does not work highlight text, the button is pressed, but does not stand out in yellow

The file is a long list of personal property and typed using the Scripts format. The document is a description of furniture and personal items in a one-line format and was saved in a .pdf format. After it was converted to .docx or .doc, ALL of the text was Scrambled and Impossible to read!!  What can I do to correct it or at least make it more legible?? Thanks. Edith

lors de la conversion de fichier pdf écrit en français, exportPDF les convertit en fichier word en choisissant l ' anglais comme langue par défaut, par exemple les accent deviennent des apostrophe, bref le service de conversion n' est pas rendu, comment faire pour que le texte deja en français au départ soit convertit avec le français comme langue de référence ?

Strange that I can save a pdf file created in windows 8.1 to my cloud storage, but then I don't see it when I open my account. What is strange is that when I try again to save the file, system ask me to change the file name or over write current file. But file not present in my drive. Any help would be much appreciated

Pt 2 - when I tired to log in at cloud.acrobat.com - all I see is a features checklist that shows only one under Export PDF (my current plan) and all the other features under PRO. I'm confused because I have had more than one feature previously with ExportPDF - has that now changed and I have to upgrade to PRO - same price $19.99???

I was downloading my files from Workspaces due to it expiring and when I tried to login to the new iCloud linkI see it asking me to upgrade to Pro.  I am now in the Adobe Export PDF plan at $19.95 and the checklist only showsone feature in that plan vs. the PRO showing all features checked. I was billed $97.05.  I immediately called & cancelled my subscription and got an email saying my refund was processing. I tried to find that status of this refund by searching using my RMA# - but CANNOT find anything.  Can somebody please tell me HOW I can talk to somebody about this?The email said funds are released to the credit company within 5 business days.  IT'S BEEN 10 days.

Hi,On my PDFs is says that I am paid up and convert PDFs to word, however when I attempt to do that, it sends me to a subscription page.  I don't care about the amount, I just don't need/want to pay twice.So am I paid up or not?  If not, and I pay the $24 for a year, does that meant that I can convert any of the PDFs that I've accumulated over time?Thanks,Billacct. pitzerwm@owt.com

Bonjour, ce motr s'adresse à AdobeJ'étais abonné à Adode SendNow et cela était pour moi parfait.Il y a quelques jours, j'ai voulu l'utiliser et vous m'avez dirigé sur Adobe Send. J'ai eu des problèmes pour envoyer mes photos et dossiers (je suis conférencier médical et j'envoie souvent des dossiers photos et pdf) Le problème, et aujourd'hui encore, il faut faire maximum 50 photos et le plus souvent, il faut recommencer plusieurs fois car des fichiers bloquent !... Cela n'arrivait pas avec Adobe SendNow !!!Autre chose, il n'y a plus la mémoire des adresse comme pour Adobe SendNow ou les mails par exemple, cela est un gros handicap.J'avais demandé d'annuler mon abonnement à Adobe Send, mais je vous demande de le conserver en espérant que après le 6 janvier, cela marche mieux...J'ai plusieurs produits Adobe dont je suis content et j'ai envie de rester “fidèle“ !Merci de m'aider et me dire également comment avoir quelqu'un pour régler les problèmes par téléphoneJJV
