Hi,In our company we have a problem opening documents with Adobe Document Cloud for SharePoint/OneDrive. To be precise the error code is :ErrorURL provided is expired or invalid. Please reinitiate the workflow.If you continue to encounter this error, please consider contacting support and referencing session 5d8afe67-8552-4fe0-a9d1-93d8b3776e33The strange thing is that this occurs in every browser randomly, so sometimes the same documents cannot be opened and sometimes they can. This happens for every document which we have thousands. We are able to open the documents with "Open In Browser" option without a problem everytime. We searched a lot for this problem but was unable to find solution, I hope someone from Adobe can help us.Thanks in advance.

I am trying to convert a bank PDF bank statement to Excel. Using Adobe Export PDF. It comes back "eStatement is password protected and cannot be exported ... To export this document remove the protection and try again. " I don't know what this Password Protection is that I am suppose to remove??

I’ve a new Mac Mini with the M1 processor. OS12.6. The peripherals don’t all speak with it but have finally got my printer/scanner working w/wifi. All printing functions work fine with most apps but not with Acrobat reader, which is my preferred app for pdf’s, etc. When I try to print from Reader I get a line across the top of the printed page of what looks like tiny little houses, sometimes some random pseudo-words at the beginning or end of the line and the printer keeps infinitely feeding out pages of paper with the same single line at the top until I manually stop it.  This doesn’t happen with any other app or function. Any thoughts? Thank you

I already have an acrobat Premium subscription that I originally bought on my phone, I still use and pay for it and tried to use it on my laptop today whilst logged into the same account and it's telling me to start a free trial, I know it's the same account and can't find any other issues. Help would be appreciated as I use it for business and it's made me look a tad unprofessional for not being prepared.

I have a single page PDF that I used the Fill & Sign tool to enter some information. The PDF has not been set up as a form.  I needed 7 copies that mostly had the same information, with two places where I entered unique information for each page. I filled in all the repetitive information, made copies of the page, and inserted the unique information. After I'd completed it and re-arranged page order, and inserted one different page, I discovered this:The issue is present on all but one page. The one page I created separately and inserted (which also has text in the same location) is fine.

I would like both a UK telephone number and an email address with the name of a person to whom I can make a complaint about the shocking customer service I have had from Adobe. For such a well known brand it's really surprising and disappointing. Just the fact that I have to post this question on the 'Adobe support community' page is testament to how poor their customer service is - why it so difficult to find this information? I've recently had dealings with Amazon about a faulty product I bought through them and their customer service has been beyond amazing - it fills me with faith and I will continue to purchase through Amazon. Adobe on the other hand seems to want to make it as difficult as possible to complain or get genuine help and, though it may make them more money in the short term, it doesn't seem like a wise long-term business model to me. They will alienate their customer base and some other better company will move in to fill the space. 

Hi. I think it's time to create a signature process where I don't need to click 5 times every time I sign a pdf.Have the file save immediately as well. You don't need to ask if  I'm overwriting the file. I signed it didn't I? Of course I am. Create a 2-click system. Thanks

when i try and merge the files don't load?

I've got a user with Acrobat Standard DC licence.The user does not have the option on the Application to Organize Pages, but when user onnect on the WebUI, he has the option to Organize Pages.  Can someone help on on this?

It looks like a license has expired in our organization.The license information on the admin portal is still valid until late 2023A lot of older Adobe installations do not work anymore, upon starting the application e.g. Adobe Acrobat, the user is prompted for a Serial Number. But also the most recent versions.We are using the most recent version (MSP) of Adobe Acrobat, but also other Adobe application are affected, and somewhat older versionsWe have run RemoveVolumeSerial.exe on an affected machine, no positive resultThe user has a valid license (adminconsole.adobe.com)This information has not helped usThe user keeps getting serial dialogs like this:  Note, the dialogs are different, but they alle have to do with signing in or entering a serial.Business Impact is very high

I just recently got Adobe Pro through my work and I have been unable to export any PDFs to excel or word. I always get the Forbidden error message. I used to only have reader, but it seems I should be able to use my current version to do the exports. Please advise. 

Hi. All these years, and you still can't scroll down in the Prefernce setting with your mouse or trackpad.This is insane that it's 2022 and you still haven't figured this out. I remember this being a problem like 15 years ago. Get with it and fix this. Thanks

I have internet connection but Adobe keeps saying I don't .. even try to redownload Adobe reader and can't do that as it says I have no internet...I'm at a loss to why this is happening but I wanted to sign a doc.. and send it today Well that's not going to happen... The servers for Adobe must be Junk is all I can say.

I am having error message when converting pdf into excel.Message; conversion failed

I have chatted with support 3 times and wasted about an hour simply trying to access a payment receipt. The support has been abysmal and this request should be able to be resolved quickly. I know how to access the invoices in my account, but I need access to RECEIPTS to submit them to the billing team at our company. Receipts show the payment date and the card used. Receipts for my account charges used to be emailed to me monthly, and they stopped - nothing in my spam folders from Adobe either. This is a very simple best practice for any online business to provide payment receipts to customers, and it seems absurd that this request cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner by a company as large as Adobe. 

I need a step by step instructions on how to convert a PDF file to Microsoft Word so I can edit it.

I am unable to convert a PDF file to .doc or .docx format, it shows conversion error.

I cannot seem to add attachments using the Adobe Document Cloud integration in SharePoint. Do I need an advanced license installed on my PC in order to use this functionality in the cloud? Or should the capability to add attachments be included in the core functions in Adobe Document Cloud. Thanks for any help you can provide. See screenshot provided. 

My company uses Kofax and they advised that the Page Extraction setting in the PDFs being scanned into the system (Kofax) is causing page orientation failures. The recommended fix was to change the Page Extraction setting to "Allowed". When viewing the PDF in Reader, the setting shows as "Not Allowed".When viewing the same PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the setting shows as "Allowed". Why is this happening? How can I make it so that Reader shows "Allowed"?
