The file is the hand book for an HTC mobile phone and I need the language to be English not German as downloaded hence how can it be converted

I have an account with Create PDF and need a receipt for monthly subscription please.

Say we have a PDF stored in the cloud that several people need to edit. All we want to do is add sticky notes. Is there any way to add sticky notes RIGHT THERE ONLINE (i.e., when you double-click and it comes up in a browser window),  WITHOUT downloading the document?I'd be willing to pay a premium in order to avoid having to download, edit, and re-upload each document.Total newbie here--sorry if this has been treated elsewhere.Paul

I hv in my screen the file in PDF - at the right I hv Adobe Export PDF - I put the name of the file and Select PDF file, then convert Microsoft Word, and then click on convert.  After some time I click on Exhibit the converted files - but it is empty!!!What's happening - I hv a password, I received the email to confirm, which I did - what is missing.  I am  a 75 year old person and it is not easy for me... Last month I was able to convert PDF documents to Word without recognizing text. So I wound up with an image of the PDF document as the background in Word. Then I could just type on top of it.Today it seems that option doesn't exist any more. The dropdown shows me 10 language options, but "don't recognize" isn't one of them anymore.Does anyone know if there's some other way to do this after this latest "improvement" to this service?

I am about to pull my hair out.  I created labels in Online labels.com.  They are .pdf files.  Before I was forced to download Windows 8, I had no trouble printing the .pdf files.  Once I downloaded Windows 8, I could no longer print .pdf files, so I got the conversion pack.  Now, my labels are printed in something that resembles Klingon.  This has literally shut down my home business.  I am using an HP laptop and an HP 1044 printer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  And, I am sure this question has been answered elsewhere, but I am so incredibly frustrated right now, I can't see straight.Victoria McLure

I purchased ExportPDF so that I could save a filled-out form to Word. I needed to do this because, though the form has fields that allow seemingly infinite text to be inserted, the text is not visible when printed.  The document must be submitted by US Mail.  When I converted the completed document to Word, it erased ALL of the text I added and unchecked all boxes.  If this is all it can do, I need to unsubscribe and get a refund.  That is totally worthless to me.

I have converted literally thousands of reports with the same type/size graph on them from PDF to Word then back to PDF as I need to edit the graph by changing the color of the bars and adding a few lines. I used to be able to ungroup the graph and then regroup and save as a PDF. Now, I can't ungroup them and have to add objects on top of the graph and when I go to resave as a PDF the graph is completely garbled with lines all over the report and bars all over the place. How can I fix this?
