I have just updated to AdobeDC.My computer library no longer works how doI access my previous documents?

I am trying to convert a PDF to Excel format using PDF Export.I have converted one file successfully, but have a number of other that will not export, in fact they seem to fail at the upload stage?The only difference between the file that has converted and the others is the size.Any help appreciated!Thanks

I'm running Android 4.4.2, and my device crashes when I try to login to Document Cloud. Acrobat runs, but no DC access.Yes, I've got a crappy device, but this should be simpler than that.

Mis-assigned country code cannot be changed, so Adobe's rep helped me to set up an account on a different e-mail, with that new account recoded to have my country as the US, this morningbefore 8am.I was very clear with Adobe's excellent rep.  I live in Panama, but my banking is from the US.  Adobe surprisingly changed my US code today, to a Panama code.   Now the systemsays it won't activate my PDF transfer account because it needs to be coded from the US, not Panama.I am irritated that the system is fighting itself and I can't get back to Adobe customer service.Drat!MelanyMelany Thum - McAleer

My subscription allows me to convert to pdfs (or at least I thought so!) however I cannot bypass the upgrade page. I do not want to upgrade. Is there a way to bypass this page?

I canceled my annual pdf services subscription on sept. 7 and have not recieved my refund.

Can some one please please please tell me if I can stop the form from having a scroll bar?  When I create the form from scratch, it happens, but when I create from a template, it doesn't.  I want to create from scratch but don't know how to make the form fillable section to keep getting bigger as content is added without having a scroll bar.

I need to know how to edit a scanned document

Recently whenever I try to combine files or organize pages on acrobat cloud it tells me there is a conversion failure. However when I do the same PDF conversion on a desktop it works with no issue. is there any reason why this would happen all of a sudden?

when I convert a pdf to word file, I get a HTML file and I can't use it.  Why can't I just get a simple word file like I used to get?!

Does anyone know why the files are 2 different colors?

I've been a costumer with Adobe for almost 2 years now with an annual membership to creative cloud, but now when I actually need to speak with support about cancelling my subscription for a while, I am lead to the forums instead of an actual person I can call or an email. Is it really so hard to give support to loyal customers who really want to stay with you in future but needs a break right now?

Really? Have we gone to straight computers? There is something valuable to having a real person on the line. If I am able to find another software system to auto populate documents I will surely use it instead. This if ridiculous.
