I need to deactive my Adobe Acrobat 8 so I can reformat and the activate and deactivate option are not clickable. I have already reinstalled done a repair and reinstall using the CD and that option are still not available.  How do I deactivate?

I wrote a book and it was somehow converted to PDF. I am unable to find the Word version. I just purchased your services and converted my book back to Word. Unfortunately, the formatting is off and the watermark I placed in the original document will not go away on the converted document.
