Questions

Hi there! I had a free trial of adobe stock and accidentally downloaded a Video. To my horror, my credit card was instantly charged for 73,19€ for the video licence. I didn't want it, just clicked by mistake! How can I get a refund?

Hi, can I use the standard licence for a (selfpublished) cookbook? I need cover AND pictures for the inside of the book (right next to the recipes). I have a subscription with a standard license. Thank you!

Bought an image with a background that I assumed would have been very easy to unlock from the background and use in my project - but no. It's locked down hard, selecting all and unlocking doesn't work, unlock isn't even live when I select all. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING - not sure why any icon sold in stock would have a background in the first place - who would ever want that??[Moved from non-technical Lounge Forum to Stock forum... Hi. If i subscribe to the stock photos and then buy a number of photos for my website...then i cancel in a year....can i still use the photos on my website or are they only allowed to be used if i have a subscription? Thanks

I am an occasional user who purchases a single image at a time. Because I use photoshop, I need my images to be in "open in ps" format, not .ai format. Yesterday I licensed an .ai image, but when I try to download it to my computer and click on the "open in ps" button, I receive a message that this feature is only available through Creative Cloud. Is that true? Is it no longer possible to download a licensed .ai image in .jpg or similar format directly from the website?

Hi, I was trying to cancel my membership to stock and found myself in the cannot cancel until I update my payment details loop. I was advised by support to update and then cancel as my account was suspended, this turned out to be a mistake because now I have been charged for a month and have no access to the service. After a frustration experience with the online chat I am pretty upset with the whole experience. Can someone please help here?ThanksMark

Do I have to download 10 stock images every month or does it roll over to the next month and becomes 20?

Hi, I purchased this image: Realistic red maple leaf isolated on white background - image | Adobe Stock and every time I try to open it, Illustrator crashes. I have tried closing all of my Adobe apps, rebooting, nothing. I just get a blank black screen and Illustrator stops responding.  I am using a Mac, with the latest versions of all the apps. This is the first time that this has happened to me with a stock image - images I've downloaded before are still opening fine. This is the error message I get from Illustrator:Date/Time:       2017-03-04 10:51:10 -0700OS Version:      Mac OS X 10.11.6 (Build 15G1004)Architecture:    x86_64Report Version:  22Command:         Illustrator CCPath:            /Applications/Adobe Illustrator CC 2017/Adobe Illustrator.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe IllustratorVersion:   &

I seem to have been suckered into the same membership scam for Stock as other users. I'm a CC subscription member and am happy with the monthly payment model. It appears I have signed up to a YEAR long contract that enforces a cancellation penalty fee should you wish to cancel before the end of the year contract. Upon trying to cancel, I was given an option to continue the membership for 60 days "for free." I though I would be able to cancel my contract at that point. It appears after a chat with customer service that I am still in contract until January 2018.I feel I was mis-sold this product. I am not a professional and had hoped to use my trial to acquire ONE image. I am now committed to £24 per month until 2018. Please can you advise as to how to remedy this issue? I am very disappointed that Adobe would lure users into such a strict contract without being explicit.

I would like to cancel order od Adobe stock wich I made by mistake. Any adwise? Thank you

Please can someone help! I am thirteen years old and have made a mistake signing up for Adobe Stock membership. I have tried to contact Customer Care many times but nothing happens. Tonight I have just waited for over an hour for a reply from Customer Care and nothing has happened again! What should I do?

Hi, I just receive an order says Adobe Stock – On demand‎ with $249.99. Can you tell me what fee is it?

How do i get the original photo without the "your text...."?The photo is #96348982.I couldnt see any other format download for the photo. ThanksNadav

It says that an extended license for an image from Adobe Stock cost $79.99 + tax and that you get one per month? Is the $79.99 paid only once, per month, or per image? Thanks!

For the past 24 hours I have marked upwards of 500 photos to save to a named folder in my Adobe CC Stock library, for a project on deadline. Now I'm preparing for the final stage of the project, and only 179 of the photos are in the library! This happened once before, months ago, and it was a disaster. Do I have to check my folder every single time I save an image, even though it says the image saved to folder? The 179 images that saved were on a library computer using Chrome. The remaining ones (missing) were saved to the named folder on my updated iPhone 6 and now using safari on a library computer.Does Adobe have a record of my saved images? Please help!

Hello Adobe Forums,I signed up for the trial free month of Adobe Stock and went to cancel it today. When I tried the self cancellation method I was told there would be a $150+ fee! I was quite shocked and contacted support for help understanding why canceling my trial month would result in a fee. The support rep insisted I keep the account or pay the fee, and could only help me with a two free months of service. While they were helpful they were not able to help me cancel the subscription without incurring this surprise fee.Can you help me understand why I can't cancel my trial month of Adobe Stock? As a follow up, how was I unknowingly put into an annual contract with a service instead of a single trial month as advertised? Please help! Hi, I'm planning to get the "40 standard media files per month" subscribtion. I'm just wondering if stock videos is included in this term? Am I still allowed to use the files after my subscribtion ends, and can I use the files to create a video for a client? Thanks in advance,Axel

I have a problem, my Adobe Stock subscription (10 imgs) has not reset for the last couple of months. Can someone please look into it?

Is this really the support option? A forum? I'm paying $150 a month and I can't email Adobe directly?Anyway, I'm trying to get some clarification on the standard license. I know I can't I use an image on a product (t-shirt or mug) if the reason for the buyer to purchase the product is the image. For example, just slapping up a picture of a penguin on a shirt and calling it a day.HOWEVER, my question is: If the product already has value based on the text on the shirt, for example, the shirt says: Penguin Wrestling Champion and then there is a silhouette image of a penguin I downloaded from Adobe Stock, does the license cover that usage? Also, am I allowed to edit the images? Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,I would like to know if there is an API available for the reverse image recognition tool on the Adobe Stock Website: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/ Eg: the tool where you upload and image and fetches results of similar images from the Adobe Stock database.Weichern

Last year I have downloaded more than 10 photo's each month, I can not find anywhere what a photo downloaded outside my renewed subscription will cost.Regards,Pieterjan
