I received a notice on 09.05 that my stock credits will expire in 15 days, which will be tomorrow. Since then I try to use the credits and download images. But unfortunately it does not work. Every time I get an error messageNo download packs available although there are credits left. Can you please help me and maybe to change the period until the credits expire, since I couldn't use them because of the error message? Thank you very much.

why is it, when I search for images using the key word "American" I get almost exclusively "people of color"?I noticed this last year, and it remains true.Adobe has politicized its search algorhytm.

AsExtended licence allow more than 5000 views  Do if the client need the video to view on social platforms such as Facebook  I need standard licence? As web and social media platforms are  unlimited views.

This is strange. If I search for marble fox from within adobe stock images I get just one photo, but if I search from Google for marble fox adobe stock, I get a page which shows me 56 images and another one which allows me to download 79 images.If I cant trust the adobe image search, what is the point? I can download all of the pictures but only by going to google first.Any ideas why this is happening? I feel like Im missing out on a lot of images because the search isnt showing me them.

I can post a video that includes Adobe Stock audio tracks to YouTube. Each licensed track comes with a license validation code. When you post a video with Adobe Stock audio tracks, you may receive a YouTube copyright claim. You must submit an Adobe Stock license code for every licensed track. Is this mean that I need transfer license for the client?  And what that, do I need pay for asset again ?

I downloaded from Adobe Stock for 8 plan credits each what I thought were editable mogrt files or something of that nature, but all it gave me are mov files and it's not even an Alpha Matte with transparancy.  I took screen shots of what these assets were.  Is there any way to use them in my Premiere or After Affects projects?  Thank you so much!Katherine

Solicito então que estes 169,99€ e os créditos sejam devolvidos. Sugiro também que este tipo de produtos ou respectivos pagamentos sejam separados dos planos ou que detetem automaticamente qual é o plano do cliente e criem-se notificações extra a informar os clientes de que aqueles produtos não fazem parte do plano subscrito e que terá um custo adicional, informando quanto será esse custo de forma clara e inequívoca.Da forma

I was browsing and within seconds I had accidentally clicked, begun downloading and licensing an image - there was no prompt or question of whether I was sure and now I've used one of my 3 monthly images. Can I undo this? And is there a way to ensure a prompt so accidents like this don't keep happening? I work off of a laptop without a mouse and double clicking is easier to do than not.

I paid an adobe Stock subscription for several years but did not use it. Now I have ended my subscription, but I would like to use some of the images I paid for those years. Unfortunately, I can't buy anything. Is it lost?

I'd like to use a stock image as an NFT (digital art), I would only use the image for one NFT not many. I would add a few words to the image, nothing in bad taste or disrespectful. Am I allowed to do this if I get an Extended License for $79.99? I believe I am but I just want to make sure. Vince
