I see that there has already been much controversy over Adobe Stock but right now I am in the middle of a nightmare that I hope no one else has to go through. I have been using Adobe products for more than a decade and always believed them to be a reliable, reputable company. Until now. The Adobe Stock 10 free images offer kept appearing in my feed and it looked like a good deal so I signed up for for it to see how it worked thinking it could be useful to sign up for the year. How wrong I was.I then started downloading a couple of images to see how it works and to see if the resolution was good. Next thing I know I am hit with a $500 bill for one of the images. Apparently they are all priced differently - some are free in the deal and some are not. As soon as I saw the con trick that was occurring I closed everything on my computer so the image never downloaded.I immediately wrote to Adobe to explain but no one is willing to help me.So Adobe offer 10 free images free. You download some
I licensed this asset that was listed as a vector, but it's just a low-res image. It's useless. I want that credit back. https://stock.adobe.com/images/usa-colors-stars-and-stripes-abstract-bright-design-independence-day-modern-vector-background-glossy-grunge-concept-vertical-american-flag/437044581?prev_url=detail If Adobe wants to keep Stock a viable platform for designers then there needs to be greater quality control.
Is it possible to get the contact info of an original artist of a piece on Adobe Stock? I really like this art but can't seem to find any additional info. I would like to commission a piece from this artist as I really like their work. I've tried doing a reverse image search but it only brings up stock image websites, no original artist. Is something like this even possible?
My husband accidentally hit the license button on an audio file thinking it should show more info before confirming a license. How can I return it? The asset ID is #356951512
28 maja anulowałam subskrypcję planu, otrzymałam maila z potwierdzeniem, a dzisiaj moje konto zostało obciążone kolejną opłatą.
Hi! I just accidentally licensed an image while browsing images in Adobe Stock. The image number is: #108746949. I clicked the blue button by accident as I was moving my mouse. Is there a way to return the image?
Danke vorab.
I just got off support and they couldn't help me. It seems the images I've downloaded from stock are flattened since I can't remove the checkered background with transparency and gamut. Anyone else with this issue?
Since about a week ago I can't change the language of adobe stock to English, It is stuck on Spanish, even though I change the region to the United States. Any ideas why this might have happened?
I had saved two similar images in my library and bought the wrong one. I realized my error once I placed it into the inDesign file. I went back and purchased the correct image. Can I get the credit for image FILE #: 493825221. Both are very similar but I only needed the one photo (which the client approved from the preview). Also I feel this is a situation that probably happens a lot (accidental purchases). There should be an easy way on the site to contact/request a refund. It took me a while to figure out this was the forum to do so.Thanks.
Hi there, I hope you can help. I have accidentally licenced a 4K video at 80 credits rather than the HD version at 6 credits. I have been downloading footage all morning but for some reason on this video, it automatically selected the 4K version rather than standard HD? It hadn't done on the others so I didn't notice. Is there a way I can remove this liscence? Many thanks,Heather
What is the difference with standard versus extended licensing? For example, say I license work that includes various art of dogs, and I want to use them on shirts and other various merch. Is that okay? Can I just use some of the dogs from that art only, or would I need to include text or include something else I made myself with it? Does changing the colors make any difference?
Our agency currently has a plan for Adobe Stock – 750 assets a month. We are creating a specialist military pocket diary for a client and he is having 500 copies printed to sell to his customers. The diary has about 10-15% intro pages that contain historical military information and our client would like us to use some standard Adobe Stock images to complement this information. Is this allowed under our license? Do we have to include a credit for each image? And, with our current plan can we also include some 'editorial only' images if they relate to the historical events in the text?
I can't find the image for the preview I used. I don't have the code number and image search does not find it. Tried looking through search history but now luck.

I tried a free trial on adobe stock. Two days after I signed up for the free trial they debited my account. As I had taken some photos on my FREE trial, I left it, however when I logged on to my account there shows no active plans to cancel. I assumed that it had then expired. This month the debit is going off again, and due to me not having funds in that account I am being charged by my bank for the bounce fees. I cannot talk to a support agent because I don't have an active plan, but yet they try to debit me.
Am I allowed to use adobe stock images with a standard license on my Facebook posts?
Hi Adobe Stock team!It would be nice to have geological filtering for images. -> Shot in Europe, Asia, North America etc. Nature, people and infrastructure vary highly per continent so this would be super helpful in finding suitable footage!
I have the Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month USD29.99/mo subsription. When searching for videos, it seems that most of them require additional payments of $80+ per license. Is there a way to filter out those premium videos and see only the videos that are covered buy my subscription?
I have a monthly payment plan for use of stock images and have not used them prior to Xmas and yet I only have 20 assets why should be 100 if not used any
Recently I've noticed a choice of file type for downloading when I purchase a Stock license, either an AI or jpg, with the option of setting a default file type for download. I believe my default got set as a jpg and now I cannot download anything except jpgs, regardless of whether I purchase an AI file license. Can someone direct me to where I can remove this default setting? I believe there was a location for it mentioned in the dialog box, but the box does not come up anymore. I've contacted customer service with zero help (and a whole heap of frustration)...now I'm left with a file that I cannot use! I've attached an image of the product I purchased and the product I received.
Is anyone else having an issue today with the stock website loading? I get the names of the images but they never load - not sure I can choose an image based on its name!
Like many others, I did not realize signing up for the photography plan would automatically sign me up for Adobe Stock. I need to cancel this ASAP because I cannot pay for the $29.99 a month charge. When I go to cancel, it says I have to pay a cancellation fee of $134.96. How can I cancel this without the fee? I never signed up in the first place and I have never used Adobe Stock at all. This is costing too much to keep it OR to pay the cancellation fee. Please help me solve this.
For a couple months now I have been running into the same issue where the Adobe Stock website does not work in Firefox. It does work in other browsers. Below are the things I can and can’t do. I know I am not the only one who has come across this problem (https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/no-filters-option/m-p/12545263) but I have yet to find a solution. Things I can do:Load stock.adobe.comLogin to Adobe Stock accountDo an initial search and see about 30 results before it stops loading the image resultsOpen an image result in a new tab/window if I right click, but not if I left click Things I can’t do:Click on my user on the top rightDo any searches beyond the intitial searchIf I click on any top menu items, a white page is loadedCannot open filters panel, if I can, it is whiteVarious other button opens are “clickable” but do not perform the action once clicked I have gone through several Firefox updates and macOS updates with no changes to Adobe Stock’s b
