We used to use ContentCal to schedule social media content, we had the 15 Facebook pages connected allowing us to share 1 post on multiple pages simultaneously.We have managed to connect our main page but can not see an option to add more Facebook pages, how can we go about doing this?

What happened to the 1920*1080 templates? There was an entire category called "presentations". They were there in the beginning of March 2023 and are now nowhere to be found.

Quick trouble-shooting question - I am trying to share an Express webpage with another user. If I send them the link to ask for access, they can click on it, but I cannot approve them. Basically, the approval screen pops up, but nothing happens when I click on the 'Accept' option (screen just loops). I can still add individuals though the invite option, but it's for a class of 150 students, so the process of emailing it out to all of them, and then getting them to duplicate the file would be very time-consuming.This hasn't been an issue before, so I am wondering if it's just a bug in the system at the moment?Thanks

No, I will not send screenshots.No, I have not given you my CC information.No, Loging out/logging back in and different browsers don't work.No, Duplicating does nothing.No, I won't send my project to a friend. Nothings been resolved for the "Custom Brand Elements" that NO ONE HAS USED, but we still get locked out of our projects. I came back with a new account *hoping* it would be resolved. Adobe wants your money, and my previous account is a testament to even that not fixing the issue.

Just curious if we can link to a native Express file somehow from InDesign.I'm aware we can export from Express. But I'm talking about not having to create an intermediate file, kind of how we can link to a Photoshop file.thanks

Whenever I plan a post, it gets an error. And trying to post immiatdely also gets given an error.

what does the "copy to" in the edit menu supposed to do?

I schedule social media posts from the website regularly to multiple channels and they regularly fail, either with "It looks like this failure was caused by an issue with the attached media. Our team are happy to look into this further for you." or "As this technical issue is less common, our team will need to look into this to identify what went wrong." Sometimes re-attaching the picture (same picture) and rescheduling, it works the next time, othertimes it fails with the same error or with the other error shown above. This is happening with increasing regularity.  It happens with LinkedIn

having a "spread at equal distance" or something like this would be useful when having multiple objects selected 

 apply a style to multiple selection would be an awsome feature 

Hi,I am new with Adobe Express, I just bought a new i7 Vivobook and I am trying the online Adobe Express for the first times, today it started crashing all the time, says out of memory. I can't find anything specific at the requirements that it wouldn't fit to my new laptop. Windows 11? too new? I dont think thats the issue. Should have enough memory on the laptop. Is the issue that I don't have yet the premium version or too many layers on the sheet? #adobeexpress #outofmemory #requirements #windows11

Trying to consolidate and be more efficient as I manage multiple businesses social feeds, so I figured that (what I consider to be the goat of editing/design software) would obviously have a great option/program to do this. Just found out that Adobe doesn't allow/support this? Huh? Anyone else super confused? What are your favorite scheduling tools that do function like this in 2023?

Currently AE opens a new window when activating a link.  I want it to staying the current window and I just use the backwards and forwards toggle to navigate in the original window (desktop).

Using this for my business and when I create a flyer on my desktop then save. It will not show up as the new rendered image on my mobile app for DAYS. Sometimes it won't show up at all. Very upsetting when trying to post my menu and my account doesn't add up between the two. 

I sent out a link to my coworkers so they could request access to view our Adobe Express brand. When I go in to approve the requests, nothing happens. I have to go back through and invite everyone. Any solutions? 

I build promotional flyers on 8.5" x 11" workspaces and Adobe Express used to make it really easy for me to change those flyers into 1920p x 1080p, to use for digital displays.  I would just go to the "Design" section, choose a pre-built design and it would reorganize my project to match that pre-built design.  I might have to do a little adjusting, to make it look good, but not much.  That's the way it used to work... Now when I chose a pre-built design, my project doesn't change to match that design.  I noticed that there is a toggle at the top of the design section that says "Match Design Layout" and it is toggled off.  I assume if that was toggled on, then it would behave the way I want it to.  However, it's not possible for me to toggle it on as it is grayed-out. Any idea why it would be grayed-out?  Is there a way for me to toggle it back on?  I do have Premium access, if that matters.

I have a premium account through my school.  Whenever I try to use a photo from the Adobe Stock Photos, it says failed to license one or more images.  Do we not have access to those photos with an education account?  I am able to find free photos in Spark Video and Spark Page. It works on my laptop, but not on the app on my iPad.

Hi,I am getting a problem,mine adobe express android app has been keep crashing again and again when I am trying to export mine video project,I tried  every possible way to resolve this issue (like--> reeboot,reinstall,clear data,etc.) . I hope that adobe will respond and resolve this issue. Thank You,Muhib

Tried to use Adobe Express Scheduler in both Safari and Chrome. Both do not function as designed at all. Images only upload PARTIALLY or not at all. Totally none functioning.
