Clients want simple solutions; moreover many are not IT lovers and just want things to work. We send out a lot of PDF’s that need signing. EchoSign far too complicated. Most clients will be running Acrobat reader on a PC or hand held device. What is the best and easiest method to embed an ability for a recipient of a PDF using Reader to sign? If you start using JavaScript popups etc then they often do not function on mobile devices. Is there are way of embedding something that will allow the recipient to see that they have been asked to sign and when they click to sign it confirms they have accepted the document which they can then email back?

Started a conversion on a 2,000 some odd page PDF. Timed out after about 30mins and reported that the Save Failed????Tried again but now everytime I go to export to Excel it requires an online conversion and so asks fro paymentWhat's going on????Tony K

I purchased Adobe Acrobat in order to convert Excel workbook (multi-worksheet) in to ONE PDF document. This has resulted in my inability to even see my previous documents in Adobe Reader.  My MAC now says my Adobe Reader.app cannot be opened.  It is followed with a code of 1712.Furthermore, when I tried to send my own PDF from the cloud to my own email address, the system says thatI cannot open because it is from an "unidentified developer".

Hello,I paid $25 and every time I try to convert a PDF to MS Word after 2 seconds it tells me there's an error and I can't do it. Can I re-load a fixed or more update version? Meanwhile, how can I convert my PDFs to Word? thanks.

After I done the form, when I want to save as pdf form, then this window showing up. My computer is mac, and I can't sign in, because the software won't allow it: every time I want to sign in, a "clock" is showing up and disappear automatically.

When I use the PDF converter to convert a document to excel, it changes the document from landscape to portrait, pushing the data to the bottom of the page.

I am currently a business student with plans to continue my education through an MBA candidacy in finance, specifically tax law. I am hoping to develop familiarity and a skill set with software that will serve me both in an academic environment and the business world environment. I need to choose between the full version of Acrobat that is available to me now, and for a few more years, at a greatly reduced academic price. The other option is to subscribe to Acrobat.com about which I know even less than I do about Acrobat Pro and do not know if it has academic pricing. I was hoping to find a Creative Cloud package created for business student that would combine the various tools that Adobe offers  for document management. That would include the e- signature program, the conversion between Microsoft documents (Excel and Word) from .pdf documents and whatever other ancillary programs Adobe tacks on for pdf use. I would like to have access to some of the other Creative Cloud tools and
