I just uploaded my YouTube video using tracks from Adobe Stock that I properly licensed. However, one track got flagged for copyright claim by CD Baby for a different song. I have disputed the claim stating that the track actually comes from a song in Adobe Stock and provided the Adobe license code. Hours passed and they still didn't respond. I'm kinda nervous right now. I also wrote to CD Baby directly and provided them the link to the Adobe Stock music that I used and politely stated that they misclaimed a song in my video. I also wrote to FineTune music who actually owns the song hoping that they will contact CD Baby and challenge their claim. Meanwhile, if CD Baby doesn't do anything, I will have to wait 30 days for this claim to drop. Do you have any similar experiences? Do you think I will win this dispute because I hope to monetize my video on YouTube as well. Any additional comments or advice are appreciated. Thank you!

i need help, how can i get refund after adobe lagged and did not canceled my free trial? i canceled all plans and now adobe took 69 euro from my bank telling me that i had a stock plan, i saw things about canceling and refunding money before 14 days of usage, is that true? And how can i talk to somebody from customer support that isn't an ai chatbot?

J’ai souscris à un essai gratuit de 7 jours à adobe stock. Finalement ça ne me plaisait pas donc je l'ai annulé. C'était il y a plus de 4 mois. Je viens de découvrir que Adobe me prenait de l'argent dans mon dos depuis ces 4 mois. Je ne reçois aucune facture, aucun mail, rien du tout et depuis tout ce temps 40€ parte de mon compte. Je ne fais pas attention à mes relevés de compte et étant donné que j’ai été en vacances je n'ai pas fais attention à ça. Je suis étudiante et on me demande 125€ pour résilier mon abonnement maintenant, abonnement que j’ai ARRÊTÉ pendant l'essai gratuit. De plus, j’ai reçu un mail il y a quelque temps me disant qu'un paiement n'avait pas pu être effectué car ma carte n'était plus valide, normale je l'ai changé. Je n'ai pas re-rentré mes coordonnées bancaires donc comment s'y sont elles retrouvées ? HelloI'm trying to find information about the details of an Educational licence. There is a stock image that has an educational licence attached and when i click through to it it takes me to a page of various licences https://stock.adobe.com/uk/enterprise-conditions  but none of them state Educational. I then read the terms and conditions https://www.adobe.com/go/stock-PSLT and again no mention of Educational licences. I want to know the details of what can and cannot be done under this licence, can anyone point me to the correct information?

Ich habe ein Bild als Vektordatei (AI/EPS) gekauft. Allerding stellt sich jetzt heraus, dass es sich dabei um eine reine Pixeldatei handelt, die für meine Zwecke unbrauchbar ist. Im not even really sure how it happnend but it appears that I've accidently licenced #834347021 within the premier pro app. I think I clicked on it and then acidently pressed confirm instead of cancel. Is there a way or removing this llicence to gain a credit back?

All of the sudden high res images I'm downloading do not go in my downloads folder on my Mac like they used to. They do still go into my library. I cannot seem to get preview images to download anywhere that I can retrieve them. I've tried several things suggested online to get this fixed to no avail. Not sure if the CrowdStrike outage over the weekend still has things messed up or if this is just bad timing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If I buy an AI-generated image and use it for an advert (e.g.) - how do I have to cite the source?Does it have to say ‘AI-generated’?

The Adobe stock website does not make cancelling an account very easy. This is very unethical. Your phone number does not work for international customers, your chat line is closed, your PDF instructions informing about how to close an account via your website does not actually work. Cancelling an account should be as easy as setting up an account. I want to speak with a real person in customer service or have an email address so to cancel my account immediately from today.Please do not access my bank account to take payment for next month as I have informed you today via this forum I want to cancel your service. Thank you.

So I bought the Adobe Stock annual plan as there was a 30 day free trial. I failed to realise that the account I purchased it on was my company's account. If I go to manage profile, I'm not getting the option to cancel the subscription. On the tab that I purchased the plan on, it showed me that I was on the personal profile of the company's account (the profile picture was different and that of the personal profile one). But the accounts page won't let me switch the profiles. I have an Adobe Creative Cloud + Adobe Stock license through my work organization, have checked that the license was correctly provisioned to my email address, and am unable to access Adobe Stock. The other Creative Cloud applications all work, but when I navigate to Adobe Stock, I'm registered as "no plan" and am prompted to begin a free trial. What could be going on here?  Thank you for the help!

Can't believe Adobe doesn't check if a file is vector or jpg. Just because the artist pasted a jpg into an Illustrator file doesn't make it an ai or eps

Hello,In the past I've licensed dozens of photo's on Dollar Photo Club using my monthly download credits. However, a certain company is now asking me proof of license for a photo purchased using my DPC credits in 2015.I've succesfully migrated my DPC account to Adobe Stock and with it my credits, however my history is nowhere to be found. I would like to deliver some kind of proof to this agency, since the fee they're asking is pretty darn high.

Hello.  This is a laptop with Windows 10.    There is an icon on my desktop and don't have any idea how it got there.  It's about photos on Bing page.  1) It was saved with title "Learn About This Picture".  2) If you right click choices are:  Open, I like this photo,  Switch to next photo, Not a fan of photo .(!)   3) If you highlight:  shows name of photographer and info  4) if you left click and open: [moderator removed external link]     I saw "adobe stock" when highlighting another photo.    I do not use Bing or Edge.  Or anything about photos (photoshop, Stock, etc.)   Just simple Internet use and typing Word Documents.   The icon won't remove/delete.  There isn't anything in "Programs & Features" in Control Panel for this.  So I removed the Adobe program altogether and the icon is still on Desktop.  Can't get rid of this icon.  Sorry but I'm concerned

How do I cite adobe stock images that I intend to use on an Adobe website? These images are available in the "free" subscription, and I do not see any information on author/ photographer. Do I need to cite these in-text and in a bibliography? Thank you!
