Dear Adobe,I have successfully created a web form using Adobe PDF Pro and have tested it. Once a person fills out the form and it is submitted, an email is sent to them for verification. Upon verification, they receive a copy of the filled-out form.However, we would like to inquire if there is an option to hide the information of the form creator and the CC email address that appears on the right side of the form.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards, Arun Joseph

I have shared a PDF for comment with external (not in our server) users. When I shared originally, I added a due date. Many users have requested an extended due date. Adobe is not giving me the option to change the due date. I was going to unshare in order to change the date and then reshare, but it warned me that the comments would be deleted. My workaround would be to download all comments that I've received so far, unshare, change/remove the due date, and then reshare. This creates a new URL, however, and may confuse some of our commenters. Any ways to update the due date before I continue with the workaround? Any help would be appreciated!

Trying to create a web form, getting this every time.

When opening a PDF file from SharePoint in via https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ it happens frequently that some of the comments in a file are invisible on the document. We've tested the behavior in different ways:-Use another webbrowser-Use another PC-Use another network-Use different PDF files-Use different SharePoint sites where the PDF files are stored In all cases, the same behavior happens.In other PDF viewers such as directly within SharePoint or through the Adobe Acrobat desktop client, the comments are always visible. In order to get the comments to show in the Adobe Cloud viewer, we could zoom in/out the document which results in the comments showing up immediately at their correct locations in the document. What causes this and how can it be solved?See the attachment for a simple illustration. 

I have paid for "Complete" maybe more than once, but it keeps asking be to subscribe every time I try to edit a PDF. I thought I bought it ALL.   Thanks, Stephen

Hello, I recently purchased Creative Cloud apps, and in my Adobe acrobat account it shows the forms created by the person who owned the previous account I was using with their permission. How do I remove these documents, and make sure I am not deleting from their account... Then have only my docs show in my new accountWhy is their stuff showing in my account anyway? I did not create most of it, and am not sure why the accounts have linked...I signed out of the former account, and signed into my account but the docs are still there..Help - Please

I was using the free trial but I no longer wish to use the products. I've been trying to cancel so that I don't get charged but everytime I try to cancel it'll bring me to a verification page, I've completed the verification multiple times but it still won't let me because I still have a "social account" even after doing all the verification to cancel it. When I tried to login it said I had no account and I can't seem to contact an actual employee about this? Am I doing something wrong? Was there a step I missed? The only emails I get are for verification codes and the "your password was recently changed".  It also sayd my computer is offline but as far as I'm aware its on and connnected so I'm not sure what's going on but I am getting increasingly frustrated. 

Acrobat subscription stopped working, each time I open it goes straight to the purchase page

I'm sure I have selected the enterprise profile, but I can't access any files from the shared links of my colleagues. Every time I access the files, it will jump to the adobe.com home page. I can only access files with a guest account   I can receive notifications from colleagues sharing files from the notification menu, once click the link it will jump to the adobe.com home page .In the portail of adobe acrobat, the "recent" file is always in the loading state, and an error message "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." will pop up.   Very frustrated and my company IT has no solution. HELP!

I've on and off used the free online PDF compressor tool and one of the PDFs I compressed errored out and now every time I attempt to even add a file it brings the upsell screen up telling me to subscribe. Can anyone fix this?

Hi, I have a problem with my clickable checkboxes on my templates changing from check marks to black squares once saved. I noticed that when I create the template the font for the checkbox is zapfdingbats, however once saved it changes to Sans and I am not sure what to do. I am using Adobe Acrobat online with a paid work account. When I send the template for signatures the person can click the box and make checkmark, however once it is returned to me it is just a black square. Thank you.

Hello Community, I have a Mac Desktop and I love my Adobe workspace on the Mac.  I can utilize a Majority of the features.  On my iPad, however, which I use when I am away from the office, I am finding some features are not available.  Am I able to Prepare a form and make it interactive on my iPad or do I have to get another PDF product?

Is it possible to use Document Cloud to allow third parties to securely send us documents, without them needing to have an Adobe license?For example, we have student applicants from whom we need to collect identity documentation, is there a way we can configure our Document Cloud so they can securely upload that in an encrypted manner for us to receive, but without them needing to pay for an Adobe license? Thanks,Dan Jackson (Senior ITServices Technician)Long Road Sixth Form CollegeCambridge, UK

When I go to "save as" it only gives me the options to save it as a "text" or word online, there is no option to reduce my PDF. Is there any other way to reduce PDF files?

I have an account under my school district and it will not let me cancel my account.  I need help!!!  I do not know who my "admin" is.

We were having this issue before , it was fixed but it appeared again.There are some comments on PDF file but we can not see on document unless we click the comment on page or select it from Command Bar.Are there any solution for this or guideline ?

I have been working on an OEM Manual for a Crane Manufacturer.  The file has 453 pages.  I just added additional information this morning, and saved.  Then to my dismay I realized that all the technical drawings contained in the OEM Manual are missing about 50% of the characters.  Such as this below.  I've had this issue in the past but not to this extent and not affecting only drawings. I have come accross a post similar to mine but there are no replies. Thank you,

Or, depuis quelques jours, elle n'existe plus dans mon extension Adobe Acrobat. Nous avons déjà tenté de me déconnecter de Creative Cloud, me reconnecter + désinstaller et réinstaller l'extension : ceci règle le souci.Le lendemain, le souci revient. La déconnexion/reconnexion au Creative Cloud fonctionne pour quelques heures, car d'un coup, l'extension refait des siennes.Aujourd'hui  la manipulation n'a cette fois-ci pas fonctionnée. Avez-vous une solution s'il vous plaît ?Cette fonction me permet d'aller vite.

I received a PDF file on the 11th of may. Now I wanted to print it but the content has changed and an important part disappeared.Is there a way to recover that document?

Estoy intentando eliminar un archivo .pdf que he compartido en la Nuble de Adobe (https://acrobat.adobe.com/).   Al intentar eliminarlo me sale un mensaje que dice: "No se han podido eliminar algunos archivos".   Al intentar abrirlo aparece este mensaje: "Este archivo no se ha compartido o se ha eliminado. Contacte con el propietario para obtener más información."   Yo soy el propietario de ese archivo y lo estoy intentando eliminar.

I have subscription to Adobe Cloud and Adobe Pro X1. When I run export pdf it is not running properly while converting pdf to word. Presently, the conversion seems to take place but the resulting word document is empty of content. However the count of pages is same.It is not a scanned document and the Font is Type 3.I tried to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpd but exports files still have issue.The issue is with this file only.Please let me know the solution.ThanksUpasana Mehra

I subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack but can't figure out how to open it to use.  Every time I try to select it, I'm taken to another page to purchase Adobe products.  How do I get access to what I subscribed to?
