Trying to Send a file and it uploads to 89% and then I get a message that the file cannot be uploaded at this time.

Hi,We have been having an issues with some documents. It seems that when we upload a document into the Cloud Document storage depending on the size of the document sometimes we have issues. It seems to be the larger documents we have issues sometimes with uploading them into the document cloud. One example we have is uploading a 115mb document that constantly comes up with the following "An error occurred while trying to access the service" after the Virus Scan run for over 5 mins. But contrary to that we have been able to upload a 420mb combined document without any issues a few days later. Any ideas on why this might occur would be great.Thanks in advance!

pdf doc converted to word doc contins a font size that makes it unreadable (too large runs off the page)

When converting to an excel document the colums do not line up correctly even though they appear to be in columns in the pdf format.  How can I fix this?

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Document Cloud. Indeed, when i send a revision link to share a document to review. Some people get the "review as a guest" button and other people in the same company (with the same IT equipment) don't have the "review as a guest" button.

I used the Export PDF function to convert a document to Word. I keep getting a message in Word that says "Word experienced an error when trying to open this file." I tried several different documents with the same result. What might be causing this to happen?

I have paid for Adobe PDF services for 3+ years now and every time I try to convert a pdf document to excel, it takes me a really long time. I can not find the option to convert and take myself through the process with my login credentials. It keeps asking me to upgrade or buy the pdf program that I already have. How do I hide menu when sending pdf as an attachment?

I agree with several other threads that it seems ridiculous to put energy into using the adobe scan app only to turn around and be stuck accessing your pdf's through Acrobat DC only.  I was very excited to begin organizing the papers scattered throughout my home office, but i may not -- as its a pain to work with the acrobat interface in general, but especially if thats my only option to access my filesAdobe, any plans for this ?  Just allow them them to sync to a local folder within Creative Cloud ! Please !?

When I convert a pdf to word the formatting of the document gets messed up, the pdf is a form with ticks in boxes, when it converts to word the ticks and boxes are all out of line and I cannot adjust them, how can i prevent this?

When I try to Export a PDF to Word, I get the message "Save as Failed to Process this document. No file was created". I don't see this issue when Exporting other PDF docs to Word docs. The issue is seen only for one PDF document. Is there anything that I need to check in this file. I verified the file size and it's about 7.5 MB only.

I have 2 computers - a laptop and a desktop. I installed Acrobat DC and Acrobat Cloud on the laptop with no problem and they work fine. However, getting those programs to work on my desktop was another matter.( I'm entitled to use those programs on 2 computers.) Anyway, I have tried for at least the last 2 year spending many hours with a Bebashish and a Santosh and a Bomgar and a Sutya Parkash to install DC and Cloud on the desktop – with no luck. And when I go into the chat room for help, all I get is an offer of yet another tech who will take control of my computer and spend 2 to 3 trying to install the damn programs -- again with no luck. They used to send transcripts of the chat. but they have stopped doing that. Before that 12 month contract expired, Adobe stopped supporting that piece of software and discontinued support unilaterally. I had similar difficulties getting hold of anyone at Adobe in November 2017 as I am now. Adobe's website contains no direct contact details nor email addresses to help resolve problems.
