AI artwork (really really bad works) are flooding have taken over Stock and it's becoming increasingly difficult to sift through to find what I'm actually looking for. This isn't about stepping into the debate about the validity of generated art, but just let me filter the garbage out of searches.  It's getting harder and harder to jusitfy a subscription when the only thing that I'm gaining is lost time looking for quality resources. At a quick glance this image is better than most. But on a closer look, it's just poorly made trash. This dog with a leash looks as if something unfortunate has happened to the left side of it's mouth, the leash is a mess, and has a bottle opener / churchkey on the end of it instead of a clip, and why is there an ear piece from glasses sticking out the side of the dog's muzzle? Please, label the artwork as generated and us a way to filter it out. Thank you.

I've seen a few contradicting answers online as to whether a boolean search will exclude generative AI images, but in practice, it doesn't seem to work. These are very quickly overwhelming the database, and there needs to be a quick, easy way to filter them out when needed.

User Artofinnovation is uploading ai generative content and not tagging it properly. At the time of this posting it looks like every asset uploaded in their last 45 pages of uploads are all ai-generative. Some are tagged properly, but most aren't. I have gotten this error message for 3 weeks now.  "Error We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.:  I've been connected to tech services 2 times with no resolution.  the last time I was simply told I would :get a call back" when they've found the problem.  That was a week ago.  I seem to be out of options.  Is my only choice to quit Adobe Stock?  I just started here after almost 15 years of using Pond5.  I've never had anywhere this typoe of dificulty there...

If I learn individuals social media posts in course, or on YouTube. Do I can provide them  photos of designs which are photos of Adobe stock (standard license). ?

Why can I not remove this image, I dont want to use adobe stock, I have not signed up for trial. I accidentally clicked an image to see how it works, there was no confirmation and Adobe stock image is now not removable from my plan image number #482292579 - image is not being used anywhere. Please remove as I even tried to cancel my subscription but decided against it and now I am writing in forums as there is no way to contact adobe directly to get this resolved, what a headache - please help!

Do not try Adobe Stock. I was charged for so many months and had to even pay a cancellation fee. It is a real scam because the price is exactly the same a Creative cloud subscribtion on your credit card bill so you wont notice. Shame on you Adobe. I will find every way to stop using your products

I just noticed that I have been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock on april 3 2023. I did not buy the free trial or use it. My plans are the free plans of creative cloud and adobe acrobat. I should not have this charge and need my money back. I do not use this at all and never agreed too. 

Olá, estou com a dúvida sobre a licença padrão adobe stock. Posso ultilizar um fundo musicala qual eu peguei a licença ultilizar como backgroud de um video sobre paisagem no youtube? Não ficou claro isso para mim. Estou com receio de ter algum problema com os direitos autorias, apesar de pagar para usar a música.

Your system won't let me cancel the program in Adobe Pictures.It keeps asking me to change my password. 

I have changed the Region at the bottom of Adobe Stock website multiple times from DE to English, but each day when I login and revisit the site... stock.adobe.com, the browser automatically adds /de at the end. I change the region to U.S. (English), and I get English, but when I do a search for a photo, results come back in German again. I have cleared cache, deleted cookies, tried different browsers - Mac: Safari and Chrome. Help!?

I feel like that the review team is constaly letting through ai images without correct labes. It's so common issue, that I don't know anymore what's going on. It's so common nowadays that I don't know if it's done by purpose or what's going on? Adobe staff on discord used to say that there will be a correct category for Ai-generated images, but it seems to be taking very long?I have nothing against these people, but it feels unfair that some people are kind of enforced to follow rules and then other people are let slip thogh so easily. It feels like that everyone are just giving up and collapsing completely over this.There is now listed only few of those accounts with recent uploads. You can easily search and report more of those with the follow up search term. Mir ist also bewusst, dass der Fehler auf meiner Seite liegt. Ich habe anscheinend das Probe-Abo, dass ich für meine Tochter genutzt habe, damit sie schöne Fotos von Mexiko auf ihrem für die Schule zu erstellenden Poster verwenden kann, nicht rechtzeitig gekündigt. So bin ich in das Jahres-Abo gerutscht, dass ich doch gar nicht brauche.Ich möchte bitten, mir ausnahmsweise die Möglichkeit zu geben, das Abo jetzt zu kündigen, ohne einen weiteren Betrag von mir zu erhalten.Ich gehe davon aus, dass genau erkannt werden kann, dass ich das Abo über den Zeitraum des Probeabos hinaus nicht mehr genutzt habe. Guys, such a problem, in February I signed up for a free trial subscription, and a month later I canceled it and closed it. but not so long ago I was billed for 33 dollars and the money was withdrawn. Is it possible to cancel the subscription and get a refund? And then when trying to cancel the plan, I get a fine of $ 184, although I didn’t overdue the payment, and only a few hours have passed since the withdrawal of funds.

Hi! 585454780 asset is a poor quality render. It's not sharp, blury - looks like enlarged picture. Can I get my credit back because this picture is unusable. Best regards! Mark

Hi, in adobe stock, according to the licence agreement I can use a licene for one customer but if I want to use the same image for another client I would need to licence that image a second time. Is it technically possible to licence an image a second time, I can not find any button to licence images twice. Please help.

I had the same issue.  I signed up for a free trial, didn't find anything I liked and cancelled the same day. Kept getting charged monthly and then when i spoke to someone to cancel they said there would be a huge early cancellation fee. Also tried to use their chat which was a joke and kept getting disconnected. Tried again a month later and the link to cancel never worked. Customer service is a total joke!!!!  Seems like they lure you in with a free trial and then try to make it impossible to cancel.  I finally had to dispute it with American Express.

Hi, so on febuary 24th 2023 I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for students. And without my knowing I also purchased Adobe Stock (10 assets per month). Aparently I first had free trial for a month and on march 24th it automatically bought a year membership for Adobe Stock. I have never used this membership, so it would be nice if I could get my money back, since it's quite a lot (€435,46 p/y), and I have already payed everything. Although, I've read about the cancellation costs; you'll only get a refund if you do it within 14 days after your purchase. For me it has been 17 days, which sucks, because I only found out yesterday. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to get even a part of my money back. I hope someone can help me.Kind regards.

Hi All, I've recently been doing some work on Adobe Stock, saving a load of images to themed libraries for research, ready to license them when I'm happy with the selection. I've been using the same computer at work to create all of the libraries and it has been working great until I recently swapped machines to work from home. I am using the same account, however now when I go onto my stock account, I see a completely different set of libraries, ones that I have used in the past but weren't on the work computer I was using. To make matters worse, now when I load Adobe Stock on my work PC, I only see the old ones. The 25+ libraries that I've just created are completely lost. The only 1 that is saved is one that I previously sent to myself earlier in the project so I could open it remotely. If anyone could suggest how to retrieve these libraries that would be amazing and would save me a lot of time. I wanted to use some (Australian) Aboriginal Stock images and was wondering as they are called "Aboriginal Art" they need to produced by an Aborignal. I wanted to make sure I'm following proper Lore and respect towards the indigenous peoples. Are these made by Aboriginal people and do they support them if i purchase said artwork?  I know this might seem simple but there are actual laws surrounding this. Thank you.
