I purchased a year subscription to convert PDF Files to Word documents for editing. I was able to do this one time after purchased, but today, I cannot convert. When I click on convert, it takes me to the Pricing page. How do I get to my paid subscription conversion service?

I can't convert a PDF File on World..I don't access at the convertion... the section is not in use but the paiement was made !

I have a lot of PDFs in my local folder on my current device.  I have a new phone and want to see these backed up to a cloud or SD Card so I can view them on my new Android device.  I see many files in here but I can't seem to see them in my files folders to copy and paste them to my SD card or Desktop.  Please help.  I didn't think saving these pdfs would require a subscription.  How do I save these files?  Is there a way to save them all at once rather than individually?

I uploaded PDF on cloud from my PC but I can't see them in my phone when I go to the "Document Cloud" tab.

At a loss, losing colored fields when I pdf excel spreadsheets. 

I have been using Adobe Send and Track with Office 2013 with no issue. However, I few months back our company has upgraded our office suite to the 2016 version. Since then the outlook plugin has been having all sorts of issues and is not working correctly. The reason for the upgrade to 2016 is because Microsoft no longer supports 2013 versions. Does anyone have a resolution to why it does not work with the 2016 version. Is adobe aware of this issue? On the website it states that it is only compatible with 2013, but the upgrade is necessary. Since this this a product I am paying for I am wondering if there are any talks about updating send and track as well or if there is a fix to get it to work with 2016.

I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE about DC - it will not work more than one time after re-installation or the repair tool - I PAY for the service to convert docutments and can't use it - WHY CAN't i find a way to actually talk to someone????

I keep getting "error occurred while signing in" when I try to email or export the PDF.  But I am signed in already.

Hi!Yesterday I bought adobe export PDF from your website, but I immediately changed my mind and returned the product. It said that my money would be returned but they I haven't recieved them yet. Is their some kind of delay or how does it work?Kind regardsMikael

Hi,I had an installation of Adobe Acrobat DC and upgraded to allow me to export pdfs to other formats.It worked for a month and I have a full year Sub, them would not work, unknown error.Tried to re-Install but after I download AA DC and install it tells me I have a higher level installed already then it terminates.Cannot Download the correct version via my Web portal,Help, this is driving me nuts!

I canceled my trail subsricption of acrobat reader pro. Now I can`t find my created documents in my files. In don`t find it in the creative Cloud Files and not on my PC, where I actually saved them.  Where do I find them or are they gone forever?

i have a Creative Cloud subscription and when i try to open Acrobat X, a "Cs6 design and web premium" window comes up and asks me for a serial number. Where do i get this serial number and why is this happening? I thought my subscription allows me to use the different acrobat apps. but currently i can open open without any problems Acrobat DC. Does anyone know what's happening? To what does my creative cloud subscription entitle me?thanks very much for your help.CD

I have a PDF that I receive monthly with data I have to convert to Excel. Because there are more columns than will fit on one page they drop down to the 2nd page. So basically pages 1 and 2 have information that should be on the same row. Is there anyway that I can easily manipulate that data when converting for it to take the 2 pages and put them in the same rows? Hopefully this makes sense

My organization has just started using Adobe Send and Track for its easy send-ability, mobile view options, and quick download times for large file types. It appears that some files are showing up grainy in the preview. Is there a way to increase the quality of the preview? Additionally, the presets on the PDF viewing options are not maintained in the preview. Is there a way to specify view in the send?
