how do I password protect a file that was created as a pdf file via snapscan?

I've followed all the instructiones, but they're repeting me the same things. I need to unsuscribe for my anual payment. What can I do?

Using PDF Pack, I am combining 12 pdf files into a single pdf, but I keep getting a "conversion failure" message saying the document is password protected, but I haven't password protected anything. How can I prevent this?

Hi, I signed up for the service needing to OCR a bunch (130+) of documents including about half letters and emails.  Unfortunately, the OCR could not read the emails and some of the letters properly and came back with what appeared to be entirely randomized characters in place of the content.As a result, I had to find an alternative for those items to complete the full allotment.  I also had to check all of the documents to ensure that all were correctly converted.  This caused more work.While I recognized I used your service, I don't feel I got what was bargained for in the end.  It wasn't explained in any literature that the OCR would have any issues with simple emails and letters (but then could handle more complex documents with apparent ease).As a refund is, in any event, in your discretion Adobe at this point I will leave it with you to determine what is a fair and equitable outcome given the above facts.I have deleted all the remaining files from my account a

I use my acrobat account on my tablet and my lap top, and I have been using both platforms interchangeably, without a problem.  Recently, my app on my tablet won't let me see my folders or new documents that I've uploaded to my account. When I log in on my lap top, everything looks normal. I deleted the app and reinstalled it on my tablet, but am still having the same issue.
