Paid $250 for a licensed image and 9 days later still can't download. I contacted support the day I purchased. The 4 times since that I have contacted support by phone and chat they all assured me 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, it's been 9 days! They are unable to fix the issue and refuse to issue a refund. I've never experienced such poor service with Adobe or any other company. Very frustrated.

Create products for resale where the main value of the product is the image itself. For example, you can’t use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the image printed on it. Please, in the text above, there're 2 ways of understanding. 1- Where the main value is "The image itself" --- would it be the derivative work or the single asset purchased?  Someone could buy the coffee mug because of my derivative artwork BUT the asset plays a minor role, secondary element and not important in the final composition.    IF the stock asset is not the main value in my final composition (print) : standard license?   (2) you may not incorporate a Work in to merchandise intended for sale or distribution, including on-demand products, unless (a) the Work has been modified to the extent that the new work, as incorporated into such merchandise, is not substantially similar to the Work and c

I accidentally hit the "License" button on a photo in Adobe Stock. Is there any way to undo that if I haven't downloaded the asset?

Hi--I just selected the 10 assets 30 day free trial.  It says I have access to 10 images.  Does that include videos?  Can I download the videos and share with someone who will project behind me during a presentation? Will the Adobe logo disappear once I make my selection?  I need to know what media I have access to, what fair use is--example playing the video on a loop or even editing it with other videos.  I'm looking for videos of fire. Hi Team,Please, I need your help. I have an end client with an Adobe Stock Subscription (750 assets/month). They have their subscription active but they can't use it because it seems that they don't have available credits. We don't understand what is the reason why they can't use licenses if they have an active suscription. Please, could you help me? I do appreciate your support. Hello -    I have 4 credits, and I get this error when I try to purchase an image that requires 1 credit:   We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.   I see lots of other posts with the same error, and it seems like the only fix has been to escalate to engineering. Can someone from Adobe please take a look at the issue?   Thank you.

 tried to try free trial of adboe stock and forgot to cancel the subscrption. I I would like to be refunded. I did not use the service.I read that I had 14 days to request a refund. I can not contact the customer service, it refers me to each choice of answers.How do i know if i will be reimbursed ?Thanks you.

Hello, I would like to ask how can I purchase images from Standard to Enhanced license for just individual image that I need? Also, for standard license, is there a way for me to access to the license code for the Standard license? I go into the License History page but I could not see where I can get the license code for Standard license, and also to upgrade it.  Thanks for helping! 

Hello, I'm extremely confused about how to appy credits to license an image in the stock program. I currently have 10 credits on my account, and it won't give me any options to use them at all (even with the standard images, as pictured below). How do I get it to give me the option to use the credits? Thanks.

My recent licensed image downloads are very pixelated. They are vector images and only seem to be available as jpegs. I need to import them to Illustrator (which is up to date). What can I do? One of the file numbers is this: 521117396 Thank you, Lizanne

I was in chat with customer service and was told to stand by, then I was disconnected. The issue I was trying to resolve: I accidentally licensed image #345256764. Secondary issue: I have two inactive Adobe Stock accounts I would like removed. There is no way to remove them from my account that I can see. The person I was chatting with said they would remove them, but they’re still there.

Hi all! My question is this: if I have a stock photo with a standard license, is it okay for me to create a tracing of it for use on merchandise?I am aware that the photo itself and its standard license does not allow this. I am also aware that an enhanced license is needed to put the photo itself on a shirt for example for sale... but what about a tracing I did in procreate of the photo? The tracing really doesn't look a lot like the original photo.Please help! Havíamos “Adobe Stock IE – 40 assets/mês + 150 créditos" e coincidência ou não, após a renovação do nosso contrato, aparece a 0 os créditos. O utilizador não consegue identificar quando que foi a 0 ou o consumo. Como identificar o pro quê o utilizador não tem mais estes créditos? Segundo ponto, como controlar os utilizadores que consomem o Adobe Stock? Se é individual, é suposto cada um utilizar os creditos da sua conta, certo?Não consigo falar no chat nem solicitar especialista..é urgente a situação e não consigo nenhum contato.Obrigada!

We have the 750 asset subscription for Adobe Stock for Teams, which is shared with several users. I've recently noticed premium assets being available to download and costing 600 credits or more an asset. Is there any way to restrict this in the system for our team? We've had two months where a user selected a premium asset, depleting our monthly allotment prematurely. I also wonder if premium assets were mistakenly turned on globally as the website states only standard assets are included in team subscriptions.

Like so many here, I happened to license some random image I wasn't even trying to click on. To make it worse, it's a creepy one lol... #123397891If possible, can someone please issue a replacement license? Thanks so much!
