Why can't you allow me to create a GIF meme? I can convert a personal video to a GIF, but you won't allow me to add text and make the most awesome content. Why should I keep paying for Adobe when it doesn't support my needs?

I have wasted almost 2 whole days on this. I can see the old files. I can't open them in Adobe Express. It says 'Something is missing. Your system is not supported. It then gives a link to follow in order to troubleshoot. Following the link takes me to the system requirements. All of these are met except for Web GL2 which says my browser supports it but it is either disabled or unavailable. I have seen this issue of opening old files on lots of previous posts and have tried everything. Incognito, Chrome Browser (upto date, even downloaded again, Microsoft Edge), I have followed so many post suggestions and nothing works. I had started to think that perhaps my driver was just too old (it is upto date) in order for the Web GL2 to work and Express to load my old files. But then... I went onto my website where I have a link to a few of these old files and when I select the same file from there, it opens without a problem! In the old version, we used to be apply to create a custom webpage template from our brand. Instead, we now only can use the preformatted adobe templates - We cannot customize the type or color of text, the shape and color of buttons, and various other features. When will I be able to create a custom webpage template using my brand assets?

Are design templates created in Adobe Express part of the Adobe cloud and will be lost if Adobe's cloud is restructured?

Very frustrated that I can't duplicate posts in the social media scheduler. What happened with the new format? There is no longer a duplicate post option and all my past content is unusable. Will this be fixed asap?

Hi – apologies if this has been asked before. I can't seem to see a fix... I have been using Express for just short of a year. I have been using it swapping back to the previous version as I couldn't get the update to work how I wanted it. I can't seem to work on tyhe older version any more, and now it says I can only post square format imagery – is this correct? I just want to be able to repurpose older posts as well as new ones. There have also been far more errors popping up in what used to be seemless scheduling. Please help, what am I missing?!

Hello, I have many projects in Adobe Express I no longer need to use and I would like to delete them, but I've only found the way to delete one by one which, given how many projects I have, is very inconvenient.  Is there a way to delete several projects at once or even all of them? If there isn't, then I think it's a very basic function and that should be added. Thank you very much.  Clara

Hi, since the new upgrade to adobe express I've been unable to delete layers on my projects. The trash can is grayed out. Can I get some help?

Hello experts, A few months ago, I created a simple logo using Adobe Express online (well, I am 95% sure it was Adobe Express). See attached.I like the font so much and I would like to add some touch-ups, but I just cannot find that font again, can somebody help identify the font?Really apprecaite it!Welooop

I purchased a font through Adobe Stock, but can't seem to use it. I'm trying to use Adobe Express on Android, but no matter what I try, I can't access or upload/download the font I paid nearly £55 for! Can anyone help?! I don't have a desktop, and my laptop/tablet are all Android.

I understand that we can share to instagram if the file is over 8MB. But my file is only 712mb and it's still saying that it's too large to upload. Is there a reason why? Thanks,  

Hi, I'm new in using Adobe Express. I want to use it for something very simple (I thought): to create a photobook that can be downloaded as pdf, nothing fancy. In the past, I have been using simple programs that are available on the internet to create a to-be-printed photobook, and I expected to find (at least) the same tools in Adobe. One tool that I cannot find is the simple option to zoom in on a photo that I added to my book. The menu on the left of my screen says: Your stuff, Templates, Media, Text, Elements, Grids and Add-ons. No Zoom option. Pressing the righthand button on the mouse also does not show that option. I find it hard to believe that it does not exist. Anyone here that can help me? Thanks! 

Hello, I've been trying to upload fonts and it has seemed to capped me at 3 uploaded fonts. I've tried adding them from within a project file, and from within Your Stuff > Brands > Deweys. Help?

I used a blank flyer template to create a with 30 squares.  Each square has to have it's own image / text.  How can I move around to edit them without using the zoom button(s)?  I wish I could just grab the screen and move around it and have it stay there or have scroll bars.  I can select one of the boxes and add text and images.  But if I want to keep working in that box sometimes it will select it and then it's covered by the edit features.  This is a huge frustration and I have to believe I'm missing something.

So… another bug… I guess… while trying to open AE from the creative cloud on my Mac, I got the error server not found, tried also by opening my account directly in Safari and Chrome with the same outcome, from app mobile (Tablet and phone) I can work, but now I need to continue on my computer, any idea how to solve this… thanksIm attaching the screenshot of the error, any help will be more than welcome 

Hello, while the special text effects in Adobe Express are cool, I feel some important basic text premieters are missing.These are a few I noticed: No superscript or subscript optionNo classic bevel optionNo slant transformationIf you upload a live PS file into Adobe Express with those premieters applied to your type layer they will not transfer over to Adobe Express.While this is not a bug per se, I would think these are some pretty basic text capabilites that should be available in Adobe Express. 

Could we add this to the home screen for more efficient access? Thanks!

Why is it sooo pixelated when I download a jpg or png?The logos I import are also got pixeled edges.I have made a size of 700px X 220. So I don't understand why this would be an issue for Adobe, unable to download crisp designs. Please help!! What is the problem with it and how can we fix it??Adobe I saw you are fixing this problem 1 year ago and it's still not fixed soo what's going on? This is supposed to be standard.See image. This is pretty bad as this image very high res.

After logging onto the new Adobe Express platform, I realized all of the "shared with me" files/projects that were in my account are now gone. I don't see them in Adobe Express or my CC app. Does anybody know where they could have gone or how I can gain access to them again?
