How do I print out a receipt for Adobe ExportPDF Annual ?

Where are acrobat.com files saved to when I save them in .pdf format on acrobat.com?   In case my computer crashes, can I always retrieve them from the server?

I have adobe - can create pdfs to my hearts content.  I got a pdf and need to convert it to Word and jpgs.  So I bought the monthly adobe pdf.  But it's like basic adobe as far as I can tell on line.  Why is it not talking to my program on my machine telling it that it has the OK to convert?

I have subscribed and successfully paid the fee to enable exporting of PDF to Excel, but it is not working.How long till the service is active, or is there something else I must still do?For some reason all communication comes in GERMAN and I am not sure what to do.

having been using adobe sendnow where the recipients emails showed up clearly when i entered the addresses, how do i enter more than one recipient address in adobe send.- do it separate each address with a comma or a semi-colon?

Hi, I signed up for Adobe standard, but it won't let me download on my mac. Which do I need to download on mac?

I have Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and created a form using a template. When I try to pdf the form, the image of our logo isn't showing up and it's adding an extra page. How do I fix this? Also, if I distribute this form online, is there any way to link the responses to the email address that gets the notification?

In order to convert my "LiveCareer" resume I am routed to Acrobat.com and requested to sign up for the monthly plan in order to convert and then told that this PARTICULAR document is in a form that cannot be converted. Then why am I sent here and requested to sign up if it's not effective? I want my money back.

Dear SitsI recently purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription (årsbasert), with a montly payment of 18.44€. I tryed earlier to purchase a student edition, to which I´m entitled, but I was unbale due to error in purchase. As I was in a desperate situation I ended up signing for the general version.I would like to ask you how can I swich to the student edition.Thank you

I just downloaded Acrobat and it won't work. Why won't it work? I keep having it quit unexpectedly when I try to launch it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried restarting my computer.  Any suggestions? I fit all they system requirements.

I just downloaded Acrobat for the monthly membership.  When I try to start the program it says that my trial has expired. I click License software then click sign in and it asks me for a serial number. Where do I get this number?

Why does create pdf change date format?

I'm trying to install the Adobe Acrobat XI trial version, but it won't work. A window pops up, saying "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author."

I need help solving a subscription issue. I purchased Export Pdf and my credit card has been billed (almost 2 weeks ago). I have no access to program nor does it show up on my subscriptions in my account. I received no email confirmation. I cant find any contact with Adobe other than posting on a forum. How do I get my money back or at the very least how do I get the service I have been billed for? Thanks
