So, I had a test subscription for Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for University in december. Apparently that included Adobe Stock aswell since I don't recall ever booking it. After cancelling the test subscrptions including Adobe Stock in time I got the Adobe Creative Cloud for students. However today I noticed that Adobe ist billing me a monthly 35,69€ for Adobe Stock and Firefly. I checked my mail and it seems that immediately after cancelling Adobe Stock for the first time a new subscription order was placed. I do not recall doing so neither intentionally nor accidentially. Now if I try to cancel said subscription it is telling me that since this appears to be a year long order that I have to immediately pay 177 something euros to unsubscribe immediately. Since I did not book this willingly is there any way to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription without paying the extra fee or maybe to get a refund???  

Ich bin völlig neu hier und auch wenn ich mich bemüht habe, sämtliche Lizenzinformtationen zu studieren gibt es doch einige Dinge, die mir nicht ganz klar sind. Wenn ich als Selfpublisher selbst eine Standardlizenz für ein oder mehrere Bilder für ein Buchcover erwerbe und möchte die Datei meinem Coverdesigner für die Erstellung meines Covers überlassen, dann muss ich, wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, vorher vertraglich sicherstellen, dass der Designer diese Bilder ausschließlich für mein Cover verwendet. Angenommen wir haben alles notwendige vereinbart, in welcher Form könnte ich die Datei dem Designer zugänglich machen, wenn die Weitergabe einer eigenständigen Datei nicht zulässig ist?Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Ich wollte nachfragen, was genau der Unterschied zwischen Illustrationen und Fotos ist. Persönlich erstelle ich ausschließlich KI-generierte Bilder und bin oft unsicher, welche Option ich wählen soll und wo genau da der unterschied ist.

I have tried to restore a link in an InDesign document, but the asset which I bought in 2017 is no longer available? #8256812.How is it possible to restore or at least increase my available assets by 1 if this is not possible? Many thanks

Hallo Zusammen, ich bin gerade dabei einen Clip für ein kleines Social-Media-Projekt zusammenzustellen. Vor der Veröffentlichung bin ich nochmal alle einzelnen verwendeten Videos auf die korrekte Lizensierung durchgegangen und siehe da, eine Datei taucht auf, die laut Adobe nicht korrekt lizensiert wurde. Es handelt sich um ein Video:Fire and Stone cinematic background loop, stock.adobe.com/de/363669438Da kommt jetzt aber ein Fehler 404 - Seite nicht gefunden, mit der netten Raumfahrerkatze. Dafür finde ich das gleiche Video von Motion Templates jetzt als fire and stone background, stock.adobe.com/de/398389767aber plötzlich nur noch im Probeabo kostenlos und unter neuer Nummer. In der originalen Dateiinfo findet sich nichts brauchbares zum Ersteller des Videos, so dass ich nicht mehr feststellen kann, ob das ursprünglich auch von Motion Templates war oder ob das jemand anderes veröffentlicht hatte. Hi there, I have a question regarding the terms and conditions of selling photos to this platform. I work in a railway company and we discovered that there was a stock photo of the train that belongs to us, the photographer had removed the logo from the picture but it is still well recognizable and well-known that this particular color train belong to this specific railway company so it is really well distinguishable. Is this allowed or should the photographer have asked our permission first for photographing our train, removing the logo and posting it up as stock image for everybody to us? Thanks so much for all the advice and info in advance, Best wishes, E.

In June 2023, I purchased an Adobe Stock plan.  In November 2023, I was under the impression that I upgraded my account to include all creative cloud apps + adobe stock.  Fast forward to 2 months later (today), customer service tells me that the upgrade not only did not include adobe stock, but also cancelled my adobe stock subscription and my asset credits.   Customer service told me that I can't reinstate (I want to reverse the cancellation, pay up to date, get all my assets restored, and continue on with the original expiration date of June 2024).  They say I have to start over.  I already lost 5 months worth of money that I seemingly can't get back , so I'm not eager to sign up for anything else yet.  But it might be worth it if the previous ones are restored with a renewal.My question:  If I restart the adobe stock subscription, will those 5 months of stock be restored?

