I purchased an adobe acrobat reader that was not compatible with my computer via a one month subscription. I was under the impression that I should get a refund for that...however, I have not seen such action take place. What do I do in order to get this refund?

I print a PDF.  I want it to save, no matter which program I print from, to my hard drive.  How do I do this?

Used  Adobe Export PDF for 11 months( great ) but since a technician has reinstalled Microsoft Xp  I cannot convert a pdf file to word/excel. Just subscribed and first attempt to convert pdf to word failed ! I get the following message "an error occurred while trying to access the service" - not good service indeed ! 27 CHF for nothing ... what can be done ?

I have an IPad air and have Microsoft office 365. I have now installed the adobe app, but still can't convert Microsoft word docs to PDF even though having subscribed and paid for Acrobat.com, which I assumed was supposed to give me access to this function.When I try to convert files, I only get to choose from my photo stream. what should I do to access microsoft docs from Acrobat.com. shouldn't this be possible from my iPad?
