Questions

 So I did this poster for my Instagram story using Canva. I am subscribed to the standard license for the stock images. However, Im just learning of all the restrictions. I got this image from Adobe Stock and I plan to place my logo on her shirt along with my business cotnact information at the bottom. Is such allowed? Because I plan do similiar posts with other stock photos and stock illustrations. Also, I noticed another image I tried to upload to Canva came with the watermark. So im guessing some Adobe stock images can be uploaded to Canva and some cannot?

I also tried rendering without any maps, as well as with different angles and lighting setups and the problem persists which is why I think it might be geomtery realted (but I'm not a 3D artist so I don't really know exactly how everything works). I've attatched an image below in which I've highlighted the issues I saw in the render. For reference, I rendered this on high quality at 3840x2160 resolution and then cropped it to just show the asset in question. I'd appreciate it if this assets could

Adobe Stock was recently added to my enterprise account but I keep receiving an error stating "Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again." Is this a licensing issue or an issue with our account? Please advise!

Hi I ve just purchsed credit packs of 40 credits and 16 credits for 7 HD vdo footages(which are 8 credits for each footage).But I can only licensed 6 footages ( it supposed to be 7 in total)Anyway to get the credits back please? Thankyou

I'm actually amazed at how stupid the adobe stock terms & rules are..I signed up for a few images, didn't read the 5000 pages of T&Cs (yes my fault) I go to cancel early and it's telling me I have to pay hundreds of pounds to cancel so I let it roll thinking maybe in the future i'll use the credits..I come back today 6-8 months later and the cancellation cost is much less (35£) and on the cancellation page it tells me i'll lose my 95 credits that have built up over the last 12 months like wtf?  What kind of animal thought this would be a good idea?  I'm actually baffled at how some of these companies operate.  No wonder piracy against this company is through the roof if this is the way they deal with their paying customers.

I have a few images that I needed to license but unable to license the images. It gives me the error message of "This asset cannot be licensed". Anyone has a solution to this problem?

I'm a student who is looking to use an adobe stock image as a pattern for fabric on spoonflower.com. I plan on using the fabric to create a garment for a school project. The image has standard licensing and I don't plan on selling the garment since its for school. Am I allowed to use that image? The FAQ are not very specific and I'm not sure what the licensing is when it come to using it in this format.

Hi - I licensed this stock JPEG because it specifically says that it includes a clipping path: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/3d-illustration-of-a-werewolf-on-dark-background-with-clipping-path/299046852?asset_id=299046852 Maybe I'm being stupid, but it really doesn't look like the clipping path is included. It's frustrating because I used up one of my last few credits on the image purely for the clipping path. Is anyone able to look into this for me? I'd really appreciate it if someone can either show me how to access the clipping path or reimburse the credit that I spent if it isn't actually included. Many thanks!L

Why does my free trial offer image have watermarks?

Hello, I ordered a custom logo on fiverr to use as my company logo, i quickly realise the seller wasn't designing, he just resell files or re draw logos found on adobe stock and other websites. What can i do about that ? I read the terms of use of adobe stock and it is clearly stated that a logo can't be reselled as a business logo because of copyright infrigment, and if he's not an adobe stock user he's clearly doing plagiarism. i have proofs of stolen logos if needed. Thanks for your help.

I've been able to use credits in my work account to download stock video all week and we have tons left, but suddenly Adobe Stock is asking me to pay for downloads even though we have plenty of credits to cover it. Help!

The .ai file I downloaded, AdobeStock_309753137.ai, doesn't match the watermarked preview, see preview and reality screenshots below. I'm fine with the color difference, but I was counting on using the people. The vector drawing has no people.

I have an Adobe Stock photo that I'd like to locate by file name in Adobe Stock. I'd like to see if there are more like it. Is there a way to do this?

If the advertising agency where I work buys a license for an Adobe Stock photo, may I use the photo in an edited version in an advertisement for one of the advertising agency's customers without transferring the license? And if so: Can I subsequently use the same Adobe Stock photo in another edited version for another customer without having to purchase an additional license for the photo?

I bought Adobe Illustrator a month ago and I love it, but I was offered free ten images from Adobe Stock. Since the offer was free, I figured it wouldn't hurt, but I really don't need stock images for my business. I'm not going to be using it. I downloaded one free image a month ago just to play around with it. I didn't realize I would suddenly have a membership plan with Adobe Stock. Nothing against the program but it's not something I need at the moment.

I don't know what subscribed to this payment, and I don't know how to use it, so it didn't work once. Just now I found out that my credit card has paid for this feature for three months, and now I have to pay a penalty for canceling it. I really want to curse. My hard-earned money is gone!

Do subscriptions that have a monthly limit reset on the first day of the month? Or, do they reset on the anniversary day that the subscription was initiated (ex. 11th day of each month)? 

Hi Team,  I am confused here it shows in my account that I have unlimited images access. But at the same time I am not able to download it as it says no credits.  Can you please clarify if having unlimited images also has some limitations (Attached is the screenshot)

Hello,I have 10 standard credits to use for the month and I accidentally licensed image (ID #311836611) when I was trying to show an example. The image is totally unrelated to the content my company uses. Is there a way to reverse this and unlicence it? -Emmanuel