I had saved a while ago a lot of assets, mainly icons, into a library (see printscreens attached) and I only can see all them from the software itself, XD for example, but when I access that same library on Adobe Stock website, I only can see those who I saved from there. Where did Adobe put my assets and how to manage them? I wanna build a personal library only with icons, however many of them I already have saved locally on my hard drive, so now I need to put them online. How to? 

Hello,I have a problem.I can't download stock images.I have tried everything in troubleshooting for problems downloading stock images:1. Ensure that a pop-up blocker is not blocking the download page.2. Ensure that your browser accepts cookies and your firewall doesn’t block outgoing information.3. Sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try downloading the asset again.4. Try to download the image using a different browser.5. Clear your browser cache and delete your Internet history.It still won't download to my PC.Please help me. Thank you.

Can somone please explain to me why I am getting charged $197 exit fees when I pay a monthly subscription?I am trying to get answers/ reasoning of why this amount is so high or at least a break down of costs but I just get sent through multiple webpages that give me no information.I beleive these exit fees are beyond ridiculous for a monthly subscription and I have no way of navigating it. I would not recommend Adobe to any designers. I really hope gen Z can invent a better program so Adobe doesn't have the monopoly in the workplace and design field. Absolutely rdiculous and unapproachable. 

Hallo,  ich habe leider den Fehler gemacht für 4 Bilder die falschen Lizenze zu kaufen. Ich habe nämlich den erweiterten Lizenz gekauft und nicht die Standardlizenz (mit unserem Unternehmensaccount). Kann das Rückgängig gemacht werden? Danke und viele Grüße

Hello, I want to use this picture from Adobe Stock as part of a Book Cover (below 500.000 copies):https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/berlin-skyline-drawing/371395052 I am unsure if the Standard-License is sufficient, as the Picture is not the primary value of the Book (novel with no more Pictures in it). Although I have logged in using my Adobe Id (which I use for my Behance account) I keep on getting this error message "This asset cannot be licensed." when trying to get an image or video. I am currently on the 30 day free trial. I am loacted in Singapore. Can anyone help me? Thanks 

Hi, accidentally licensed this image which took way more credits than I thought it was going to be. It's #420581396 would I be able to get these credits back?

I was recently searching for photos of cats for a project and came across a large number of photos of cats with terrified looks on their faces after allegedly "jumping into water".  I can't tell is these are AI generated or not, but if they aren't, it seems a little too coincidental for a cat to voluntarily jump into water and where a photographer happens to be present and lucky enough to capture the rare moment . If these are actual photographs then these poor animals are most likely being dropped into water against their free will . So this begs the question as to what standards of animal care does Adobe has in place to ensure its contributors are not causing harm to animals into order to get an interesting photo? Please take this comment seriously. I'll be following up shortly, and I will be drawling the public's attention to the issue if I don't like answer. Best Regards, Craig. 

I'd like to request the function of being able to save products/files in Adobe Stock for future purchases when I come across something I like but not ready to purchase just yet. 

We've been testing the stock library service from Adobe for a while and just downloaded a batch of 7 clips for a project. There are a few features missing from this library service that I won't go into here (e.g., no batch purchasing option), however the key issue that is making us think maybe this isn't a serious offering from Adobe is the following: every invoice (again, no batch processing, so we have 7 invoices to process) contains a 'product id on the line item.' Presumably, this would be the clip id from the library...however, while trying to manually link each invoice to the actual clip it references, we noticed that every invoice has the same product id...and that id is for a clip that we did not purchase. So, effectively, we have 7 invoices for the same clip that we never downloaded and licensed. Anyone else have this issue?

Adobe Stock's support and marketing of AI-generated images should be phased out.To me, these images look like wallpaper art, or framed art you might see in a cheap motel. There is nothing subtle, unexpected, or "creative" about them.AI-generated images have sketchy provenance, and their manufacture steals from professional artists' livelihoods. They are an insult to all professionals.
