I am using a purchased stock video for a video background on a website. As I understand it, uploading the video onto Vimeo (for instance) is in breech of the terms of use of Adobes videos. Is there an alternative to self-hosting the video to avoid detrimental impacts on site speed and user experience? Thanks a lot.

Hi there,the licence agreement says "If the asset is posted unmodified to a social media site, attribution is required (© Author Name - stock.adobe.com)."so, in this case, what means 'modified'? Is it enough to crop the image and put text on it? I'd like to use an image as background. Do I need to post the attribution?Thanks, Andrea

Is anyone else having problems downloading from the stock website? It seems I can only download from 2 am to 5 am. Any other time and my download times out. The website is also very, very slow. I know it's not my connection because other websites work fine.This is one of many problems with Adobe. I was on a $10 a month plan and was switched over to paying $33 a month. When I tried to cancel, I was told I would have to pay for breaking my subscription and that I would lose all the images I had built up. I had planned on canceling this year, but they didn't tell me they would be renewing my subscription automatically, and now I am stuck in another year. Needless to say, I do warn all my graphic and web design friends away from using stock. If there was another better image software, I wouldn't use Adobe at all. I don't like the way they do business.

I want to cancel subscription Adobe Stock, but I can't log in my Adode ID, because accounts.adobe.com is unavailable. I used different browsers, different platforms, different computers from tablet to desktop, cleaned cookies - nothing worked!!!!!!  I tried to cancel my subscription yesterday, lost a lot of time - but I couldn't enter to my ID.Please, cancel my subscription since June 27!!!! If I cancel my paid membership in the Adobe Stock service AFTER I have already licensed and downloaded a year's worth of images to my computer, will they still be available for me to use?

HI-I licensed the following image: #23941310  and would like to use it in InDesign on a colored background.  When I place it on the background, it has a white square around it.  I do not want the white square, I simply want the black image.  In the application, I have selected the image and clicked on 'Layers' and the image is a single layer, there is now 'background' layer to the image.  How can I remove the white square from the image?Thank you!!Danielle

Anybody else run into this problem. I do an image search on Adobe Stock it matters not what subject I may get a hundred thousand image results and the first page of image results loads fine, but the moment I go to page 2 of results  all I get is a blank results page and 'Sorry no results were found with that term' despite thousands showing up in the results.It only happens on my PC my Mac (which is not my main machine) seems unaffected, also if I sign out of the account and then do a search it seems fine then, I've used all three browsers Edge, Chrome, and Firefox all with the same problem, in fact Edge won't show anything at all.I'm running Windows 10 and I have Kaspersky as my security.Any ideas?

I'm recently been having major issues with Adobe Stock searches.On first going to the website I can complete a search and results are returned but if I navigate to the second page I get a :sorry not results were found with that termThis even though there are hundreds of pages and 1000s of results.So my current testing shows this happens to both Chrome and Firefox. On IE I can't seem to make the error happen. I then cleared all coookies and cache and if i dont accept cookies on the site or sign-in it seems ok, but I can't use the service unless i sign in.I have also turned off all ad blockers etc etc.Anyone help?Thanks!Geo

I have seen that this was an issue last year but I have only experienced it today. i have Windows 10 PC and have tried Chrome (Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit), Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 and Firefox 60.0.2 (32-bit) and if I search images for term "printing" I get the first page of image. On trying to navigate to page 2 I get an error - Sorry, no results were found with that term. Yet the top left of screen shows 1,964,483 results for printing in images.If I try using next instead of 2 I get the same error.I have deleted cache as I know Chrome can be a nuisance. There was also a Chrome update yesterday I believe.This is infuriating as now I cannot finish the work I am scheduled to do today. Please advise when this problem will be fixed.RegardsDavid

My friend recently signed up for Adobe Stock for 40 standard assets a month with Free 1 Month trial. He received a confirmation email saying Your Adobe Stock subscription is now active! However, whenever we try to set the password, it gives us this error message: ErrorThere was an error with this action. Try again later. 945804f2-87b4-4558-b086-29b293d7058b We already tried signing in and just clicking the forgot password button but the same error message comes up.Please help.

It says on your License Terms page that you can view the license associated with your chosen image on the image preview page (screen grab of your website page shown in Pic 1). However, I only see the option to Buy License & Save to My Library (screen grab of what I see, shown in Pic 2). Can you only see the licence terms once you have purchased the image?Thanks, any help muchly appreciated.

I have a complaint about your Adobe Stock available through my company's creative suite. I had downloaded the attached vector graphic for a 4th of July marketing campaign. There was found a serious typo "Indepence Day" instead for Independence Day on File #: 162518143. This was unfortunately recognized after the launch of the campaign and as you can expect was humiliating.

HELP!!!I really want to talk to someone on the phone but can't seem to get to that option. Every month I pay for adobe photography, creative cloud and adobe stock. I can access the first two, but I am having trouble accessing adobe stock. HELP!!!! I need access to it and is there an all inclusive plan so that I don't need to have all these separate payments every month??? Thank you!
