I have been working on a new portfolio website in Spark, but now can't seem to access it.  Where can I find that project in Creative Cloud Express.  Really, Adobe, you could have give your subscribers a heads up you were going to do this switch.

Hello,I have a regular monthly subscription of Creative Cloud and a lot of App available, included Adobe Express.I don't use it quite often yet, but was exploring and I have a question.Adobe Express gives availabilty of a lot of Images, graphic elements etc etc.Which type of License covers such a materials in my case? Are they all Standard LicensE?Have I a Premium Profile according to my CC subscription?License is always a difficult matter to face. Thank you !

Hi, So someone from my company was recently let go and had created a bunch of brand assets we all used. Once they were let go, we no longer have access to the library itself. But i have an older version that was sent to me.I'm trying to upload it to a shared library so that my colleagues can make use of the assets but it keeps saying File format not supported. It's an After Effects file and i would like it to be available on Premiere Pro.Would love any tips or if you guys have any follow up questions please let me know. 

I have loved using Express for quick design projects that did not require me to fire up Photoshop et al.I, like others, had many projects that were needed on an ongoing basis which have been ruined by the non-working new version. So sad, it was such fun to use. The 'new' AI stuff is really bad too. So, even that does not make the struggle to get anything done worth it.  Believe me, I have tried. I wanted to make it work.  Today I have downloaded blank versions of my ongoing projects (after spending hours on something that should have taken minutes) and I am off back to Canvas like many others here. The incomprehensible part here is that people are paying for this, we paid for having our projects on the app and should have a right to require you not release anything that is not downward compatible. This is not working from the desktop. The option to publish it is greyed out. When I open the Adobe Express app on iPhone, my post is no there.

 I got this message. I have a paid subscription. 1. Why am I getting his message, and 2. how do I find the questionable asset they want removed? 

I used to be able to add my own fonts and access my brand from the app? Is there another way to access these features? Or is the app obsolete?

HelloI've been working on a project like normal until today when I try to open the file and I get the following message:"We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: eb64691e-6378-43f9-944d-98520d02c0f6" I can't download the file, nor can I see it on the Creative Cloud app.This is extremely infuriating and worrisome since I essentially have lost valuable work. Can anyone please help?If this is not resolved I can never use this app again.

Why did they remove this feature? Anyone with information please.

Hi All, I am using Adobe Express and want to make use of the Firefly AI image generation software. I can find this option on the web version of Adobe Express on my laptop, but not on the app version on the iPad. Likewise, I can edit Firefly images on the web version of Adobe Express on my laptop, but not on Safari on my iPad. Am I missing something or is this not supported? If not, will it ever be? 

Can you actually create a Page Filp Book from start to finish with Adobe Express. Everything I have seen so far suggests that I make and download PDF File and then use Third Party software to create the Flip Book from the PDF File.  Many Thanks

I want to create an online searchable directory/database.  I am thinking that if I use Issuu template or create any other online magazine, I can set it up as a directory and I can make the directory searchable.  Thoughts?

Dear Community,  is it true that one cannot add an extra font to adobe express if its the Adobe Express Licence only? IT tells me it's not possible because of the licence, not because of any other admin restrictions. We have bought one which is not within the Adobe fonts libraby but possible to be uploaded and used with a full Creative Cloud licence. We work with the adobe app as well as Chrome and try to upload it: Thanks for any advice!  Unfortunatly I cannot find an answer here: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/express/express-faq.html#product-capability

Hello, My name is Will and I need some help. I was trying to upload a font to my Adobe Express. I do what I usually do, I upload it on my computer, then it shows up in my fonts. Well nothing happened, I turn off my phone, nothing so I uninstall the app and reinstall it, all the fonts that I currently use for projects are gone! How do I get them back?

Hello! We created a weekly newsletter for employees through Express in 2022 that was a template (I don't know which one). Before the new Adobe Express update last year, it would show how many people opened the document when you look at the little preview icon of the file--it was always to the right of the word "Webpage". That has since disappeared and I can't see anywhere how to find it. (Even in the help forums). Thanks for your help.

Whenever I try to link my Instragram account to my Adobe Express account, Facebook requires that I have a  page on Facebook. I have a business account on Instragram, but have no desire to have a Page or Group on Facebook, just my own personal profile. However, this is not an option, and when I selection no pages or groups, Adobe Express gives me an error. I have no desire to make a Facebook Page, can I not use schedular without it?
