Hello, I've accidentally licensed adobe stock file #426981123, I've since licensed the file I actually wanted, please can you cancel the wrongly added image and add a credit back to my account, many thanks!

I was buying videos for 6 credits. I had a 10 credit plan. I upgraded to 40 credit plan. Videos were 6 credits. I just upgraded to the 350 credit plan, and now it wants 23 credits for the same videos.... What is going on? Images are still 1 credit. I am afraid to buy an video asset because that is way more expensive. Then if it is just 23 credits now, WTF, the 40 credit plan was better. No chat to talk to someone, I have to call. Seriously how is this a thing. 

Se vocês precisarem de um banco de imagens, contratem a shutterstock, o envato, freepik o que seja,mas não contratem a adobe stock, eu não sou de deixar reclamações sobre ninguém, mas essa foi demais, eu tinha cerca de 97 assets na minha conta, a adobe me ofereceu  um plano melhor, eu troquei de plano e perdi todos os meus assets, detalhe nunca me avisaram que isso aconteceria, eu paguei por isso, não troquei de conta apenas fiz um upgrade no plano. Enfim, eu não consigo entender como uma empresa cara como essa, tem um UX tão ruim. 

Is it possible that my employers cloud account could allow free unlimited "enhanced" license downloads? I assume we have the profesional plan as i have access to all adobe products via the cloud service. I've never had to use a stock image until now and it appears i'm allowed free enhanced diwnloads with our account. Is that possible? I thought this was a monthly service or something and was expecting to have to pay for all images.?

Why did they hang up on me!  Adobe customer service is rubbish. 

Hi team,When I try and access my audio licenses, I get the above error.  This page isn’t workingstock.adobe.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS It is an issue on all devices, incognito, work laptop, mobile phone. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? TIA Ben

Hello, I want to cancel my adobe stock subscription. The system only lets me to do that If pay extra money.It's an annual subscription, paid monthly. They didn't send me any notice that my billing automatically starts over for another year, and I don't need the service anymore. Does anyone have an idea how to end the subscription without paying extra money? Thank you!

All of a sudden I am unable to save images to my default library in Adobe Stock images. I click the heart and it comes up with a notation that it did save it, but when I go into the library none of my images are in there. I've tried to delete several old images (which is only a total of 61 images, so not overexceeded), it tells me they are deleted. But when I go back into the library, all the "deleted" images are still in there, and none of my new images are saved. I read through some of the comments and have tried to "delete permanently" from the CC website, but it gives me an error stating that some of the files could not be permanently deleted. Even when I try to delete them inidividually. This is so frustrating, just want to save images in to the library for a project before commiting to downloading.

Hello,   I have 750 Plan credits per month and that includes audio too. Whenever I try to license audio I'm getting this message within a pop-up window:   You cannot license this asset This asset cannot be licensed.   I'm in the right region. I'm searching through the search bar and trying to license random audio but the same is happening.   Customer support couldn't fix my issue for more than a week. They're not responsive and I don't think they have enough knowledge to solve my problem. Sometimes they even leave the live chat without saying anything. I wasn't able to escalate my case to any upper support tier. Can anyone help how I can achieve this problem?   Thanks,

Hi,I downloaded this image https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/sommerwiese/116084792?prev_url=detail it's a vector of a blue sky with grass. When I open up my download it's actually a pale green bokeh style background. Completely unrelated to the image I downloaded. I've never had this happen before and it is definitely a problem your end as I've re-downloaded the image and it is always wrong. Anyone know who to contact to rectify this? Thanks!

Hello,I bought the Extended License of an illustration that is almost identical to the BTS logo (a Korean k-pop band). I am new to this, and I am not sure if I can use this image in my merchandise, even though Adobe's "License Terms" and "Terms and Conditions" clearly state that I can use the image for commercial purposes. I bought an image of a bubble on Adobe Stock...it is transparent in the image...with a checkerboard background...so in normal circles this means the background is transp.  However, I see there is no such thing as a trans image inot Adobe Stock. This image is in AI/EPS format if that helps. I am using Illustrator CC. I only see 1layer in the layers panel.Please tell me if I have any options or I've wasted time and money on a stupid bubble checkerboard design.

Hello,I want to purchase an asset subscription for my daughter. She is currently a college student and has free access to all Adobe apps through her school.  She will graduate in 2 years.  My question is this:  will my daughter be able to continue to use the assets I purchased for her after she graduates?  She will not be able to use her school e-mail address after she graduates and will have to get a new e-mail address.  The adobe account login is through her school e-mail.  Is it as simple as her downloading these assets onto her hard drive and then upload them again into her new account?  Will the license for these assets still be valid in her new account?  Or will she have to re-pay licensing for them?  Is there a better way for her to go about this?  I'd hate to buy her a subscription now and have her lose everything in two years.  Hope this makes sense.  Thank you!

Hello I needed an image to use in a blog so subcribed to this site. I now wish to end my subscription as I no longer need any more images and just checking its still ok to use the image as I downloaded while I was paying Regards, Helen

I often swap between the free and licensable stock images searching for the perfect file. I accidentally licensed an image AGAIN. Normally I receive a "are you sure you want to use one of your licenses" notification but I didn't get one and once again licensed a completely useless file. I've done this probably 6 or 7 times over the past year and am hoping there is a way to remove the licensed image from my library and hopefully get credit(s) returned Please help!! Trevor

Hello Adobe...? Real User, Real Question...Is there no way to export our enterprise stock account license history to a CSV file for auditing?Not the actual assets but downloading the information about stock usage, enterprise wide by username.Who would have known people would steal content. 

The only image I currently want licensed in my account is  251122499.  Can you remove the other 6 and/or give me credits for them?  They haven't been used and won't be.  

First time using the interface. I clicked a button I thought would explain the differences between the two kinds of licenses for this image, but it downloaded the image and licensed it to me instead. If I delete it from my library, will I receive an automatic credit? Can you credit me for this image?  The image in question is file # 306701294

Who would have known people would steal content.   This is right up there removing 360 panorama editing out of photoshop.  

 How does the Free section on Adobe Stock work?  Are these really photo assets that are available to use without a subscription?  I clicked on a couple to see what happens and they became licensed.  

In haste, I just applied for the Adobe stock subscription with a typo in the account email address. As I cannot receive the account confirmation email I am extremely worried I will be charged monthly for an account I cannot use. I'm trying to resolve this with Adobe but I cannot find a contact email address or phone number to call. I am posting from this free account with the correct email address. Could someone please tell me how I can resolve this? I want to change the email address of the account with the typo in it, or merge the two accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
