Our Organization has users using Send and Track.  If the department manager and/or Security Officer wants to review what files they are uploading and sharing,   how would they go about this?   I have control over our company's licensing portal,  but don't see anything for managing the Send and Track files Thank you, 

Hi,I need your help with the following issue, I have a webpage where I store some PDF files for all the  people in the company. With Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I have restricted printing, changes, copies, etc... But Im not able to avoid people download the file. When someone opens the file /he/she gets a toolbar with the icon to save the file. Is there anyway to block this toolbar or a setting to avoid the download??Thanks!

12/21/19Document Export/Save Solution:Export or save to Apple Books. In Adobe Fill & Sign app… go to (+) open file and select your document (from Apple Books),  Fill and Sign.  Adobe changed the way you access your document.

I upgraded to DC so I could edit PDFs .. but I still can't! When I hit edit PDF it directs me to free trial, which tells me I've already subscribed to DC, which I was already in.  Its already cost me more time and aggravation than I care to admit. Any advice? I found the same question in this community but there was no answer other than purchase DC. Thank you in advance.

When I log in, the two-factor authorization screen appears briefly then disappears before I can enter the code.  I am getting two-factor code. After the screen disappears, I get the error message "Login Operation Failed". 

Hi, I have a .pdf form created in Acrobat pro DC which has a javascript to submit the form at the end.  This all works if there is internet (the users have DC reader).  If there isn't a connection to the internet available then the operator saves the file locally.  When they have internet again they open the file to submit it but the button is no longer active?  I have spent ages trying to work this one out but can't find out how to do it. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

I'm not able to move folders from "on this phone" to the adobe "Document Cloud" on my iPhone 8plus. I can move individual documents but not folders. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to export a PDF to a word document while preserving external hyperlinks in the pdf? I have many long PDFs with hundreds of links each and purchased the Adobe Export PDF product expecting to be able to convert these into word documents.   Can the Export PDF software convert a PDF with external hyperlinks into a document that contains the same hyperlinks?

I am using the app to fill out forms that are work related.  When I send the document to the printer the information entered is jumble up and over lapping other lines.  I was able to determine the problem is definitely in the app and not involving the printer.  It has the same issue when saving the document to a file.  Any suggestions?   [Title renamed by the moderator]

Since upgrading to ios 13.2, fill and sign doesn't show as an option in to export a file. Is there way to add as an option?

I scanned several pages of a book and saved it as pdf. Now I want to crop and align each single page of this pdf (scans are not nicely aligned and show the edge of the book). Since Acrobat only allows to rotate in 90 degree steps, I decided to do it in Photoshop. Now each pdf page is available as one indpependent file in Photoshop. How can I save/export the Photoshop files again in one pdf document, after processing?Or is there a better way to do it?By the way I'm using Adobe CC.Thank you in advance for the help

We have deployed the adobe pdf handler to a group of users. We want to use this to add sticky notes to a pdf file in online view. When i open a pdf file from my online onedrive (browser view) the adobe cloud pdf handler works perfect and can make sticky notes..but when i open a pdf file from a SharePoint Online site the handler is not working and get a blanco tab. What do i need to do to get it also working with SharePoint Online sites? 

I'd like to move my works from my macbook pro into Creative Cloud Files and than delete them from my mac, is this possible?Is there a way to copy folders to CCF? so far the only way in my understanding seems to be uploading a file at a time trhough the ACC page. I'm finding the all management of CCF not very clear. It would have made sense if it was like Dropbox or Teamdrive for example, where you can upload a file or a folder and than the file is online and you can delete the one on your computer, but here in CCF with the story of syncing the files I admit that I found it kind of a mess. Can someone explain it to me please?Thanks

i cannot view any of my PDFs i sent out for signatures. I only see the search bar and the left column. I cannot see the icons anymore nor can i see he log out button 

I have a free Document Cloud account. It has a 2 GB capacity, which is fine for my uses. I believe I am well within that 2 GB storage capacity, though I don't know how to check on what my document storage volume may be. I get a Quota Exceeded error lately whenever I try and upload a new document to my account. My questions:How do I check to see how much storage capacity I have used?If I am well within my 2 GB limit, how do I resolve this issue of being unable to upload documents to the account?Bob DelaneyMississauga, Ontario

"Libraries sync error To use Creative Cloud Library, please update the Creative Could Application."Recently, I had to retire my old computer, in doing so, I had to sign into my account and redown load the programs I need. When I open these programs, I go to my libraries tab to try and connect to my library. I either get nothing (Illustrator) or "To use Creative Cloud Libraries, please update the Creative Cloud Application, Get it now!" (InDesign). When I try to connect, it asks me to redownload Creative Cloud over and over again, but never solves the problem.In the past, I had shared this library across all 3 programs, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Please help, thanks.

I have the free version of Document Cloud and I keep getting an error message that my quota has been exceeded. I started having this problem uploading about 3 months ago and have since deleted everything from the Document Cloud. There are no documents now. Is the 2 GB storage a lifetime amount and I've exceeded it? I've tried uploading with various devices and various sized documents. What are my options?

Dear all,I am facing this issue: I have a PPTX presentation with different multimedia files embedded (the presentation size is quite big 1.7 Gb) and I would like to transform this presentation in a pdf file with working video and audio: I can't do this conversion because videos and audios turn out as images and I need, in the PDF file, working videos and audios. Is it possible to maintain working videos and audios in the PDF file? I have downloaded Acrobat Pro DC for Mac as a trial version because I am not sure that this is the right software to convert my PPTX file.
