I downloaded a protected PDF how can I copy doc?

Hi.I bought the Adobe ExportPDF to convert PDF Files into Word format. Unfortunately the product does not really convert the documents properly into a word document. After converting the documents, containing mathematic formulas, those are not properly converted. So the product does not provide the service as promised.Therefore I's like to cancel my order for the Adobe ExportPDF.Additionally there is absolute no help what so ever to cancel orders at the internet page.

How do I change my email address on this site?

I bought Adobe Export 10 months ago. Unfortunately my laptop crashed last month and I lost everything off my hard drive. I now need to download Adobe Export again - how do I do this on the same subsription ?

What should I do??? Does anyone knows what to do in this case??

Dear Friends, how do I do to close my Adobe account?

To register my  Acrobat XI pro the serial number window directs to provide a 24 digit serial number whereas the version I have is about a year old and the serial number is only 20 digits.  When I put in something into the extra block of  4 numbers, the response comes back, not valid set of  numbers.

How do I overcome the security setting on a pdf document so I can covert it to word. This is not to alter the meaning of the original document, purely to copy and paste into a word document.

When I attempt to convert a PDF file to Word using Export PDF, I receive an error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service".  No other words or hints as to the cause are offered.  My subscription to Export PDF is current and there have been no software or hardware changes made to my computer.  All help appreciated.

I have multiple devices signed into the same Adobe account to share and upload files. I am having a problem with uploading files, and them not being visible on my other devices. I have tried deleting and re-uploading them, logging out and back in. Nothing has solved the problem and I need this program to work to share files for my business. Does anyone have a solution?
