Please cancel my membership and this site of yours is not very user friendly.

I want to buy the "Adobe Export PDF" subscription for batch converting a few PDF files to Excel format.Assuming each file is less than one MB, I want to know how long it would take to convert each file?Is there a place where I can try out the conversion feature - so that I can see how fast it is and how the output is?

  I feel like I am in the wrong area for requesting a refund but I have been trying to resolve this issue for quite some time and this is where I was guided so hopefully I am using the appropriate channel. Will you please help me request a refund for my purchase of the PDF pack? ( order no. AD015935750). I have been going in circles for months, literally, to cancel my subscription. I needed to convert a PDF to a Word doc and thought it would be something i could use for school so I downloaded the PDF pack for $89 on March 5, 15. But my file did not convert properly so I tried to cancel but just kept going in loops so I replied to an email asking to cancel the subscription on 3-25, which was within 30 days. I did not get a "kick back" so I assumed the email went through. I have been checking my account for the refund and it was never processed so I looked at my mailbox and see that I did get a kick-back email stating that the email did not go through but the rejection was delayed s

Which product works well to choose select pages from an existing PDF and copy to a new PDF file?

I cannot seem use adobe reader at all for some reason.  I have used it often in the past. Now,  I cannot even access.  I get the message "an error occurred while trying to access the service.  (What good is a service that I pay a monthly fee for if I cant use it when I need it, and I cant find anyone for support!)Grrrr.  Facing a deadline and an anxiety attack!  Help!

I paid to get something to be converted from Adobe to word and it is not the same in word, there are missing words and characters are missing and messed up. I want my money back, how do I get a refund?

I have installed outlook 2013.In outlook 2007 and 2010 there was a main tab in the header (ribbon) with which you could directly make a PDF from the mail and store it , whithout losing the mail. Where is in Adobe Acrobat the option to activate that ?
