HiI'm looking for someone I can contact to correct the invoice that is autogenerated from ondemand photo.The billed amount and the amount deducted from credit card is different.The invoice to address needs to be edited and I cannot do it in the "user profile".Please have someone contact me asap - I have no issue downloading the invoice from the site. Its the invoice contents and the accuracy of $ deduction I have a problem with.

Hello,I received a request from Copytrack for a photo that I licenced from Adobe Stock (file #76650434) to incorporate into a client's website in 2018. This image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I see it in my license history. I sent a response to Copytrack explaining that I licenced this photo on Adobe Stock, along with a screenshot of my license history for this photo. However, they are not acknowledging this and are demanding a payment. What should I do about this? I've been a subscriber to Adobe Stock for many years and have always used the content in a way that respects the terms and conditions. The image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I have acquired the license for this photo, which appears in my license history. Does anyone at Adobe have a procedure for dealing with this type of request, particularly with Copytrack? Note: The website where this photo is displayed is a very small website with practically no traffic. Thank you.

I bought a subscription to photoshop and lightroom and i didnt sign up to a adobe stock subscription and i noticed just when i notices i was already billed multiple times, i have seen lot of people complaining about this and no one have got any actual help (at least the ones i have seen), i didn't got any email abot this and now i have to pay an excesive amount to cancel something i am not even using, i need a refund because is a lot of money i have to pay and i didn't sign up to this

Hello. I am looking for this image (see photo) I found on Adobe Stock but with a transparent background. I have watched 30 tutorials and looked at tons of forums, and tried everything to get a transparent background on this and nothing works (with Photoshop AND Illustrator). There are too many small white spots throughout the trees to have this work. This image says "download file type: vector" same as another file I have (which I was able to manipulate and change the color of the other image), but not for this one. PLEASE HELP! I have been working on this for 3 days now and I am so frustrated! I just need to find this image somewhere that has a transparent background (and preferably only one copy of it, as this image I purchased has a black background and a white background). I need this to create my logo for my business so I can get my website up and running. I am grateful to anyone who can help me with this problem. I had bought a Lightroom and Photoshop membership and now to my surprise I'm chrged 35 euros on top per month for a full year (I have to pay over 180 euros to cancel) for Stick which I never wanted and never used.After a simple online search and on this forum this seems to be happening to lots of people over the year. I have no idea for what reason I was charged (I remember specificlally having said no to the Adobe Stock free trial). And I will do everything to file a complaint. But it's clear from the numerous complaints in the forum and online that Adobe is using Ux dark patterns to lock in people to unwanted subsriptions for unreasonable amounts and lenght of time. This is shameful for such a big company. How can I upgrade my Adobe Stock yearly plan from 25 Credits per month to 40 or 750 per month? There is no button or anything to adjust that, right?

I have a student telling me that he licensed this image through Adobe Stock. Initially I told him he can't just pull images from google but it's turned into this whole web of lies and he's changed the story about 6 times. It's currently licensed on Wikimedia under a creative commons license but he insists that he licensed it from Adobe Stock. He cannot, however, find the license for it in his history and says that the license disappeared when he ended his subscription.Do licensed images that you get on a subscription disappear from history once the subscription ends or do they remain in history?Also If they do disappear, do rights to use them end once you quit paying the subscription fee? For instance, if I download the 10 free images in the introductory offer and save them to my computer can I still use them if I decide to cancel the subscription before I'm billed? That's really more for myself so I can decide if I want to use Adobe Stock or just stick to the Fotolia side of things.Th

Im new to coding currently in a Fullstack Bootcamp. We use VS Code. I like some of the vector images however when i download them they are in .AI format when i download as jpeg the have the stock lipsom info embedded in the photo. how do I fix these 2 issues?

I did not sign up for an annual subscription and I can't seem to be able to cancel it without paying cancellation fee for something that I don't use!! I have tried reaching to customer services but they finish the chats without answering/resolving my issue. TOTAL SCAM that I did not sign up for!

I came across an image/series during a search that I think should be excluded from the safe search (which I have enabled) because it depicts either mostly nude adults and/or clothed adults viewing something borderline pornographic in VR space. I don't see what the point of them being barely clothed would be if not to be provocative and NSFW. Hallo, ich habe ein Abo inklusive 10 Stockmedien pro Monat abgeschlossen, aber die Credits werden nicht mehr aktualisiert. Im Juli müssten 10 neue Credits in gutgeschrieben werden, doch das passiert nicht, es werden nur 2 Restcredits vom Juni angezeigt. Woran liegt das?

I am using Premiere 23.1. I downloaded a bullet point list by enchanted studios 372948106 'Clean Multiline Bullet List Infographic' and it was too limited so I downloaded another bullet point list 509898518 'Bullet Point List with Logo Replacement' by the same developers. Both of these are exactly the same despite the advertised image. Also, neither of them allow aligning the text to the left which is shown in both of these examples.  How do I unlicense and report these developers from falsely advertising and selling a template that does not do what is shown in the examples?   

I downloaded a grid template that showed videos being used but after downloading the mogrt on Premiere it doesn't work that way. The grid only allows you to use still pictures. This is the 5th or 6th time I've licensed these templates that don't do what's displayed in the preview.  I'm spending a lot of money on these features each month and it's becoming useless. Even more ridiculous is how you have to find help to address these issues with Adobe.  People pay too much to go on an odyssey on Adobe to find help. 

i recently downloaded two templates and the interiors are basically the same. The previews are different. I want to return one of them How or who do I contact for support? the two templates are AdobeStock_442548404.indt and AdobeStock_576133924.indt

How do I make a complaint? I am sick of trying to communicate via the chat box. Umesh, Saba and Yamini....all just ended the chat without warning.....I have explained myself 3 TIMES and not one of them helped.What is going on with Adobe? I expected professionalism at the very least.

Hi. I purchased a stock image (File type AI/EPS and JPEG) and there are two of the same image. One has black background and one has white background. I am trying to make a transparent background for it in either AI or Photoshop. I cannot figure out how to do it. I worked on this for hours and watched tons of tutorials yet nothing is working.
