Hi i'm having issues with Adobe Express when making my website all the logos are reproducing as pixellated worst than low-res.... they are High Res I as created them as the designer but not sure why Express is compressing them this way... what are my options to sort this out?

HELP!!! Our organization has used Adobe Express for years now for all of our image-making within our organization. Last week, after attempting to add on Adobe Illustrator to our license, ALL of our previous images made in Adobe Express are no longer available. I have tried contacting customer support, online chats, and Facebook messaging with little to no success. I've attempted to log in to the OLD Adobe Express using express.adobe.com, yet, now, I'm forced to the new website. We have hundreds of images that have been lost. I'm thoroughly disappointed in Adobe for the lack of customer service and the inability to help me retrieve hundreds of files that are now un-retrievable. We've tried using different browsers to see if that would help alleviate the issue with no luck at all. Has anyone else experienced this and found something helpful to retrieve their information?

I am using adobe express trial version. How can I change the setting to save my files locally on desktop? Currently it is getting synced to Cloud which becomes very slow.

[Adobe Creative Cloud, Version 5.11.0.522 | macOS Ventura]Hello, when I want to post my pictures to Facebook using the scheduler in express.adobe, I get the following error message from Adobe EVERY TIME: "Whoops, looks like we couldn't publish your post". If I click on the link, nothing happens. Everything works great on Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., but nothing works on Facebook. What can I do about that? Thank you very much for your answer. (I'm sending a sample photo as an attachment. But all other photos don't work either.)

I am a teacher and all of my projects from the old express did not get transferred to the new one. I noticed they were not there in beta but figured they would be transferred after beta. I have multiple folders of projects for each course and I have nothing now, not one was transferred with my account. How do I access the old express to transfer my projects over? I tried using icognito from chrome and it just keeps taking me to the new express page.

Hello Adobe Express community, My K-12 students are using Adobe Express mobile through their web browser on desktop computers. We are currently making video files. I encouraged students to also download the Adobe Express app onto their mobile phones (usually iPhones) in order to work on their video projects. I see that we are using a beta version, and that using Adobe Express through the web browser on iPhones/other mobile devices is NOT currently supported. The students would like to add voice recordings to their videos using their iPhones and the Adobe Express app. They are receiving an error message about this function not being supported. Does this sound correct to you? What is the best way to add a voice recording to an Adobe Express video project using our iPhones? Is there another way to make a voice recording on iPhone, then add to the video project - maybe as a separate file upload? I will see if I can go get the exact text of the error message. Thanks in a

Would love to be able to connect to my Google Drive like I did in the old version, versus having to download from drive to upload on Adobe

I used to be able to drag and drop images to swap the frames they were in on my layout. This doesn't work anymore and it's nearly impossible to move the images from one frame to another. You have to replace each one/ reupload? Are you kidding me? Please someone tell me I'm missing something easy. This is a serious step back for a company that is pushing this platform. 

I'm looking for how to get data/statistics of a QR Code generated on Adobe. I have find this option.

I cannot seem to find a way to delete a linked file in Adobe Express. I have a couple files in My Stuff that I do not want in there.  Is it possible to delete a linked file, or only modify it?

Im currently using the beta version on desktop and the older version on mobile. THANK GOD FOR MOBILE ... most of my projects are unavailable in the beta vesion, none of my logos i use are available in the beta version. i hope the mobile version doesnt change tio this frustrating version as thats the only thing saving me at the moment. 

When I click & hold to resize or move an object, my mouse's "hold" on the object gets released and I have to re-click & hold the object to move or resize it. It seems to let go of the hold most often when I change directions on my mouse movement.

Hello. I am new to Adobe Express, but am finding this new version unable to save files without damaging them. I'm using Adobe photos. When saved, it's now black with white clouds. The Adobe Express application literally ruiined another project. Is anyone else having this problem or is Adobe not good at saving file contents? All comments are appreciated. Thank you.

I can load my original photo and arrive at the point where I can resize my cropping window. THere is no indication reegarding how to proceed from here to actually execute the crop - no 'Go" button, no self-serve help and no AI assitant?? By chance I discovered that using the extend bar in the middle of the side of the photo extends the size of the crop window and that the resize dots on the corner of the photo are used to resize the crop area. How do I get it to actually create a new file in the editor with just the cropped area? Some direction and guidance would be helpful in this area so that folks do not flail around for hours to accomplish a task that should take seconds. WHen I used Express six months ago it was intuitive as to how to accomplish this. Have you changed the interface since then? If so, I would recommend changing it back because the current one appears to be inefficient and not intuitive

I have been using Adobe Express for over a year now, the new version is so slow and terrible. I just moved all of my files over from the previous version and most are missing.

I have been using UA links from Google tracking to know where and when my sparks are being opened.  It looks like in 2 days, Google will be switching to GA4 links which can't be used currently.  Is there any update on if we will be able to track sparks moving forward?
