I haven't used my assets for a long time but paying every month for years for 3 assets a month. Now they all disappeared. I looked for other conversations about the same issue but they were all locked and I couldn't reply to any of them. If Adobe is charging people and the assets that they have paid for disappear for any reason, it calls for a lawsuit. Whatever is paid for is the property of the payer and CAN NOT be taken back.

I bought the following audio file: #331445641 | View Points/Epidemic Sound | Arts and Crafts I then uploaded a video to Youtube using the audio file. Youtube detected that I used the audio file and I used the following tutorial to add my license code: https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2020/06/16/adobe-stock-audio-content-id-claims#:~:text=To%20find%20the%20clearance%20code%2C%20log%20in%20to,license%20key%2C%20which%20you%20can%20use%20for%20YouTube. After taking a look, the autor did not remove the copyright strike. I want to have a refund for this audiofile and I'm really unhappy with this content producer. Thanks for your help

Hi Team, I have a query regarding the Adobe Stock Videos subscription. According to the plan details, my work account includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads.However, when I attempted to download a video from Adobe Stock Videos, it displayed a price with On-Demand. Could you please clarify what happens when I click on an On-Demand video? Will it be reimbursed under my unlimited stock videos account, or will it generate a monthly bill? I require numerous videos from Adobe Stock Videos to fulfill my project needs. Licensing all these videos without knowing whether they are covered under my plan could potentially lead to a significant cost.Your prompt assistance in resolving this query would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I have attached some images depicting the issue I encountered for your reference. Hello. I am selling the images I purchased with an Extended License as posters on Etsy. I also want to sell them on my own website, but I want to open a new company for the website. I will be the sole owner of the company. Can I sell these images as posters on my new company's website with the same license? Thank you in advance for your answer.     

I'm knew new to using Adobe Stock, usually use Getty. I'd like to re-name one of those folders under My Libraries, under which I see "My Library", "Your Library" and a few more like that. What I want to do is change one of those or create a new folder (not sure it's called a folder as opposed to Library) to a job name, i.e. "Matrix 5 images" Then I'll share that folder/library with the client and they'll get us the stock.   This is  what I do when using Getty, not sure it's the same, may be apples to oranges?   Thanks!

Hello,    Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.   License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....   In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details   It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!   Best Francesco   [Moderator deleted private information. Hallo! My trial of Adobe Stock ended today, and I forgot to cancel it. So they charged me 95EUR!I don't use this service at all and honestly, 95EUR is A LOT of money for me and I cannot afford it. How can I ask for a refund? Thank you 

Hi, if I use the free photos of adobe stock for editorial purposes, do I have to use any particular precautions? eg mention adobe and the photographer under the photo?

Adobe Stock has stopped showing "more from this series". I've cleaned my browser cache and restarted Chrome, but that didn't change anything. What else can I do? This has been going on for a couple weeks now. It just spins when I click on an image to see details. I use "show more from this series" all the time, sometimes I can find something that's similar but better for my needs.  Would love to have it back.  Mac OS 14.3.1, Chrome Version 120.0.6099.216 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Estoy muy decepcionada de esta web, quería anular un plan de subscion el cual llevaba de 12,09€ al mes y he querido anular el plan para cambiarme a otro ya que en mi trabajo me solicitan otras aplicaciones además de las que ya usaba, pero no me ha dejado anular la suscripción y para colmo, no me dejaba salir de la página sin pagar esa suscripción ( la que yo quería anular antes de pagar el siguiente mes) y ahora no puedo pagar el plan que yo quería porque el dinero con el que contaba para hacerlo se lo ha llevado la aplicación sin razón. Y además,  he contactado con el asistente virtual solicitando contacto con un agente y no me ha contestado, ni me a ayudado. Solo se limitaba a decir cosas sin sentido y no me a ayudado en ningún sentido. Solicito ayuda con un soporte para que me ayude con esto, porque en mi banco me han descontado los 12,09€ pero me han anulado la maldita suscripción pero además me lo han cobrado.  Solicito y exijo mi reembolso.No hay derecho, siempre tengo

I am part of an enterprise account and have access to almost everything Adobe makes. We have unlimited image downloads, etc. I wanted to look into the possibility of using some stock music and video that would occasionaly be need for TV and radio broadcast. After being transferred to, no joke, six different people on the live chat, finally someone said I needed an Extended License added to my account. The number of downloads depends on which one we purchase. Does this sound correct? Also, are there restrictions that one purchase is only good for one project? That sort of thing? My head is spinning reading all the legal pages. Thanks for any input.

Hello! I'm trying to get a clear answer on the proper way to credit Adobe Stock when an image is the base of a composite image. The image is being used on the back cover of a printed nonfiction book.  I've searched online but answers are very inconsistent. I have a channel on YouTube and I want to make videos to post there. How do I use the licensed music without getting blocked? (The channel name is different from my own.)

Is there a way to buy an extended license for an audio track individually without committing to a subscription plan and what would the cost be for that?  I'm looking at a track that would be needed for local broadcast TV, so standard license doesn't work.  I am a Creative Cloud subscriber but have only occasional stock needs that don't justify a long term commitment.  

I searched for a highly specific location which is hosting an airshow event right now. If I search for the location on Adobe Stock, the name of the building, 99% chance it's a past photo from an airshow there. However, there is essentailly no detail in the listing... not even the location I searched for! So, how can I be 100% sure.  I search for "Changi Exhibition Centre" and I get a very fixed set of examples, some of which show planes flying a la the huge air show they have there. However, what detail is there? "teamwork." Helps me not at all if I need to use this for an immediate post. I mean, the search seems correct... that measn the info is there. Am I missing something? Is there EXIF data there somewhere, and I just can't find it in the UI? I mean, how does it know, and why can't I verify this? Makes thigns really really dodgy when I'm looking for specific locations say for beaches in Thailand, or.... wherever!  Where is location?

I just purchased an Adobe image from Arohim Art. My purchase claims to be fully editable, but is not (vector art). This provider has dozens of images with the same (misleading?) description. Am I missing something?

Can I continue to use them on my website (service provider) and in my videos?2. i only need Adobe now and then for stock media that i want to use for videos and on my website (service provider). Wouldn't it be enough to buy credits as needed (instead of taking out a monthly subscription)? Does this give me the right to use the corresponding stock media indefinitely?Thank you!

Good morning. It turned out that I have a second subscription - Adobe Stock. I didn't buy it, I don't know why it is in my package. I purchased the creative cloud package on December 27. On the other hand, a month later, it started charging me extra for Adobe Stock, even though I did not buy this package. I would like to cancel it, without additional charge.
