When I try to convert PDF documents into a Word document, I get an error message when the converted version should be uploaded.

I have converted a pdf to a powerpoint, I can see it on the clod storage but the download hangs

I paid to be able to convert from pdf to word doc..and when it is converted it's a big mess...how do I contact a support tech?? Or even contact the damn company to get my money back?? 

When I click on the photo section of the document in adobe it opens my computer index of files. Then I locate the photo to upload click on it and click on open. Typically that would send the photo to where ever you are trying to upload it to. But it isn't working. It's a jpeg file which adobe dc reader supports. I just can't figure it out?

In the old Adobe Pro XI you could create a signature block for multiple signatures so all the recipient had to do was click and add sign, but this new version doesn't seem to have this option? Am I missing something? How do it do this? I have searched the web site and get nothing?

How do I access the Adobe PDF service.  I have paid the subscription but don't see where I go to use it (e.g. to convert selected pdf files to WORD).Thanks

I have lost the option to convert PDF's and have been told this is due to my Adobe PDF pack needing an upgrade. I have already paid for the pacakage for the year, so what do I need to do to keeping it up and running?Many thanks

Hi, I am compiling my thesis and need to import a PDF document into word, but I want the document to remain completely unchanged since it is highly formatted. Is there any way to import a pdf file as an image or something like this into word? Thanks

I just waited 30 minutes to talk to a "customer service" representative to ask why I can't access the PDF Pack services through my Adobe Reader. First, she told me I could. Then, when I tried to access a particular tool (combine files) and couldn't, she told me that tool isn't part of the Pack. However, it is part of the Pack. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me the supervisor isn't available. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Adobe's customer service SUCKS.

Why, all of a sudden, can I not convert a .doc file to PDF? I'm using Adobe Pro DC, Adobe PDF Services, Windows 10. The file is 52.1 MB. Everything smaller converts ok. When trying to convert this file I receive the following message, "Operation in Process...There is currently an operation in process. Continuing will cancel that operation. Would you like to continue? (2 choices are) DELETE & CANCEL."The conversion process is on a loop and never finishes....Been working fine for the last 2 years!?Thanks!

When I use the adobe pdf services to combine multiple PDF's, I can do that only one time. If I try it again, then an error message comes up. I have to reload the webpage again and then it works again for one time. Error message:Im Moment wird ein Vorgang durchgeführt. Wenn sie fortfahren, wird der Vorgang abgebrochen. I got stuck at the spinning wheel of infinite loading when using Chrome browser on Mac to access Document Cloud Services at https://cloud.acrobat.com/ (I have an active account, so I did sign in a-okay). The same URL would work fine in Safari, but I wanted to use Chrome.After much trial and error, found the solution: turn off the Evernote Web Clipper (7.0.2) extension in Chrome. Then the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/ works fine in Google Chrome on Mac.It took me almost an hour, more or less, to troubleshoot this, so hope this can help others who get stuck in this situation. // Aside, here's my current setup:MacBook Air, OS X 10.11.6Google Chrome, Version 66.0.3359.81 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)Safari Version 11.1 (11605.1.33.1.3)

Every time I try, it keeps on sending 'an error occurred while trying to access the service'????? I specifically paid for this services yesterday and it only worked once... now it's not working ... And for some reason I can't seem to find a CONTACT US option... very frustrating!!!

Anyone know where to add your logo for send and track?  From the send and track screen in Adboe DC  it provides a link to add logo but the link is not specific to the url to add/change the logo.

When I convert a word document to PDF using document cloud, the formatting is not preserved. Font sizes are changed as well as formatting between paragraphs. This is the whole reason I signed up for this service. The font I am using is Proxima.

I have used Combine PDF for two years, combining  2 word docs into a single PDF without problems every week. Since Early Jan 2018, the programme has stopped duplicating my formatting accurately. Most weeks I have had to try uploading each document 4 or 5 times before it formatted accurately (the black border lines are missing). Today 25 Jan 2018, I had to upload the same document 21 times before the PDF formatted correctly. I eventually changed a bit of text on the word doc and it worked. What is the solution??

Converted Word to PDF Files will only save as Chrome HTML Documents to my computer. Is there a way to save them as actual PDF files once they are converted? I often have to upload PDF files to databases which is why I purchased the PDF Pack in the first place - to convert Word documents to PDF Files so they could be accepted by databases.

I purchased PDF pack.  Now I want to combine couple PDF files, but in Tools, my Combine Files does not have function "Open", but only "Add" and when I press it it takes me to make a payment for PDF pack (but I already paid)... WTF?
