I have licensed a short video from Adobe Stock and used it in an Instagram post. Now I want to create an ad from that post. Is that allowed? Thanks!

I bought Adobe Illustrator a month ago and I love it, but I was offered free ten images from Adobe Stock. Since the offer was free, I figured it wouldn't hurt, but I really don't need stock images for my business. I'm not going to be using it. I downloaded one free image a month ago just to play around with it. I didn't realize I would suddenly have a membership plan with Adobe Stock. Nothing against the program but it's not something I need at the moment.

I signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock offered when I signed up for Adobe Premiere, and found I never used it. When I went to go cancel, the notice said there was an "early cancellation fee" for $135. This is so predatory I can't even believe it. I'm trying to find a number to call to talk to a human person about this but haven't found anything. Until I can get in touch with someone I'll be taking to social media and also letting my network of editor friends and students know NOT to use Adobe services. 

I had 100s of image credits in Adobe stock. Paid 870 USD over 3 years. Have not downloaded most of them. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to continue the subscription. When I asked in the chat if there is any way to redeem those for which I have already paid, they disconnected without answers. This is frustrating. Has anyone faced such an experience? How to solve it?

If we buy a photo from Adobe Stock - are we allowed to change and edit this photograph?Like for example put our product in the photo and publish it? We are a bit unsure as their guidelines seem to read you are NOT allowed to.When we talk to some customer service from them in India they say we are allowed if we buy the extended license type.

How do I report a photographer for inappropriate photos of a girl who is clearly a teenager in positions wearing either nothing or almost nothing? She's dressed to look young too (schoolgirl, etc) in these positions. During a search I came across a series of pictures of children in bathing suits, that I find highly inappropriate. Hi there I have a few queries about applying Creative Commons license on a document that contains four images from Adobe Stock, please. Adobe's Standard License applies to the four images I have used, which I downloaded during a free trial period. I have used them in a document, adhering to the terms and conditions of the standard license. However, I would now like to apply a Creative Commons License to the document.  My questions are: 1) Can I apply a Creative Commons license to the document if it contains images downloaded from Adobe Stock during a trial period?2) If I can, does it matter which Creative Commons license I use, or should I use the most restrictive (e.g. CC BY-NC-ND: allows people to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator)?  Any help would be much appreciated! I have through my subscription a licence for about 400 pictures of Adobe Stock, all for one customer for whom I produce a magazine.Now this same customer wants to use the pictures I licensed for a website. How can I transfer the license to my client? I can see my downloads in my licence history, but I can't see how to transfer the licence. Or, preferably, I would grant my client to right to use any picture I have downloaded for their publication. Can I do that?

I have used a free Stock trial on my school-account, which shouldn't have been possible, but it was. Now I haven't been able to log into said Account for 2 months, while still having to pay a monthly subscription. Since I can't login to the Account, I'm also not able to cancel the subscription. I am in desperate need of help and haven't gotten any for weeks, debating to go to my lawyer. Thanks for any advice.

I have a 10 images per month Adobe Stock Plan adn I would like to downgrade to another plan (annnual, monthly payment) because I can't affort the first one. If I do so, I will be charged with 50% of the remaining payments of the old plan and with the monthly new plan or just with the monthly payment of the new one?

Estou a tentar licenciar um dos videos aqui da Adobe Stock. E quando vou a tentar pagar aparece-me sempre a seguinte mensagem: "Lamentamos, ocorreu um erro de sistema. Se não receber um e-mail de confirmação do pagamento nos próximos minutos, tente novamente ou contacte o suporte ao cliente."Já tentei diferentes tipos de pagamento e até uma conta diferente e aparece-me sempre o mesmo erro.Também já tentei falar 2 vezes com o chat-apoio mas nunca tive resposta.Alguém com o mesmo problema? HI All, we have upgraded to pro edition and it says "Enjoy access to unlimited Adobe Stock standard images with enhanced licensing permissions". however when i log into Adobe stock i am required to purchase a trial? so i dont have access to unlimited stock?

Hi all, I forgot to license a preview Adobe song and exported all the videos with the preview version.I've now successfully licensed it. Is it ok to use the preview version still? I can't be bothered re-exporting the videos lol. Sam

Well it took me ten minutes to figure out how to even create this post.I'm trying to change my password but it's saying "not include your name or email address."Obviously I'm not doing this. Phone support doesn't answer and neither does Chat support.I pay $30 a month and for what support?Excuse my friench but why can't it even change my f*cking password what a piece of sh*t.

I did not purchase the Adobe Stock program, but it was purchased and a fee was charged. I canceled it, but I saw a statement saying that I would be charged. I would like your support for this.
