Hello, I would like to cancel my adobe stock subscription. Will I still have access to my assets and images I have in my account? Will I be able to download my asssets I licenced aldready also after I cancel the subscription? Thank you for your help

At this moment, I have been on hold to Adobe for 3 hours and 49 minutes! I have been a Stock member since 2018 and my last download of an asset a couple of weeks ago showed 79 credits still unused. Today when I went onto the site I have only 19 credits. Where have they gone? How do I get them back?

Hi, In the license T&Cs for Adobe Stock (Standard, Enhanced and Extended) it states that you cannot "Distribute the stand alone file". Does this include distribution within an organisation? Or only distribution to external parties? Can I distribute the file internally for presentations given externally. And of course, not share the standalone file externally except as part of a powerpoint converted to PDF.  Cheers,Ellie

Я подписывалась только на план фотографа, почему я подписана на план Stock - неизвестно.    Прошу вернуть денежные средства за неиспользованный период Stock. Проверьте пожалуйста, я его абсалютно не использовала.   Пожалуйста, отмените оплату за отписку от плана Stock! Я не могу отписаться, у меня требуют денег за отписку. Как правильно отменить подписку на план Stock? Мне нужен только photoshop и lightroom.   Прикладываю номер карты на который можно сделать возврат за ошибочно подключенный продукт [приватные данные удалены модератором]   Благодарю за обратную связь!  Прошу помочь мне

A few weeks ago I wanted to try your paid photography system: Stock Adobe, I put all my bank details, but the truth is, I didn't like the experience, rather, I wasn't convinced: so much so that I wanted to unsubscribe and cancel my free subscription to prevent you from arbitrarily charging me this April; but, in a very strange way, I did not find, I did not find anywhere the button to cancel my annual plan and you have already charged me this month in an unjustified and arbitrary way: please, request a refund of my money as soon as possible.

Hi, I am going through the same issue as SEVERAL others in this forum. I have NEVER purchased anything from adobe, yet I have been charged 9+ times in the amount of 19.99!!! I did not authorize these charges and I am so upset with ADOBE. I did the CHAT with Adobe and the representative in the chat cannot find my information OR the debit card that they have been charging for the past 9 months (or longer)  NO ONE CAN HELP ME AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS! ......I am ready to go to the BBB or one of the REPORT SCAM sites online to post my issues there. ADOBE CANNOT  seem to find my subscription (that I did NOT approve) or my finacial information that they are taking money from. How is this possible? Do the employees there get background checks? Because this seems really fishy!! It Seems like a lot of the same issues are going on with other people as well.  CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEE Thank You

I just noticed that I have been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock for two months. I did not buy this nor the free trial I keep reading about. My plans page does not have this on it. I only have the free plans of creative cloud and adobe acrobat. Also, my credit card info is not on file here (was saved to my google account though}. I have uninstalled anything Adobe on my computer. I did not subscribe and did not give my credit card info. Was my credit card info taken without permission? Very unhappy and looking for an answer now.

I have tried everything, used different browsers, signed in and out. Images used to save to my library and my downloads, nit it just saves to my creatice cloud library and every image gives me a download failed message.

Are the pictures in Adobe Stock portraying people with disabilities actually real people with disabilities? Or are they just models?

Hi there, I'm planning on selling my personally created lightroom presets on etsy, but need photos to showcase the presets on. I'm thinking of using stock photos to showcase before and afters using the presets; but I wouldn't be selling the stock photos themselves in the download - just my personally created presets. They would just be used to show what the presets look like in the listing. Is the standard license sufficient for this? Or would the extended license be needed? Asking as of course this would mean per preset pack I would have to be spending near to £500 on photos if buying the extended licenses! Best,Oliver

Can somebody tell my why it is not possible for Adobe to create a shopping cart for Adobe Stock images? I have a small package with 15 images included. For every additional image I order Adobe is creating a bank transfer, creating a separated bill. Do these guys think of the enviroment? I have to print 3 sites of paper for every image I buy for 2,99 € (bank transfer, paypal transfer, invoice). This is building up to 60 - 100 pieces of paper a month - not included the time of work I have with it. And no - its not a choice for me to go to a higher included package because I dont have additional buys every month. This is just a joke and its just annoying. kweb

Hi, I have no clue how to get my free 10 trial pictures, I click licensed on a picture that don't even want and do not know how to cancel. I think because of it, I can not just choose 9 free trial pictures... How do I know which ones are Free Trial pictures!? Waiting for your reply help please... don't want to pay for pictures I do not want! Thanks  Johanne 

Please help. I just bought 163671349 opened it in Illustrator to remove the blocked background, but there are no layers. The sublayer even says 'image'. Thank you very much!

How do I stop the Adobe Stock Auto renewing?  I tried to cancel but it say I have to pay an early cancellation fee of over £100.  I can't see anywhere when my Annual plan started. The Adobe help is no help at all!

I cannot find the best place to get this message out, but whatever you do: Do not sign up for the free trials at adobe. It is a $100 mistake I can't get back. They refuse to acknowledge my free-trial cancellation email and will not refund me despite the fact that I canceled. I'm just in shock.
