I signed up for Creative Cloud in July, I only wanted to use Photoshop and AI but it was cheaper to get the bundle than pay for those separately. Somehow during the sign up process Adobe Stock was added to my subscription. I never used and would never have use for Adobe Stock. I had to Google it when I saw the charge on my C.C.  I know for a fact that I would not separately click for a free add-on that I would need to cancel within a month for a service that I wouldn't use so it must be added on at some point during the Creative Cloud bundle. This tactic is the reason regulators like the BBB exist. When I called to cancel and request a refund for the couple of months that I was charged I was told I would need to pay a cancellation fee- this is definitely not stated in clear and easy to see terms during sign-up. I almost want to sign-up again and video tape the whole thing and post to Youtube to warn others how this fraud is committed. I see there are MANY other

Recently puchased image #231691054 for a project. Image is advertised as an Ai/EPS file.However once inside the file it is a single low resolution image. The file is a merged uneditable file. The description needs to be changed to JPEG and could you please refund and remove the image license. This image is totally unusable.

Hello, If I have a client who walls to print one poster (or wallpaper) using an enhanced licence image (and nothing else - jsut the image) - is this allowed. And if another lcient wanted the same imnage we would need to / can re-licence the image for that purpose also?

HELP - my account will not let me delete or cancel my subscription. It advises me to check back later to make any modifications.When I try delete my account it also doesn't let me cancel the plan.Thanks.

I bought the file 331340559 from stock.adobe.  It says editable text but I cannot find where I can edit it. I have searched for this for too long.  Help?

Hello. I am having the same problem.I signed up for the 10 asset free month, but I got no warning that the trial perion was ending. I tried to cancel at the last day of the plan but as it turned out it was too late. Maybe by a few hours. Now speaking it is the first day of the 2nd month. I tried to cancel but I can not see anywhere a cancellation option. If I remember correctly, if the cancellation is done within the first 14 days of the 2nd month there will be no charge. I have downloaded 6 out of 10 free month assets but I do  not use adobe stock anymore.I would like my subscription to be cancelled too. I do not know a way to do it myself because there is no option yet.Thank you.

Hello, I've almost the same problem.I've 4 credits and 4 single pictures I want to buy.I go on "licence" but it shows me "error". Unable to purchase the picture. However, I can still download previous pictures.I tried on two computers, CC, Chrome and Firefox.Since yesterday it doesn't work. Thanks.

All of my licensed photos and stock assests are gone after I ended subscription because of hardship and 100s of hours in work is gone. How do I get theses back please?😭😢 Can I reinstall my subscription to get all my work back? I'm so distraught about this. 

I was trying to figure out how to use my 10 free assets and I accidentally bought a video for 77€, it didn't even ask for my credit card number because it was registered already, how can I get a refund?

Hello All! I am ready to pull my hair out. I am looking for simple vector images in Stock, and every single one I license and download has a white background. I have tried opening them in illsutrator soI can just remove the white background, but when they open in illustrator, they do not have layers and are flat images. I find it silly that I can't just easily remove the background from the little vector right in illustrator, but as much as that annoys me, I also tried to bring it into photoshop to remove the background. The simple background remover in the properties window did not work well - despite the fact that it's a very clean vector with sharp lines, it still cut off half the image trying to remove the background. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! It's silly to think my old version of Microsoft Publisher removed backgrounds so quikly and easily (I know, *gasp*) and here I am with a state of the art design program that requires I take an hour to trace lines t

Hi. I licensed an image on adobe stock. I want to use it on a poster. How do I reference the image? I'm not familar with copyright rules.  Do I put a copyright logo on the image with the copyright owners name? Do I add "permission obtained"? I want to copyright the rest of my poster myself but the photo's are obviously not mine, I only licensed them.  How do I copyright the poster, but make sure I give the appropriate reference to the licensed adobe photo? Help!

I seem to have 2 stock plans. One for $30 and another for $20. The $30 plan was paid and shows that on my account. The other plan states it hasn't been paid. I tried to change payment and it accepted it, however my account still says payment info needs attention. I'm wondering why I have 2 plans to begin with? How do I cancel one of these plans. When I access the plan that states non payment, It comes up just like my $30 plan does. I need help. I see that the $20 plan states On Demand. I don't remember ever ordering or using this plan. How do I cancel this plan? Thanks

I have several libraries in my Adobe Stock App but one of them is diplaying nothing when it should be showing 392. Why would that library out over 40 not show anything. Spent an hour on the phone with support and did some screenshots and sent them in. The responce I have got is my case will be closed in 3 days and a choice of buttons: Close my case, Chat with an agent, Consult our community, so here I am. Any thoughts?

Hello, I just did something very stupid and just bought the wrong asset by mistake. I was having trouble with my card, tried multiple times with no luck so tried another card that worked but in my haste didn't double check it was the right asset. Is there anything that can be done? I feel very dumb! 

I have an Adobe Stock subscription (in addition to my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription) that allows to download 40 assets per month. However, Adobe Stock will not allow me to download anything! When I try to download an asset I get a message informing me that I have an active subscription, but there's no option to download. I've tried calling customer support, but they flat out suck ( sorry for being so frank). Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Bev,Why is this not possible? It doesn't make any sense. I saved up my credits only plan to buy some stock video for a project and now find that it was pointless. What possible reason could there be for not being able to use your credits for video?Tim

Hi,  I licensed some images I need for a big scale print. Therefore I looked especially for images with a high resolution. Some were okay - some were totally unsharp (e.g. #378691837 - 12000 x 8000px - but it can hardly be printed bigger than A4 if you want a sharp picture, #425438892 and #316947285 are also far away from the expected quality). As there is no possibility to detect this before licensing I contacted customer support by chat. First they told me, that I need to open them with Photohop - then they would be sharp (which is of course nonsense - I afterwards sent one picture to a colleage of mine who has a subscription and they look exactly the same as in my standard image viewer). Then they wanted to push me into a Photoshop subscription offering worse conditions than on the website. This combination is really disappointing. 

Hi,   I'm a graphic designer and have an Adobe Stock subscription plan allowed to use 10 pictures a month.  Now, my question is am I allowed to use these pictures for a client as I'm doing a design for them? To be more precise, may I use some of these 10 pictures and use them on my client's web page and/or on their social media account?   Thank you in advance. I tried a free month of adobe stock and forgot to cancel the subscription.I I would like to be refunded (35.99 €). I did not use the service. I read that I had 14 days to request a refund.I can not contact the customer service, it refers me to each choice of answers.How do i know if i will be reimbursed ?Thanks you.
