I updated to win 10 . which deleted my adobe export PDF, now I can't download it own my computer without wanting to but it. Then it says that you have already@@ purchased it.

I have a subscription to Adobe Export PDF, Annual.  (It's a little confusing because when I open a PDF, it says in the top left corner "[name of document].pdf - Adobe Reader.")  Anyway, it's not converting my PDF into Word.  It's putting a text box (image) into a Word document.  I used to be able to convert to docx files.  Why isn't it working?Thanks,Barton

I am having problems calculating a value in a form.  All are text fields defined as numbers.  When I right click the “Total” field and select properties, on the Text Field Properties Calculate tab, then clicking the button to the left of “Value is the”. I can select or deselect all fields buy can not select or deselect an individual field.Can somebody recommend how to resolve this calculation issue?

I am in need of serious help.  whenever I open Adobe reader for pdf files, it crashes my computer, freezes everything and I have to turn off my computer and restart it.  How do I fix this?  I tried to contact support for adobe, and it said to chat I needed to be a paying member, and there was no phone number that I could find.  If someone knows whats going on, or if you have a phone number for me to call adobe and talk to someone there about this issue, please help.

Can I convert a whole folder at a time or do I have to convert and save each file within that folder one at a time and then upload to my cloud to be able to view from my phone as well?

When I returned from vacation, I had to download the latest Acrobat Reader update, now called Acrobat Reader DC, when I download my bank state into my document folder, the pages are blank. What amy I doing wrong.  I've used this s/w for years and have never had a problem

I used to have echo sign but cancelled the subscription as my Export PDF subscription states that send for signature is included but I can't access it and keep being sent to an upgrade page instead for Acrobat Pro DC. I only need to send two or three documents per month so I can't justify this cost. In a frustrated attempt to try and find the former service (having been waiting for customer support for 45 minutes)  I then signed up for send and track before I realised that this is also (theoretically) included in Export PDF and doesn't allow me to send for signature anyway so although I have now cancelled it, this wont be done until October 21 2016 so I have paid for a useless programme for 12 months. Can I access echo sign or send for signature or not with my subscription please. I will not be upgrading to Pro DC so if I cant then I will seek a free/cheaper e-signing service.elsewhere.ThanksLesley

I can enable it when I download the file, but I need to enable it in the Cloud, using the default viewer.Using the Cloud, the yellow bar that allow us to enable the 3D content as in Adobe Acrobat or Reader doesn´t appear.I´m trying with Android/IOS Reader Apps and with cloud.acrobat.com

Can fillable/interactives pdfs be posted to a webpage? I need to post a form to a webpage where conference registrants can go to type in their names. Not distribute the form as an email, that only increases the amount of manual work. And when I exported the form I created, it shows up as a link but doesn't have the fields of first and last name.

When sending a PDF with Adobe Send & Track, it cannot be viewed from an iphone. When the clients try to access the pdf by clicking the link in the email, they get a blank browser window.It is stated in the FAQ for send & track that a person receaving a pdf-link should be able to preview and download the pdf from computer, tablet or smartphone, but that doesn't seem to be the case.Any solutions or comments on that?Thank you in advance.
