I found an audio clip I really like, but I don't want to buy if the audio quality is poor on purchase. Is the preview and the purchase quality the same? It sounds like a low bit rate wave file right now. I need it soon for this project. Thanks

Hi, I accidentally licensed an image while browsing. Can I get the license (ID 151186760) credited back to my account? On a separate note, the reason this happened is because of the hover over instant license button. It is incredibly frustrating that there is no way to stop/deal with this except by dropping into the public forums. The chat feature sent me to another person's post on the exact same issue.

Vì nhu cầu sử dụng khá ít nên tôi đã quên mất đến ngày hết hạn của gói sử dụng miễn phí, do đó đã quên hủy bỏ món ăn và khi trừ tiền ngân quỹ hàng hóa của tôi không được xác định rõ vấn đề đối với tài khoản chi phí phát sinh từ đâu và cũng là nhật bản chủ ngày, cũng không thể hủy vào đầu ngày. Hiện tại đến ngày thứ 2 tôi mới biết được tài khoản gốc phát sinh, tôi không biết có cách nào để hỗ trợ thu hồi hay không? Và khi tôi hủy các gói thì Adobe đưa ra mức phạt mà tôi không thể cập nhật trước được không biết ai có thể hỗ trợ giúp tôi giải quyết vấn đề này được không?

Hello, I had no idea a trial of this service would put me in a year long commitment for this service that had a PENALTY fee to cancel. I feel duped and taken advantage of. I haven't seen any other company do this. This is unfair and a complete scam. Adobe can check my account and see that I haven't even used it. Maybe downloaded 2 photos during the trial period. What's going on here?
I'm trying to locate any pond5 stock in our license history report on adobestock.com however I do not see a filter option in the license history to view pond5 images that were purchased, which means I would need to scroll through 1,863 pages of histroy. Is there a workaround/short cut to this?
We migrated all our customer libraries to the team, so that "everyone" can work with it. All libraries are displayed correctly in https://assets.adobe.com/libraries - see screenshot: BUT: I can't see the libraries in https://stock.adobe.com/de/Libraries - regardless of whether I'm using my personal account (no CC license) or my team account (Administrator with CC license). See 2 screenshots.Team account: Personal account: All our other team members don't see the libraries, so they can't save stock photos to the library they need...Any helpful ideas?Best regardsJürgen
I want to cancel my account from Adobe and waive the cancellation fee. It was very unclear I would be bound as part of a subscription service contract. I have already paid for the months i have used it. You can also tell from my usage I have not been using the account as well for the last few months. Please cancel my membership and waive the cancellation fee. It's very disingenuous they way adobe does things with underhandedly getting people to signup for a contract when people thought they were signing up for a month to month plan.
Today my bank send me an email saying i charged 134$ for a Adobe stock plan that i didn't even subscribe. I canceled all my plan but Adobe still charged me, but i DONT EVEN HAVE ANY ASSET??? Adobe charged me and still cancel my plan? Who do i need to contact with to get a refund?

No instante já procurei formas de reembolso e eu achei que se o produto for cancelado em até 14 dias, o reembolso completo do mesmo será efetuado. Hello all,I've been monitoring my available stock media for quite a while now, sometimes less intensively, but recently more intensively because I've noticed several times that, despite having the monthly 10 stock media subscription, I've never gotten above 130 available media.Now, the last time I made a note of 130 available media was on 6/22 of this year. My next payment for another 10 media is in two days. So today I logged in to check the status and all of a sudden I only have 120 available media and that although I only downloaded a single image (1 credit) on 6/22.How can this be? As I said it seems very suspicious to me for a long time that I always have only 130 media, I have never had 131, 140 or even 143 or above. It is always the even number of 130 media.Has anyone else noticed something similar?Greetings

Hi. I previewed a stock photo for use as a poster. I bought the Extended License for $79.99. I could not tell from the preview the extent to which the background and foreground are blury and out of focus.If I were using the photo only online, it likely wouldn't matter. But I can't use the photo for print at 11" x 17" and need to receive a refund credit back for it. Photo is: 57709418Thanks!
Hello, I was browsing stock photos and licensed a 'premium' photo by mistake that I need to return for my credits, please. Asset ID on Adobe Stock is #316067255
Our assets seem to have depleted. We have 750 credits per month and have thus far used 177. However, according to our account page there are no credits left and there is no active plan. Our latest invoice does cover this period. I can't seem to find any support on this, unfortunately.

Hello I have downloaded two photos with the standard license and I intend to remove the background from one. Then I'll take this photo and put it inside the other one. Essentially in one photo there is a symbol and inside it I want to put the second photo which is laurels to be around the symbol and then I will put it in a video for TikTok and Youtube. Is it legal to edit the two photos and make one new for my videos like a symbol?

Ich habe mich bereits von der Cloud an- und abgemeldet, neugestartet, und veraltete Tutorials auf der Adobe Seite probiert. Zu diesem Problem Speziell finde ich leider nichts Aktuelles. Hello, I bought a license for what seemed to be a smart object (link: https://stock.adobe.com/fr/images/creative-bold-text-effect-psd/489244160?prev_url=detail), but when opening it, as you can see below, it was just consisting in one image inside a group that is inside a layer; so I cannot change the text of the image!To me it is like false advertising or misleading business practice. Who would like such a garbage and unusable file?There should be a "Report abuse" button in adobe stock! This is not acceptable!How can I have my license be refund? And what do you Adobe stock staff intend to do about this kind of practices?
