I just uploaded to Acrobat.com (cloud storage) a pdf portfolio and tried to share it, but all that was received was one page that says open with Acrobat x1 or reader x1, or some such thing.  This, after I paid $20+.  What now?

‌I paid for an annual plan for Adobe Professional and it charged my credit card, but Adobe tells me that I have no orders under my account. Help!!
