Depuis le renouvellement de mon abonnement adobe export PDF, à chaque fois que je souhaite convertir un document PDF en document word, le message "échec de la conversion" apparaît, je ne peux convertir aucun document. Que puis-je faire ?

When I am trying to convert a PDF to a word document in the same manner that I have always done, it re-directs me to purchase a plan.  My current plan is still in place so what changed?

I have received a renewal reminder (below) with the option to cancel auto renew but I can't find the current cost anywhere on nor an email address to contact Adobe support!Is the annual price still the same - about £20 as new customer last year - or does it cost lots more once you're signed-up. Hi there, i had an issue printing from pdf and had to remove the program from my files.  How do i re-install it?  I still have my active adobe export license, it doesn't expire until September this year...Any help appreciated.Many thanks

I keep receiving "an error occurred while signing in" in Adobe Export PDF.  I have gone to my accounts page but nowhere can I tell if my payment period has expired or not (I am not even sure that this is the problem).  I have used the correct password as I can get into the accounts page but cannot access Export PDF.  Can anyone please assist.

Hi I have successfully converted 20 PDF files using Acrobat Reader. I also have a Cloud based conversion plan and have converted 2 documents there.  However as soon as I tried to convert the 21st document I get "conversion error".   I have done all the recommended fixes:1) tried 2 different browsers.  2) cleared the cache on all browsers 3) all documents are in the 40-75mb size so not too big.    What else is there ?   I tried technical support CHAT and they were HOPELESS.  They took 20minutes to tell me they cant help. Can anyone here help me please ?

I have just purchased a PDF converter, but it does not have an option for other files (jpg). Is it because there are different products that come with different options? I have seen other options, but there is no info on them, just a buy now button. What is supposed to be a quick purchase for a converter, is turning into a long winded process. Grrr

I purchased the Export PDF license recently and used few PDF files to convert to Docx format. Converted document looks fine but the font has been changed. Can this be fixed.

I used part of another PDF file ("France") to create a new document in PowerPoint ("Italy").  I then exported PowerPoint "Italy" to create PDF "Italy."  When opening my "Italy" file, Adobe displays the correct content but the incorrect file name "France" and in the very top left corner "France" - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.Recommendations to fix this are appreciated.Thank you!

I am a CC user - full subscription service.  Now that Adobe DC has been integrated into my service, can I share my documents for shared/tracked review using the DC or do I still have to find a 3rd party server/webdav?  I have tried relentlessly to get this to work, but it is still a hair pulling effort to get it to work.I would like to use the DC if it is available and not have to subscribe to Box or other vendors.Any help appreciated.Chad

not for me; it keeps bringing me to the subscription page; when i go to my email; i find the link and open from there.every time i try to export a pdf to excel is comes up as gibberish. there is no apparent fix?
