen. E.g. red4. The text written in 2. turns red if in between 2. and 3. I select another tool, except for the eraser, then 4. does not happen.

How can I cancel a subscription to Adobe Acrobat. It does  not appear in my account under plans, but monthly payments are being taken from my bank account. Help please

I have the year subscription and won't be up for renewal until December. For some reason the app isn't acknowledging my account. The functions I need say I need to purchase the package when I know I already it I select purchase again anyway hoping to get past this problem. That still doesn't work it just tells me when my subscription expires and then I try to log in again and it give me an error. 

Hi, I downloaded acrobat on my device and attempted to connect to OneDrive through the storage accounts section. Instead of prompting me to sign into my Microsoft account it attempted to open my Microsoft Authenticator app. I can't get round this issue. All other storage locations prompt correctly.  The account, device and Authenticator app are entirely personal with no MDM, MAM or Intune Policies. The only way around seems to be to delete the Auth app, which I'd rather avoid. If there is a solution, please do let me know, cheers

I have repeately asked to cancel our corporate plan but Adobe is not cancelling the plan. They keep telling me there is a technical issue. It has been two weeks.

I can't cancel the free trial subscription of Adobe, so I have to pay regularly. I am writing an email to request a refund.  The order number is P20220616KR92220658.The payment method is Credit Card.  Samsung Galaxy Store said that if you ask Adobe headquarters, they will refund you.I have canceled my subscription, and I would like to ask for a refund. I am at wits end. Every time I save a statement document or any file it shows up in the destination as a linki just wants my pdfs backanyone else!

Hi there, I invested into an iPad pro (11" 2018) for this workflow and sad to see that it doesn't seem to work. Please take a look at the case below and point me to the right direction. I hope I just miss something in the setup. Best,Gabor  What I am trying to do:- Search for a pdf in my Dropbox on iPad using the Dropbox app- open it in the built-in Dropbox viewer- open in the Acrobat Reader app using the Dropbox app's "Open with..." function- read and annotate (highlight mostly) in Acrobat Reader- save the annotations back to Dropbox from Acrobat Reader Where it breaks:- I get "Unable to open a document / please try again later" errors when I try to open PDFs in Acrobat Reader using the "Open with..." function of Dropbox- After closing the error message with the OK button, a message saying "Opening..." appears underneath with a loading animation but it never loads and this actually blocks the ui so I have to close and reopen the Acrobat Rea
