I'm using multiple Adobe Stock images, in various sizes, in eLearning courses. Can I put a CREDITS section in the course where i say something like this:ADOBE STOCK CREDITPhotographs & images are protected by copyright law. Resale or use of any images used in this e-Learning course is prohibited.Images © / Adobe StockDo I have to list each photographers name? You mentioned in one of your earlier replies "Most books do not require a photo credit per the license agreement" does the same apply to e-Learning courses?ThanksGary
Hello,I need to buy a stock video. But everytime I want to buy and download it, I get thiserror (unfortunately in German):Yesterday I already bought two videos without any problems. I habe no idea why this issue is up since today...Thx for your time and help!
Why does Adobe keep sending messages about indexing, but provide no support for the issue. It's seems that is a problem with most Adobe products,
Our company purchased extended license for a picture and we edited it to use it to promote our technologies.According to your terms, we can distribute the picture in press releases as well. My question is, can journalists use the picture when they publish an article about our technology? Thank you!BestWeiwei
I am doing work using the free templates that are featured in the New Document dialog box. They are clearly labeled as FREE.But when I go to Adobe Stock, and search for other templates, many are labeled as FREE, but some others have no label. It took a lot of clicking, but these templates seem also to be free. But that FREE label isn't there. I can't find any place for a price.I've downloaded several templates and there was no mention of being charged.Does anyone have a clue about this?
Is there any other way to get stock, besides being forced to subscribing to the very high priced option Adobe offers?I rarely use Stock so committing to Adobe's $30 a month option just make financial sense.Surely there is a way to get Stock on a per item basis.
Cordialement
Hello.I just downloaded an image for a banner, but unfortunately I can now see in Photoshop, that the image is blurry, so I can't use it... Can you help me? Don't really want to pay for an image, that I can't use... Kind regardsMarie Louise
Hi ThereHi,I am also having the same issue "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" with my Adobe Stock trial. Please can i get this cancelled.Kind regardsGlenn
Not sure how to report an image. This should be an interface option off of an images purchase page.Image: Night scene of downtown Toronto - Buy this stock photo and explore similar images at Adobe Stock | Adobe Stock Poor quality. There is lense dirt that hasn't been cleaned along the bottom left of the image along the water. This is poor QA on photographers and your part. The image is generally soft focus. Unhappy with this purchase.P.
Hello there, I have a question about the stand licenses acquired while I was on the free trial.I cancelled my free trial before it ended so I no longer have a plan, are these standard license images I licensed while I was on free trial still okay to use? as if I got them while I was on paid subscription? I don't see any expiration dates on these images and I wasn't sure if the license is valid only while I'm still on any kind of plan. Thank you so much for your help!Ray
I have an adobe stock subscription and when I search for images I REALLY dislike how a pop-up appears over each image to "license and save to computer" which will instantly license the image if I accidentally click it. This is a VERY poor design choice. I read through the support forms and it seems that I'm not the only one having this problem. It needs to be fixed ASAP.So what happened to me? I accidentally clicked the pop-up button!I figured I could get this fixed by chatting with customer support. But customer support told me that they have no way to issue a refund for an image (they couldn't even figure out what I was asking for awhile). Then I asked if I could have an extra credit. They said they can't do that either.I don't know what's wrong with your customer service team but this is really poor customer service. I will likely cancel my membership once I use my remaining credits unless something is fixed.Ravi: Hello! Welcome to Adobe support.Ravi: Hi, How are you today?Rebecca Zi
Hey there. I used the free trial for Adobe Stock, and got few images that I used on my website. Since I've figured I will not need many images at all, I've cancelled the subscription after the trial ended. My question is...do I still own those few images I got while the free trial was in effect and can I still use them on my website? Thanks.
Hi all,I recently downloaded the free "Food Magazine Layout" template by Themzy on Adobe Stock, and am encountering issues with removing the pagination from view. I've been able to tweak most of the layout to suit my needs, but I can't seem to remove the pagination so they aren't visible.Anyone know how to solve this issue and make page numbers disappear from view in this template or others? Thanks!
AdobeStock_43115941Bought the "vector" image but it looks horrible close up I can't use this

Hi Sheena:Adobe didn'y made an update of their pay system and they threted me to be cancel my account besides to stole my 87 paid images.I sent mails, unable to chat them and I had anyone answer to this, coincidetnally, I have one month to cancel my suscripcion that of course I want to do it cause suddenly they update from $9.99 to $29.99, actually this worked for your convenience.Help me to fix this cause further that Adobe is stealing my paid pics and I had troubles to my work, they din't answer for any place so I'm tracing everything to expose and of course for sue them.Thank you.
I have a similar problem. I created two videos (one is 57 secs and the other is 33 secs). I was able to download the 57-sec video, but when trying to download the 33-sec video it stalls. I have been trying to figure out what is going on for over 4 hours. Please help.
HI Sheena,I also have been stuck in a support "Loop" always ending back up at these forums.I have the exact same problem, transferred over from DPC and have in all fairness been using the service. However i have been ill and have not used it as much over the last 5 or 6 months and have 120 images available for download, which is equal to 10 months paid subscription.I have shut down my business so my payment method has expired, but want to continue building websites and, as such, wish to continue using the service.I am annoyed that i am now unable to access my 120 downloads, surely i have paid for these - thats the equivalent of 10 months Subscriptions (£239.00) - Please refund me or make the downloads available.Thanks,Rob.
I searched how to remove an accidentally licensed image and this is the thread I found since there is no actual button to do that. Everyone on the thread seems to get their problems fixed here so that's a consolation. Are you now saying I should contact another person to get my problem fixed unlike the rest of the people on the thread?
Hi guys,I recently licensed some artwork through adobe stock, i realy like it and will be using it on my website. My website hase a styleguide section and i would like to credit the designer who made the artwork by providing a small bio (sentence or two) and a link to her/his portfolio.I want to ask if i am allowed to do so, get a link and small bio if i am.How do i contact the person who made the artwork knowing only the username?
I was originally a member of Dollar Photo Club that was acquired by Adobe Stock. In the year I was a member of Adobe Stock, I never downloaded a single image as I did not want to use the cloud. I cancelled my subscription after paying for a full year (over CAD $500), and was then horrified to find that by ending the subscription Adobe denied me access to the approximately 180 images I had paid for or carried over from DPC. I would like Adobe Stock to restore my access to these images. How do I do this, as they provide no way to contact them?
Everyone who is in my Creative Cloud team received this email from Adobe today. As Admin is there a way of finding out in the Admin Console who activate this? Thanks in advance.
What happens if I change my plan? So if I have a stock plan with all the apps, but am changing to the Photoshop/Lightroom Stock plan. Will I get to keep my current 27 unused credits? Thanks.
