I am trying to us the trial acrobat pro I just signed up for to convert pdf to word. Every time I try to do this it is asking me to pay. When I signed up it said 30 days free, is converting not free?

HHi, I've just subscribed via your adobe document to convert a PDF into .word but it won't allow me to do this. It still keeps coming up with the subscription screen. I have a confirmation email from ITunes to say I've paid.

Before I purchase Acrobat or Adobe?, I need to know it will work for what I need.  I have a 6 year macbook (MacOsX 10.6.8).  Is it possible to generate a fillable pdf, enter the data, save it, open it up in the future and add/delete data and save again?  Do I need adobe or acrobat?  Assume complete ignorance when it comes to pdfs.  I have a fillable pdf but I can only save a blank copy, no entered data.

I can't combine two pdf files (always get conversion error message no matter what size the files are). HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. This is a rip off judging from the numerous other complaints about this same issue.

I'm trying to save to hard ddrive, not cloud. doing save as and it doesn't let me save to hard drive, automatically says save to cloud. I think I have a trial version of SOMETHING not sure what- just got an iPhone. chatted for 30 min w/ a rep who knew nothing and told me to get on the forum. Like I said. your billing software clearly DID NOT query my bank for the correct address. I have simply COPIED the address that is on my bank statements. Please note, I have tried all the usual subtle variations on my address, but your software refuses to TAKE my money, despite my repeated attempts. Surely, I am not the first person to ask about this. Could you please provide a phone number for someone at Adobe who can take care of this. Again, note, I am really TRYING to GIVE you money here, so maybe someone can help with this!
